Atlas readers are well aware of the conversion, recruitment and brainwashing of prisoners to Islam in our nation's prisons. This is fertile ground. Disenfranchised, uneducated violent offenders make the perfect target for jihad plotting and recruitment. Atlas has been covering this as early as 2005 and 2006.
The Saudís also have a special program aimed at converting blacks in prison. In a well-documented June 2002 article in the Washington Times, Cal Thomas noted that the program is funded by Saudi Arabian money through the National Islamic Prison Foundation, which underwrites a "prison outreach" program designed to convert large numbers of African-American inmates not only to Wahhabism, but to its political objectives — including virulent anti-Americanism.
The Wall Street Journal (February 5, 2003) also confirmed that Wahhabism is making serious inroads into the black population of American prisons. It quoted a New York-based Wahhabi imam, Warith Deen Umar (who until his retirement in 2000 helped run New York's growing Islamic prison program by recruiting and training dozens of chaplains and ministering to thousands of inmates himself), as saying:

Jose Padilla, a former Chicago IL street gang member, became radicalized while in prison. He was arrested in 2002 on suspicion of planning to explode a "dirty bomb." Richard Reid (a.k.a. Abdel Raheem and Trig Rajah) was also radicalized while incarcerated in a UK prison. He attempted to ignite explosives in his shoes and thereby blow up an American Airlines plane in mid-flight during Christmastime in 2001.
Last year four Muslims were convicted of plotting to bomb two NYC synagogues and shoot down military jets with Stinger missiles. They too were American-born jailhouse converts to Islam.
Nothing is being done to stop this growing army of jihadis in America.
Apparently Osama Bin Laden's plan to exploit minority converts and recruit minorities for attacks is well underway.
The man who created the Muslim Chaplain Program in America is sitting in jail for 23 years on terrorism charges.

Unfortunately, in EVERY prison, in EVERY country, the prisoners run the prisons. Prisoners MUST join a gang, in prison, just for protection from predators. I note that there are white collar country clubs for white, non-violent criminals. Could criminalologists (it’s a word NOW) have prisons for only black crack, personal use, users? AND treat mohammadanism as a political system, NOT a religion.

Just another large dose of raving hypocrisy from Islam.
They love to play the “equality & justice card” to African-American prison inmates and create the myth that it was the “white mans” slave trade that started all the problems for African Americans.
There’s just a couple of facts that the Muslim prison chaplains fail to tell.
The Arab African Muslim has always been associated with slavery because Islam is the driving force in the history of world slavery.
Islam’s has a 1300 year history of connection with slavery starting with Mohammed.
Mohammed was involved in every single aspect and detail of slavery. He bought and sold slaves both retail and wholesale. He gave them as gifts, used them for sex, received them as gifts, stood by as slaves were beaten, attacked. He enslaved tribes, and owned black slaves. Indeed, his rise to political success was financed, in part, by the profit of his slave trade. (see http://www.politicalislam.com)
Slavery is still justified under Islamic law and was only officially abolished in Saudi Arabia in 1962 after much pressure from America.
People with black skin are treated as second rate citizens in Saudi Arabia and have been the target of slaughter and ethnic cleansing by the Arab Muslims in the Dafur region of Sudan for many years.
Many of the crimes that have African-Americans incarcerated in America would have them beheaded in Saudi Arabia.
The African-Americans are simply being recruited as cannon fodder by a RACIST psychotic political system disguised as a religion.
The Quran & Hadith are replete with verses that confirm the RACIST views of Mohammad and Islam.
Here are just a few:
Tabari IX:69 “Arabs are the most noble people in lineage, the most prominent, and the best in deeds. We were the first to respond to the call of the Prophet……
Tabari II:11 “Shem, the son of Noah was the father of the Arabs, the Persians, and the Greeks; Ham was the father of the Black Africans; and Japheth was the father of the Turks and of Gog and Magog who were cousins of the Turks. Noah prayed that the prophets and apostles would be descended from Shem and kings would be from Japheth. He prayed that the African’s color would change so that their descendants would be slaves to the Arabs and Turks.”
Bukhari:V4B52N137 “The Prophet said, ‘Let the negro slave of Dinar perish. And if he is pierced with a thorn, let him not find anyone to take it out for him…. If he [the black slave] asks for anything it shall not be granted, and if he needs intercession [to get into paradise], his intercession will be denied.'”
Tabari II:21 “Ham [Africans] begat all those who are black and curly-haired, while Japheth [Turks] begat all those who are full-faced with small eyes, and Shem [Arabs] begat everyone who is handsome of face with beautiful hair. Noah prayed that the hair of Ham’s descendants would not grow beyond their ears, and that whenever his descendants met Shem’s, the latter would enslave them.”
Maybe some silky tongued snake a.k.a. “Muslim Prison Chaplain” would like to expound on these verses to African-American inmates.
