It has been over two months since Shaima Alawadi was bludgeoned to death in her own home in El Cajon, CA. The initial reports were that it was an anti-Muslim hate crime, and then it was leaked that Shaima was seeking a divorce and that her daughter was caught hot and heavy in the car with a man and later jumped out of a moving car during a dispute with her mother. Will this turn into another cover-up with no arrests, like the 2009 Fatima Abdallah case in Tampa, FL? Here are some officials who need to update the public on what is happening with this case:

If you are killing while Muslim in America, apparently different rules apply.
Shaima Alawadi died on March 21. It appears increasingly likely that someone in her family was involved in her murder. They used the hate crime/bigot card to try to frame innocent people. And hate groups like Hamas-CAIR, #OWS Occupy, ISNA, etc. jumped on the hate train and blamed Spencer and me as part of their Muslim-victimhood-myth narrative, aka the fictitious 'backlashophobia."

This is an islamic pattern to create fictional victims and then blame innocent non-Muslims. More faked hate.
But it became immediately known that the evidence pointed to the family, who, in turn, used the ruse of "burying Shaima in Iraq" to leave the
country. Why Shaima was buried in Iraq is anyone's guess. She lived in the United States for twenty years, most of her adult life. She was divorcing her husband. Why did law enforcement allow two people who must be considered suspects in Shaima's honor murder to leave the country?
Shaima was taken to Iraq, accompanied by her daughter Fatima and her husband Kassim Al-Himidi (whom she was divorcing). They arrived in Iraq on March 31, and have just returned to the States. Why were they allowed to leave at all? When El Cajon Police Chief Jim Redman was asked that, he replied merely by saying that the investigation was ongoing. But how responsible an investigation could possibly be conducted when two key witnesses and possible suspects are allowed to leave the country, with no guarantee they would return at all?
And where are the million hijabs for Shaima? Where are the million hijabs against honor killings?
The brutal killing of a California Muslim woman is not a "hate crime," but rest assured that there will be no media stampede to correct the deliberate lie. For the Islamic supremacists and the media, this poor woman has served her purpose.
Add her to the pile of dead Muslim women and girls whose murders are covered up and swept under the rug.
It was the pro-sharia rhetoric of Reza Aslan and Hamas groups like CAIR, ISNA, ICNA, MSA, MSU, et al that aided in the killing of and subsequent cover-up of the murder of Shaima Alawadi. Her blood is on their hands. First and primarily because they support and sanction the brutal and misogynistic sharia (i.e. honor killings, forced marriage, clitorectomies, etc.), and secondly because they manufacture and create this "islamophobia" hate crime nonsense that was used in this honor killing cover-up.
The below was tweeted by pro-Khomeinist and nuclear Iran proponent, Reza Aslan. Mind you, this genocidal aspirant is teaching our children and getting paid to spread these poisonous lies at our colleges.
Where are these subversive Islamic agitators now? Why are they not demanding justice for Shaima? Please contact El Cajon law enforcement and ask them what is being done to identify and bring Shaima's honor murderers to justice.
Where is the justice for Muslim women in America murdered for honor under the sharia? Where is the justice for Fatima Abdullah, who was beaten to death in an honor killing? Instead, the Hillsborough County Medical Examiners ruled that the Muslim woman killed herself by repeatedly beating her face against a coffee table. According to an informant in the medical examiner's office, officials "feared Muslim reprisal" if her death were classified as an honor murder.

I actually was talking to someone about this very case just yesterday. It all stinks. If our federal Dept. of Justice as doing it’s job shouldn’t they be looking into this?
I wonder if the state government can look into this?

I was very interested in this story when I first heard of it. I live in San Diego and I found it disheartening when it was reported as a hate crime. But then I stepped back…it didn’t pass the smell test. Really? The dutiful daughter had not reported a previous threatening “hate” note? Seriously? I remember telling people that I was certain it was an honor killing – possibly related to trying to escape an abusive husband. I heard a 2 second report locally on the evidence that was mounting against the daughter and husband – then NOTHING. Thank you for providing the disgusting update. No confidence in the existing system. Totally flawed and ridiculously cowed by the pro-islamist fundamentalist apologists.

I’d argue there is no non-fundamentalist islam. It’s all the same hate-filled, genocidal, intolerant antisemitic crap. The idea of a “moderate” islam is as ridiculous as looking for a “moderate” nazism. Where are the muslimes who have renounced/repudiated the hatred of unbelievers in the holey quran? Where are the muslimes who have renounced/repudiated the rabid Jew hate in the holey quran? Where are the muslimes who have renounced the genocidal antisemitic verses in the holey hadeeths. There are none. Islam is an ideology of hate and lies. And how can I trust anyone whose religion advocates LYING?

I think this all stems from lawlessness in the Federal Government on down. We now live in a country where a fake president can sit in the White House after what happened on 9/11, and he’s possibly a Muslim. We have agencies in the Federal Government, a Congress, courts, etc. who lie about it, and just carry on a charade. They think people are stupid and can’t see what’s going on. How are we supposed to believe when this is allowed to happen a total breakdown in law won’t occur in the entire country.
I never thought, I’d ever see something like this in America. I used to feel safe in this country. I don’t think I’ll ever feel safe or trust anyone in positions of power in this country again. Even if i think they’re honest, there’s always going to be that little thing in the back of my mind, that says, I don’t know. I just don’t know if I can believe them.

