Mona Eltahawy “Beastly” Attack, More calls for Violence and Destruction from Reza Azlan, Hamas-CAIR

31

Mona Eltahawy was arrested and spent the night in jail. Her attack on Pamela Hall is vicious. The irony is thick on so many levels. Robert Spencer explains: "Beasts" — OK, "savages" — vile racism.

Islamic supremacist logic is so complicated!

Actually, as I explained here,
I think Mona Eltahawy's fascist vandalism of our pro-freedom AFDI ads
was her attempt to get back into the good graces of her Islamic
supremacist friends and colleagues, who have sharply criticized her for
months for her honest piece in Foreign Policy criticizing Islam's
institutionalized mistreatment of women.

Story continues below advertisement

"Egyptian-American Journalist Mona Eltahawy call [sic] raping
Egyptians ‘beasts’
— but accuse [sic] NY metro ads of racism and
vandalise them," from The Muslim Issue, September 26:

…Mona Eltahawy was sexually assaulted in Tahrir Square in
Egypt during the so called ‘freedom’ protests in 2011. In the video
above, with her arm in a cast, she gives her weepy testimony to the
assault she experienced and calls her Muslim sex assaulter’s [sic] “wild
beasts finding their prey… I was called a whore…. nonstop whore. That’s
what I was called” and states that sexual violence (amongst Muslims in
Egypt) comes from police and from non-police and they need a revolution
of mind. But Eltahawy accuses Pamela Geller of racism for calling brutal
Jihad savagery. Jihad and the call to slaughter innocent people is not
savagery? How humanitarian of Eltahawy. She sure has priorities to her
staged human rights ideals, and free speech is clearly only permitted by
herself but not permitted from non-Muslims.

The vandalism against over half of our ads validates the message. Hundreds and hundreds of anti-Israel posters ran all over the country. Not one was defaced. One anti-jihad poster goes up, and it's criminally defaced within an hour, while its creator faces defamation, smears and libel. Mona Eltahawy, a Muslim writer who was herself assaulted in Egypt by people she called "beasts" took a can of spray paint to our ad and assaulted a pro-freedom blogger, Pamela Hall, who tried to stop her. This is a physical manifestation of the way the entire conversation, or lack thereof, always goes: anyone who speaks about jihad and sharia is attacked, defamed, destroyed — just like these ads. This is exactly what’s happening in the media regarding jihad coverage in general. Anti-American, anti-Israel, pro-sharia hate is all over the airwaves, but anyone who dares to speak the truth about Islam and jihad in the media is immediately smeared and defamed. You can't have this conversation in the media, any more than I can present these pro-Israel ads, and receive any semblance of fair treatment.

Ny post 926
Pamela Hall is an American hero. Page 7 of the NY Post today — The NY Post reports (they were there):

Mona Eltahawy, a self-described “liberal Muslim,” strolled up to one
of the signs at the crowded 1/2/3 train mezzanine at the Times Square
station and sprayed pink paint on the ads.

Straphangers stopped and watched Eltahawy — in a bright pink coat just a few shades darker than the paint — in amazement.

But Pamela Hall, a Manhattan mom who supports the message of the ads, was so infuriated, she rushed to stop Eltahawy .

“Do you have a right to do this?” demanded Hall — an ally of Pamela Geller, leader of a pro-Israel group behind the posters.

“I do actually,” said a sedate Eltahawy, 45, who has appeared on MSNBC
and CNN. “I think this is freedom of expression, just as this [the ad]
is freedom of expression.”

[…] She was charged with criminal mischief, making graffiti and possession of a graffiti instrument, and held overnight.

"Anybody was murders people coming from church or sleeping in their bed is a savage," Hall said.

Eltahawy's arrest capped a day of widespread vandalism targeting the controversial ads.

Hundreds and hundreds of anti-Israel posters ran all over the country. Not one was defaced. One anti-jihad poster goes up, and it's defaced within an hour, while its creator faces defamation, smears and libel. Mona Eltahawy, a Muslim writer who was herself assaulted in Egypt by people she called "beasts" took a can of spray paint to our ad and assaulted a pro-freedom blogger, Pamela Hall, who tried to stop her. Islamic supremacists and leftist thugs criminally defaced these ads within an hour.

And calls from Islamic supremacists continue, once again demonstrating a contempt and disregard for American rule of law and individual rights. Islamic law trumps all. Reza Aslan calls for fascist vandalism of AFDI pro-freedom ads Jihadwatch

Aslanvandalism1.jpg
Aslanvandalism2.jpg

Reza Aslan is a prominent "moderate Muslim," but he is a Board member of
the National Iranian American Council, NIAC, which was recently definitively exposed as a front for Iran's bloody mullahcracy. He also has numerous other Islamic supremacist ties,
and so it was no surprise to see the tweets above. (He has his tweets
"protected" so that I can't see them, but he hasn't reckoned with my Zionist black arts.)

