Associated with terrorists Press Sues NY police department over successful counter terror policy

Decades ago, we cringed when any news story of corruption and collusion broke about our long-venerated, trusted newsmen. We trusted those powerful subversives like Walter Cronkite, Mike Wallace, etc. These men with enormous power wielded it and abused it, and perpetrated one of the world's great campaigns of anti-American disinformation and propaganda. We remember Walter Cronkite as a grandfather figure, a trusted icon, when in fact he did the country incalculable harm.

Twenty years of the Cronkite legacy and we have gone that much further off the deep end. The media today is a propagandist arm whose one goal is to shape the news, change the message, even lie about the news to advance a collectivist, pro-sharia agenda. How else could an unqualified, bitter America-hater hold the seat in the Oval Office?

They are out of control. And it is only a matter of time before the Davids in the blogosphere rip these haters' masks off and reveal how monstrous they really are. And for their flagrant violation of the public trust, they shall rot in prison.

Story continues below advertisement

The hardcore Hamas groups in the US, Hamas-CAIR, MSU, MSA, ICNA, are doing a Hitlerian stomping jig to get these counter terrorism measures removed, so that devout Muslims can roam free to plan the next 911.

And the AP, in a crushing violation of journalistic integrity, has filed suit against law enforcement to disarm the number one greatest counter terrorism unit in the world. The DoJ is finished. Corrupt. Destroyed. The House will soon vote on contempt charges against Eric Holder‎. They refuse to uphold rule of law. It's red and green madness, collectivists and Islamic supremacists who have the run of the place. Where is our society's first, most critical line of defense? The DoJ is AWOL. The Department of Justice is engaging in collusion with the country's most dangerous and subversive jihadist groups.

And this is not just Department of Justice (DoJ) policy. It's the policy of the Obama administration.

For years Atlas readers wanted to know why there were no indictments and prosecutions of the Muslim Brotherhood co-conspirators (CAIR, ISNA, ICNA, MAS) named in the largest terror funding trial in US history (here, for example). Obama and Holder have scuttled them, much the same way as they dropped the voter intimidation charges against the Black Panthers (a case that was, by and large, already won).

But those indictments were scuttled last year at the direction of top-level political appointees within the Department of Justice (DOJ) — and possibly even the White House.

Included in those indictments was at least one of the co-founders of CAIR, based on “Declination of Prosecution of Omar Ahmad,” a March 31 DOJ legal memo from Assistant Attorney General David Kris to Acting Deputy Attorney General Gary Grindler. A second DOJ official familiar with the investigation independently confirmed these details. Omar Ahmad is one of CAIR’s co-founders and its chairman emeritus. He was personally named, along with CAIR itself, as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terror finance trial in 2007 and 2008. During the trial FBI Agent Lara Burns testified that both Omar Ahmad and current CAIR executive director Nihad Awad were caught on FBI wiretaps attending a 1993 meeting of Hamas leaders in Philadelphia.

Finally, lawmakers in Washington are pursuing justice and demanding answers from an AWOL Department of Justice. Last Thursday, Members of the House Judiciary Committee on oversight called on the Attorney General to provide documents and evidence relating to the landmark Holy Land Foundation trial – the largest terrorism financing trial in U.S. history.

And now the media is doing the DoJ's bidding, suing the NYPD for protecting all of its citizens from certain death in the coming jihad attacks.

The Leftist mainstream media is determined to demonize and destroy the NYPD's entirely legitimate counterterror program. "AP sues NJ police department over Muslim spy data," from the Associated Press, June 11 (thanks to Kenneth):

NEWARK, N.J. – The Associated Press sued a New Jersey police department on Monday over its denial of a request for information stemming from a secret spying effort by New York's police department against Muslims.

The lawsuit claims the New Brunswick Police Department violated state open-records laws when it denied a request for 911 calls and radio recordings associated with a June 2009 incident at an apartment near Rutgers University.

