Myanmar laying landmines near Bangladesh border

36

Reuters says “the purpose may have been to prevent the return of Rohingya Muslims fleeing violence.” We continue to see wildly unbalanced coverage of jihadi wars and insurrections across the world. The purpose may also have been to prevent the entry of jihadis from Bangladesh into Myanmar. Despite the unspeakable blood and carnage shed in the cause of Islam, the media works furiously to paint Muslims as the victims. There is no better example (except for Israel) than Burma.

Why doesn’t the media ever ask, why is it that everywhere Muslims immigrate, there is conflict? The higher the population, the bigger the conflict. Why is that?

In the enemedia’s reportage of Islamic terror in Myanmar, they always blame the victim, beating us about the head with the Islamophobia club.

Buddhist monks have to carry guns for self-defense (there’s an oxymoronic visual for you). Think about that. Don’t buy the Muslim myth of victimhood in Burma at the hands of Buddhists. What’s comical is that Buddhism really is a religion of peace.

“The term Rohingya is never known to history, nor it is ever recorded in the official documents as the designation of a Muslim coterie in Rakhaing, ostensibly cross-bred by Arab castaways. It is only a belied term employed by the alien Muslim separatists, with the object of advancing a legal claim to ethnic grouping of the Union of Burma. The Imperialist British, who ruled the Indian Empire, named them Chittagonians after the Chittagong District of East Bengal, where from they originated. The term Rohingya, therefore, is synonym of alien Chittagonian separatists or jihadist Mujtahid.” — The Rohingya Hoax

“Exclusive – Myanmar laying landmines near Bangladesh border: government sources in Dhaka,” by Krishna N. Das, Reuters, September 8, 2017 (thanks to RF):

DHAKA (Reuters) – Myanmar has been laying landmines across a section of its border with Bangladesh, said two government sources in Dhaka, adding that the purpose may have been to prevent the return of Rohingya Muslims fleeing violence.

Bangladesh will on Wednesday formally lodge a protest against the laying of land mines so close to the border, said the sources, who had direct knowledge of the situation but asked not to be named because of the sensitivity of the matter.

An army crackdown triggered by an attack on Aug. 25 by Rohingya insurgents on Myanmar security forces has led to the killing of at least 400 people and the exodus of nearly 125,000 Rohingya to neighbouring Bangladesh, leading to a major humanitarian crisis.

“They are putting the landmines in their territory along the barbed-wire fence” between a series of border pillars, said one of the sources. Both sources said Bangladesh learned about the landmines mainly through photographic evidence and informers.

“Our forces have also seen three to four groups working near the barbed wire fence, putting something into the ground,” one of the sources said. “We then confirmed with our informers that they were laying land mines.”

The sources did not clarify if the groups were in uniform, but added that they were sure they were not Rohingya insurgents.

Manzurul Hassan Khan, a Bangladesh border guard officer, told Reuters earlier that two blasts were heard on Tuesday on the Myanmar side, after two on Monday fuelled speculation that Myanmar forces had laid land mines.

One boy had his left leg blown off on Tuesday near a border crossing before being brought to Bangladesh for treatment, while another boy suffered minor injuries, Khan said, adding that the blast could have been a mine explosion.

A Rohingya refugee who went to the site of the blast on Monday – on a footpath near where civilians fleeing violence are huddled in a no man’s land on the border – filmed what appeared to be a mine: a metal disc about 10 centimetres (4 inches) in diameter partially buried in the mud. He said he believed there were two more such devices buried in the ground.

Two refugees also told Reuters they saw members of the Myanmar army around the site in the immediate period preceding the Monday blasts, which occurred around 2:25 p.m.

Reuters was unable to independently verify that the planted devices were land mines and that there was any link to the Myanmar army….

There is not a word of protest from the international community when muslims invade, murder and otherwise inconvenience other nations. But, when a nation tries to defend itself against muslims, it is criticized. It is time for non muslims to tell muslims and their stooges to kindly shut up, of get shot.

It is inhuman, and tragic. This is indeed wrong, and unChristian. However, conflict fuels conflict, and eventually it’s the kind of thing people get reduced to when faced with a supremacist ideology. If they’ve (insert atrocity) your wife and daughters. Hopefully we can all take a step back before it’s too late, and to the people who promulgate jihad -others are capable of the same level of brutality – and NO, it’s NEVER justified when done by ANYONE..it’s always just a horror, and this is NOT what God wants.

If we really had to do something like this in Europe the US army developed an area denial microwave machine for use in Iraq.. It inflicts horrible pain. It cripples people, temporarily. However, it causes no permanant damage, and it certainly doesn’t blow limbs off !

