Regular readers of The Geller Report and Robert Spencer’s Jihad Watch know that Geller and Spencer have both been banned from the UK for their honest discussion of Koranic literalism. So it is not without some irony that Britain’s Independent Reviewer of Terrorism Legislation should recommend against proposed legislation that would reign in the likes of imam Anjem Choudary who openly preaches the ideology of Koranic literalism.

HATE preachers should NOT go to jail, the Government’s terror watch dog will say today.
Story continues below advertisementMax Hill QC will say that new tough laws to tackle hate speech would be “quite wrong”, despite the ongoing fight against Islamic State in Iraq and Syria – and a wave of terror attacks that has hit Britain.
The independent reviewers of terror legislation will give a speech tonight where he will say: “We do not, and should not, criminalise thought without action or preparation for action.
“Whilst we can all agree that there should be nowhere for real terrorists to hide, we should also agree that legislating in the name of terrorism when the targeted activity is not actually terrorism would be quite wrong.”
He said that “thought without action of preparation for action” would NOT count as terrorism.
This could mean that hate speakers who preach terrorist ideologies would not face punishment.
Famous hate preacher Anjem Choudaray was jailed last year for inviting support from Islamic State, but had repeatedly been unable to be brought to justice.
Last week Mr Hill also landed himself in hot water by saying that returning British Islamic State fighters should be “reintegrated into society” rather than face trail, because they were “naive”.
He warned if they are not “left space” by the security services, then we risk a “lost generation” to this dangerous “travel”.
The new Independent Reviewer of Terrorism Legislation insisted that authorities had looked at those who had come back and “decided that they do not justify prosecution and really we should be looking towards reintegration”.
But just 48 hours earlier, MI5 director Andrew Parker warned the threat of terror on the streets of Britain had never been as high due to the collapse of Islamic State.
British security services estimate 850 Brits travelled to Syria to fight for ISIS, with about 250 feared to have returned to the UK.
Today Foreign Minister Alistair Burt said that any fighters returning to the UK “can expect to be questioned about their role” but it was for police to decide whether they should face charges.

Britain is farcical; Geller and Spencer are banned, demonized, branded as racists while Muslim hate preachers and disciples are permitted to sustain their repellent bigotry and encouraging terrorism, murder and mayhem of infidels.
Britain’s duplicitous leadership apparently has never given much notice to Karma… or what goes around comes around.
The leaders are not only daft, they are spurious, ignominious and utterly hypocritical. It is not Geller or Spencer who are the preachers or promoters of intolerance, Jihad and the outright obliteration of Western Culture; it is the British Overlords, their Islam Allies and those of the Marxist persuasion.
The UK is an appendage of Islam; its capitulation is nearing completion, if it is not already.

Hi, Poppey, I doubt my views or those of others will sway Amber Rudd or any of those within the British apparatchik. May, an alleged conservative, has more commonality politically with Marx. Then, not that this is not enough, you and others face the calamitous possibility that Jeremy Corbyn may be the UK’s next PM.
My wife is an Brit ex-pat; upon returning from her visits to London, she is in utter disgust and despair.
I will research more regarding Amber Rudd. I have the impression, she is merely another Henchman, oops, Hench-person, in the gaggle of comrades, within the hollow halls of the UK’S Once Upon a Time, democracy. It seems a country also need pride and patriotism to survive, and the left culture has bred that out of the western world. That an animal like Choidary was unafraid for his physical safety says the UK has lost without a fight. He and his followers should have been torn apart by an inpromtu mob and it’s shameful that didn’t happen.

Fortunately for all their faults the Brits do not usually practice mob justice. And they aren’t soaking up the religion of peace propaganda either. There were two big dawah stalls in our city centre today and absolutely no-one in the crowd was taking the slightest interest in their ranting. Though I myself took the opportunity to obtain some extra free fuel for my quran-burning stove.

Pamela is repeating the canard here that the enemy muslims in UK are “British”. Nothing could be further from the truth, constantly repeating this does not make it true. The discredited establishment call them that to cover their PC backsides.When they won’t fight for us, they’re against us and the enemy within.
Max Hill QC has been excoriated lately from breakfast to tea time for his stupid virtue signalling, but then again, he is supposed to be a “Liberal” {spit}. Whoever trusted a liberal QC with this job needs taring and feathering.

Correct on that, Michael.
The Muslims who invade Europe, and America, and anywhere, do not consider themselves of that country, even if they have citizenship. They consider themselves Muslims, and only Muslims. They have zero allegiance to the countries they invade; rather, they fully intend for Islam to be the rule of law, and Muslims to take over every country they are in. They are very explicit and clear.

Very well, I am positive you are accomplishing the goals of islam by not resisting in an effective manner its invasion of britanistan. muslims will fill the streets with their faces in the gutter and asses in the air on a moments notice. Non muslims do not even vote agains muslims in elections. What do you expect? For years I followed “Britain First” and others like it, until realizing that they are far to small and ineffectual to accomplish anything other than surrender. After constant disappointment every time there was an issue, which islam dominates, I concluded islam is the will of western europeans.

It’s not just me that’s disgusted check out on you tube the Manchester against shariah hate march. Massive! But just like in the US we have the pc politics against us and are up on a hate charge at the drop of a hat.

Max Hill QC does not appear to understand that these Islamic State fighters do not consider themselves British. By their actions they have already shown themselves to be anti-British. Has he not noticed?
He says they “should be “reintegrated into society” “. “RE”- integrated? Were they ever “integrated” before?
It is up to an individual to integrate into a community. It is not the role of the community to “integrate” him, however that may be envisaged, and certainly not the community’s fault if the person fails.
Perhaps Mr Hill would take some of these poor dear “naive” youngsters into his own house, and show us how to “integrate” them.

Our so called (elected) leaders live in a bubble with next to no real life experience or friends outside of that safe space. The british police force is now doing its recruiting from universities where the next generation of coppers are from the same middle class mindset as the politicians.
Both come from a background where political correctness is the norm and it’s that very thing that is allowing the take over of our culture.
Every bloke I’ve worked with in scaffolding and others I’ve spoke to will have non of this bollocks.