A building superintendent discovered terrorist literature and surveillance equipment in the apartment and called 911. New Brunswick police and the FBI responded and found that the superintendent had stumbled upon a command center set up by a secret team of New York Police Department intelligence officers who had been staging undercover operations.

An AP investigation into the spying program found that NYPD officers kept tabs on student groups at numerous schools including Yale University, Columbia University, the University of Pennsylvania, Syracuse University and New York University. The officers also placed informants in mosques and monitored bookstores, bars, cafes and nightclubs in ethnic neighborhoods in New York and New Jersey.

"Student groups," i.e., the Muslim Brotherhood group known as the Muslim Students Association.

New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg and his police commissioner, Raymond Kelly, have maintained that the NYPD's actions were legal and police have the right to travel beyond their city's limits to do their job and protect people. New Jersey's attorney general determined last month that NYPD activities in New Jersey were legal.

Last week, eight Muslims filed a federal lawsuit challenging the NYPD's activities as unconstitutional because they focused on people's religion, national origin and race.

The AP, in a letter dated April 26, requested information on the 911 call under New Jersey's Open Public Records Act.

In a response dated the same day, New Brunswick police Director Anthony Caputo denied the request on the grounds that it would compromise security at the apartment building by disclosing security or emergency procedures, that it would create a safety risk to the public by disclosing general security measures and investigative techniques and that the records were part of an ongoing investigation by a public agency….

And here I thought Muslims were non discriminatory. So how could surveillance on potential terrorists target any particular ethnic group?

The Islamic Associated Press and Muslims are determined to destroy all counter-terrorism by our wonderful, caring NYPD. Why would they seek something so horrible? The only conclusion one can come to is that the Islamic Associated Press and these Muslims want Muslims to succeed in mass slaughter terror attacks on New Yorkers. They are despicable and evil.
Since 9/11, Muslims have carried out more than 19,000 deadly terror attacks.

I liked the original version of this page better: http://bit.ly/KoHuM1
Much more entertaining. Even Walter Chronkite would agree.

@Mattand – someone obviously decided to sober up and copy-edit the piece a second time. Not saying Pammie’s the drunk, though, but she has not yet denied it, which is the same as confirming it. Irresponsible not to speculate.

@YeDevolutionist – I was thinking she was either drunk or having a stroke. Or maybe the crazy reached some kind of tipping point.

Oh, so THAT’s how you spell “Cronkite”! I was confused…
You’d think that if someone were going to go to the trouble of editing a blog post for spelling and grammatical errors, they’d notice that the argument itself is also only explainable as a drunken rant. I mean, WTF is “the Hitler stomping jig” anyway? That line made a hell of a lot more sense when it read, “thr Htiler stompin jig.”

Even the cleaned up version makes no sense: “And it is only a matter of time before the Davids in the blogosphere rip their masks of civility off and unmask who the monsters are.” So are the Davids ripping off their own masks of civility and revealing themselves to be monsters? Or is it the “Chronkites” who are the monsters and it’s the Davids who will expose them by being uncivil? The split infinitive doesn’t help comprehension, either.

@retarded_baboon – Well, she was apparently using voice recognition software on her iPhone (do iPhones have that?) so she was obviously slurring her words because of drunkenness or stroke. With this one, the crazy has been edging up to the tipping point for years now but it just doesn’t seem to want to go over, presumably thanks to strong medication.

@Pamela Geller: The spelling on the first version of the post looked like a drunken badger having a stroke wrote it. Why on earth would you not proofread it before you posted it?

Twenty years of the Cronkite legacy and we have gone that much further off the deep end.

I’ll give you this much; if there’s anyone who an expert about going off the deep end, it’d be you. As Wulter Chroncrite would say: “An tah’ts teh whey it iz.”

Surely something as important terrorism and ideology should be tested by the Free Market and not some wealth-leeching parasite like the government. Any rational, self-interested thinker will view these police officers as a threat as large as the those they claim to fight…