The husband or the husbands family killed this women,the note was a copy of a had written note—not the original- the daughter was home at the time and heard nothing from her mother being beaten to death in the same house,no screams, nothing and only after she was dead did she find her, then they say it was a hate crime—THERE IS NO PROOF OF A HATE CRIME ONLY THE HUSBAND HAVING THE MOTIVE TO KILL HIS WIFE — the family lived in a Muslim part of town where a non Muslim would have stood out—they had only lived in town for about a month or so —the mother was getting a divorce—this is a HONOR KILLING—JUST LIKE YOU DON’T BEAT YOUR HEAD ON A TABLE TILL YOU ARE DEAD!!!THE ONLY HATE IS COMING FROM THE MUSLIMS!!!

My suggestion to law enforcement is to “follow the money.” As I recall from earlier articles, the husband Kassim Al-Himidi had been unemployed and on disability for 17 years. His wife, Shaima, was the daughter of a well-placed Imam in Iraq. Was the family getting financial support from Iraq? If so, a divorce would end Kassim’s cushy deal. Maybe that also explains the trip back to Iraq with Shaima’s body — Kassim needed to explain to this father-in-law that the family was oppressed in racist bigoted America and Shaima’s children needed grandpa’s continued financial support. Perhaps Shaima’s daughter Fatima is a bargaining chip: she can be the bride of the Iraqi of grandpa’s own chosing, so one more Iraqi can immigrate to the U.S. That’s got to be worth a bundle in Iraq, and maybe it keeps Fatima out of jail, too. Far fetched? Fatima (daughter of Muhammad) was married off to Ali founder of the Shi’ites, fought against the Sunnis, and was a model (victim?) of Islamic intrigue and conspiracy. Perhaps history repeats.

Knowing what I do about Islam and the way it teaches Muslim barrows to treat women, I think it may be possible to smack your head against a coffee table until you kill yourself. It would be less painful than living with a Muslim barrow.

I have a friend in law enforcement, his bullshit defense of the corrupt law enforcement entities of Tamapastan came to an abrupt halt when I mentioned the victim had beat herself to death. After all, how often has ANYONE committed suicide by beating themselves to death?

I teach CCD (Catholic Sunday school) to 8th graders who attend public school during the week. We talked about this case in class when we discussed discrimination, and I suggested this was more likely a case of domestic violence. One of my students had to do a project (for her public school social studies class) on hate crimes, and after our discussion, she researched this murder. Her teacher had recommended this case as an example of a hate crime, and when my student omitted it, her teacher questioned her. My student said, “Well, it’s probably a case of domestic violence…I looked into it, because we talked about it in Sunday school, and my religion teacher was right, there is not enough evidence to say this is really a hate crime…” I guess I threw a monkey wrench into the works with that little attempt at propaganda. And I bet that teacher is really annoyed, too.

The police cannot be giving out much information in an ongoing investigation, but the Prosecutor’s Office can be exhorted to investigate and prosecute. Let’s write to the Snad Diego County Prosecutor’s Office.

Dear Prosecutors of San Diego County:
The case of Shaima Alawadi (http://www.utsandiego.com/news/2012/apr/04/records-hint-iraqi-womans-death-not-a-hate-crime/?page=1#article), who was murdered in her El Cajon home and the crime falsely reported and made to look like an anti-Muslim hate crime, has been mishandled and needs to be more competently investigated and prosecuted. Ms. Alawadi was taking steps to divorce her Muslim husband and move to Texas, where she had family. Her daughter, who was at home with her at the time of the attack, was being forced against her will to marry a cousin and received a text message not to “talk” to investigators. Yet, after Ms. Alawadi’s death her husband and daughter were allowed to leave the country and bury Ms. Alawadi in Iraq. You (and the El Cajon Police Department) are well aware that her body was evidence and that her husband and daughter are suspects. It has now been two months since her death and the investigation is being swept under the rug. That cannot be allowed to happen.
President Obama has attempted to eliminate the criminal intent of Shariah-compliant crimes perpetuated by Muslims in this country by illegally forbidding even the vocabulary of jihad (e.g., Islam, Muslim, Shariah law, jihad, etc.) in their prosecution. Besides giving jihadists a giant loophole in which to commit jihad (i.e., crimes against non-Muslims BECAUSE they are non-Muslims), as a policy it is against the Constitutional guarantee of equal treatment under the law. Let the crimes of Muslims be prosecuted for the crimes that they are, including an accurate portrayal of the specific intent of the perpetrator. Let the investigation of such crimes be done in an unbiased, factual, and accurate manner. Let Muslims be accountable under U.S. law and do not let Shariah law be enforced instead. Please do the job that you were sworn in to do and competently investigate and prosecute the Shaima Alawadi case.

Who is this Reza Aslan? I see his name from time to time, but I’m not sure who he is. That’s really foul language–I guess he doesn’t think he’s accomplishing anything or persuading anybody by that kind of childish acting out.
Why should anybody even pay attention to such a bratty, uncouth slug. Is he even worth our attention?
Generally people who are that unhinged persuade nobody other than other similarly deranged people.