The Mondoweiss piece he is linking in the tweets
celebrates and applauds the vandalism of our AFDI pro-freedom ads. So
when Aslan tells New Yorkers to "get crackin'," he is calling for more
vandalism of the ads.

This is consistent with his utter intellectual bankruptcy,
illustrated here many times. The Left and the Islamic supremacists hate
the freedom of speech. They cannot abide dissent. They cannot refute our
arguments, so they shout us down, demonize us, defame us, and deface
our message. They are liars, cowards, and thugs — and it is no surprise that a desperately insecure boy
like Reza Aslan, abjectly incapable of defending his positions except
with scorn and abuse, would be among them. Maybe when Reza is back from
Europe and Mona Eltahawy is out of the slammer, she can loan him a can
of spray paint. Fascists help each other out.

UPDATE: And again. Isn't it illegal to exhort people to commit a crime?

Aslanvandalism3.jpg

Cyrus McGoldrick of Hamas-linked CAIR applauds Mona Eltahawy's fascist vandalism

In the comments section at the New York Post…
According to Hamas-CAIR's Cyrus McGoldrick, freedom of speech, freedom to dissent, and freedom of conscience are all indefensible.
McGEltahawytweet.jpg…and tweeted

Cyrus McGoldrick of Hamas-linked CAIR's New York gang of thugs, who previously called for our AFDI pro-freedom ads to be vandalized, has predictably enough come out in enthusiastic support of Mona Eltahawy's act of brownshirt thuggery, both in the comments section at the New York Post and on Twitter.

This is no surprise, since Hamas-linked CAIR has long been a foe of
the freedom of speech, and instead of dealing rationally with its
opponents routinely engages in the most vile defamation of them. But it
is interesting in light of Hamas-linked CAIR's recent hypocritical call
for "robust political debate."
By "robust political debate" Hamas-linked CAIR doesn't mean honest
discussion of important issues, but "Palestinian" thugs menacing and
shouting down Jewish students on college campuses, and fascist
journalists spray-painting away political messages that they don't like.
And the mainstream media, clueless and/or complicit as ever, continues
to treat this unsavory gang as if it really were a "civil rights"
organization.

And Nancy Mansour of the annihilationist group "Existence is Resistance" promises to finish the job:

If closet gay Resa Azlan would read the feedback in NY Post and other local papers, he would discover that 99% of commentators have now woken up to what exact garbage Islam is. Only 2 posts supported Muslims. The rest have HAD ENOUGH.
So, sorry, Resa! But no support for you Muslims. As usual, Muslims have managed to soil their reputation so bad they are left on their own.

Why did you have to bring in a homophobic slur to attack Reza Aslan?

I kind of feel sorry for her because I think that she is really mentally derranged. She is sitting there crying because her family wants her to come home and stop being beaten up and raped, but she thinks she is contributing something by being there and protesting the government which was against the radicals who roam like beasts and rape and kill. She is living in her ideals instead of in the real world. She seems unable to face the reality of the situation she is putting herself in. She put herself in danger again when she sprayed the signs and the lady blocking them. Then again, she can’t seem to connect her actions with the consequences of her being arrested.
I don’t really think that she is acting either, because the look on her face is very derranged looking. I guess trying to be a Muslim feminist would drive anyone nuts, but Islam is full of all kinds of nuts to begin with.
She does seem like a smart person and sometimes smart people get so caught up in their own minds that they can’t just turn off their thoughts and follow their instincts any more. This would help to keep her out of the dangerous situations she is always putting herself in. She is not helping any cause, she is actually helping people who hate women abuse her and helping to make herself look like a criminal.

Whatever your position on the matter is, it’s wrong to misrepresent facts. Pamela Hall assaulted that Muslim woman with her camera tripod. She was the first to physically touch her.

Anyone who repeatedly attempts to protect themselves and their message from a raving lunatic with a can of spray paint is going to use anything object within their vicinity to put distance between themselves and the lunatic. In no way, shape or form was the “tripod” used as an offensive weapon. Try again!

@Thomas K-
By no reasonable definition did Pamela Hall assault the fascist thug attempting to stifle free discourse.
You and Mona are certainly birds of a feather. Mona claimed she was exercising her “freedom of expression” by defacing AFDI’s poster. Must be Muslim idea of freedom- little work to do with the concept, I would say.
Reminds me of some who spoke at a university in California in the past year- I think it was Robert Spencer, but might have been someone else. MSA goons interrupted his speech, which he was invited by a campus organization to give, then claimed that *their* freedom was abridged when they were led out of the hall.
People raised in a religious tradition in which other people’s rights are marginalized have difficulty with our American notion that people are endowed with equal rights- including people with unpopular messages. What’s your excuse for believing such fascist twaddle?

She is smart enough to know the difference between the crime of vandalism and the right of free speech. So then why does she fail to notice the difference? Because of self-deception, self-righteousness, bias, and a desire for approval by her leftie and Muslim friends.

