THIS is the dramatic moment a “smirking” terrorist in a fake suicide vest was shot dead by police as he taunted officers after ploughing a car into pedestrians in Cambrils.
He was one of five terrorists killed – with the gang possibly including the driver of the van in Las Ramblas that killed at least 13 people.