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. Go cry to the ten thousand Nigerian Christians slaughtered by muslums in the 21st century.
How do you know whether G-d wants this or not?
The Maccabees only stopped the Greek-Syrian vermin from turning the Temple Mount into a Greek pagan Temple by killing Greek-Syrians in great quantities.
There would have been no Renaissance if Catholics hadn’t been willing to kill muslums in great quantities.

If someone’s in a jihadist militia, I’ve got no problems with shooting them. Basically land mines don’t even kill, they just indiscriminately maim with life crippling injuries. Not a fate to wish on anyone. No, the rationalist loving Christian God clearly doesn’t want that.

If you haven’t noticed the muslums are engaging in asymmetric warfare against the dying, atheist West. I hope the Burmese Buddhists tell you where to shove your pacifist carp. If you want to surrender to the muslums go ahead and do so, but don’t drag the rest of the civilised world down with you. When I say surrender that includes surrender by default. NJOI your islamic future toots — perhaps you deserve it.

When an otherwise peaceful culture (Buddhism for crying out load!!) is confronted with an evil, primitive, imperialistic, blood thirsty “culture” that wants to forcefully subjugate it to its own inferior, debasing social system, you fight for your life & your freedom, with everything you got!!

There is an empiric axiom that applies in ~99.9% of cases and is otherwise, irrefutable > Where there are no Muslims, there is no terror!

Irish, Spanish, German etc (Non Muslim perpetrated terror attacks) are a mere drop in the vast, Islamic ocean of blood (any where on our planet where Muslims dwell…) and tears constantly replenished by Muslim perpetrated terror (against non Muslims and against themselves)

I salute the Buddhists (And green with envy…) that have the common human sense and moral clarity to resist the scourge of Islam / Muslims, with all means necessary!

You’re talking about Christian values. You can’t reach everybody. These people are Buddhists and Muslims.
Right, it’s never justified, but sometimes diplomacy just doesn’t work. I refer you to the Palestinians.

“Extremism in defense of liberty is no vice.” Barry Goldwater.
Self defense is always justified, which is exactly what the Buddhists of Burma are doing.
The “Rohingya” like the f’ing Paleswine are a made-up people. The Rohingya are nothing but Bangladeshi muslum squatters in Burma.

You might be right, I think Myanmar might have been a name imposed on Burma by the PRC, although I’m not sure.
I hope the PRC backs the Burmese Buddhists and Burmese cats in their bid for freedom from islum.

I honestly think Myanmar should just let these Muslims flee back to Bangladesh or wherever they came from originally. Why keep a problem when you could be free of it?

I don’t think they’re trying to stop the Muslims already in the country from fleeing. They’re trying to stop more of them from infiltrating into the country from across the border.

Really? But why would people from Bangladesh even want to go to Myanmar? I doubt they speak the language or anything.

Me thinks you may be, at least, a muslim sympathizer. The only option would be that you may be the densest ever, to make such a stupid comment.
The rest of the world should learn from Myanmar. They have been fighting the muslim slime for years. They have even rounded up those whom would not leave and put them in fenced compounds in an effort to protect their country and it’s citizens. That was moderately successful for a time but, as with all slime, they managed to escape their confines and attempted to conquer Myanmar.
They failed.
Myanmar kicked their asses.
The muslim world called this “ethnic cleansing”.
There is a great need for this kind of ethnic cleansing around the world.

Yes, really. The Muslims of Bangladesh have been infiltrating into Burma and trying to ethnically cleanse Burma of its non-Muslims (primarily Buddhists) for decades. It’s not about the Bangladeshis wanting to learn the language of the Burmese. It’s about forcing the non-Muslim Burmese to become Muslims.

They can also put out warning signs, probably visual, in case the population is illiterate, warning of landmines, to deter people from entering the zone. There don’t always need to actually be landmines there, the signs themselves have some deterrent effect, even if no landmines are there.

The DailyMail.UK ran an article about Desmond Tutu of So. Africa asking Burmese Nobel Prize Winning politician Ryu Suu Kyi (I think it’s spelled that way) to condemn the ‘ethnic cleansing’ of Muslims in Myanmar. I thought there were two sides to the story………Also, I haven’t heard him ask about ‘ethnic cleansing’ of Yazidis, Kurds, and Christians in an area of southwest Asia where there’s a whole lot more killing going on. Why is that, Mr. Tutu??

Since these people are smart enough to realize the danger of Islamists, why can’t we do the same? Our lands are run by delusional liberals. They’re the enablers of this snake venom called Islam to circulate through our society, destroying our hard-won way of life.