This is brilliant! The more fuss they make, the more publicity it all gets! If people read this blog and jihadwatch with an open mind they’ll see for themselves that Pamela and Robert (and pretty much all those who are counter-jihad) aren’t even slightly hateful, racist, bigoted etc. In fact, they’ll see that they care passionately about freedom and equality of rights for all.
Maybe Mona with this hateful act of vandalism, has started spraying herself and her hate-filled ilk out of the picture!
Anyone have any idea why the left are so virulently anti-Semitic? Why do they think its such a good and righteous thing to be filled with so much hate for a race of people? Anti-Israel ads – okay. Pro-Israel ads – haraam! The leftist thugs (useful idiots) and the Islamic Supremacists really are Nazis!!
Anyway, to Pamela Hall: a true warrior.

Gman, I doubt you would have beaten her up. For one thing, she is big and wearing boots. I think she can fight back because she managed to keep six police officers in Egypt from getting their hands down her pants. She was wrestling with Pam also even after being held at bay with the the tripod. She looked like she was looking for some sort of fight. If you want to fight someone like that who is crazy also, you will have your hands full.

Seems to me this Mona woman, whatever her name is, is a pretend muslim. She certainly fails to “look the part” or behave like a good doormat should – the hussy.
Has anyone asked her why she isn’t protesting about murdered diplomats and burning churches? Serves her right if someone does a “Lindsy Lohan” on her, dumping her upside down in a litter bin, now that WOULD boost her dignity.

Pam, I kind of feel sorry for her. I agree with the above poster who felt she was off mentally. She showed bravery getting her arms broken by the Egyptian police(although that shows a kind of nuts too). I hope she won’t be deported to Egypt because I believe she would be raped and killed. I believe, Pamela, you have the right to your posters and this lady has the right to deface them(if she is willing to pay the price and go to jail). I hope she gets the help she needs. I mean that sincerely.

The Post wrote: “She was charged with criminal mischief, making graffiti and possession of a graffiti instrument”
What about the assault on Pamela Hall with spray paint? Hall should demand charges be brought. That Eltahawy was not actively trying to spray Hall is irrelevant since Hall was also obviously not trying to be sprayed but to place herself between the perpetrator of the misdemeanor and the object of the misdemeanor and it was Eltahawy’s obligation not to spray that paint. Intention is no more relevant than it would be in the case of a person stepping between a thug and his victim and “accidentaly” taking a punch intended for the original target.
The defensive use of the tripod, etc. in the attempt to prevent the crime and protect herself was no more assault than the action of the cop who grabbed Eltahawy’s paint, wrist, etc.
At the very least, Hall has a legitimate tort complaint for her anguish and damage to her property, as does AFDI for the defacing of their poster, especially if the time it is displayed is not extended to cover the time when it was defaced.
Also Reza Aslan and others who conspired online to deprive Ms. Geller & associates of their First Amendment rights should contemplate this federal law:
================================================
Title 18, U.S.C., Section 241
Conspiracy Against Rights
This statute makes it unlawful for two or more persons to conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person of any state, territory or district in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him/her by the Constitution or the laws of the United States, (or because of his/her having exercised the same).
It further makes it unlawful for two or more persons to go in disguise on the highway or on the premises of another with the intent to prevent or hinder his/her free exercise or enjoyment of any rights so secured.
Punishment varies from a fine or imprisonment of up to ten years, or both; and if death results, or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years, or for life, or may be sentenced to death.
================================================
Preventing someone’s free speech is a form of oppression. Eric Holder may not be in office long enough for these conspirators to outlast the statute of limitations on this, if any.

who says: @monaeltahawy The ad is making its way to Washington DC.. I guess we need to stock on spray dear..
I hope the Police are making note.
A supporter (Basim Aljazi ‏@crosstheredline) of ShahrazadKablan says:
We may have to buy space for similar but factual ads! Let’s see if free speech covers our side of the story!
I don’t think there is enough space on those MTA ads which could cover ‘factual’ and ‘their side of the story’ for all the thousands of heinous and barbaric acts carried out by Jihadis over the last few years!

Also, a tweeter noted ShahrazadKablan’s comment: I guess we need to stock on spray dear..
Seems, although ShahrazadKablan promotes herself as an ‘International Education Consultant’, she seems to lack the basic skill of understanding plain English and the USA law:
Tweeter: “You will go to jail if you deface public or private property. We are watching you, Jihadist fascists.”
ShahrazadKablan’s response to the above tweets: “Is that a threat SIR?”
LOL – thick bint. Where is the threat? Isn’t the tweeter just stating the obvious? These idiots really do believe they are a law unto themselves. About time that changed.

I am totally in support of Geller and appalled at Erin Burnett’s trearment of her on CNN etc. This “Muslim Madness” is endemic of a much deeper problem. Even if you don’t agree wth Geller anyone should be outraged on the merits of her treatment by the media. She is not Jesse Ventura. She is addressing a serious problem.
