The Sheesphead Bay rabat finally has its court date. Will the racist, Jew-hating Lamis Deek, the extremist lawyer for the Sheepshead Bay Mega Mosque, be representing the illegal structure? Should be a disgusting but instructive show of supremaicism and deceit.

Our long-awaited court day is finally here. We will have an initial hearing in our case in Kings County Supreme Court on May 5, 2011. We will forward you the exact time and other details for those neighbors that would like to attend the hearing. We will also file for a preliminary injunction or a complete halt to the construction until the administrative remedies at the Department of Buildings "DOB" are exhausted. Basically, we are asking for a stop to the construction until all the zoning challenges are settled with the DOB, so that construction cannot take place and cause irreparable harm to the neighborhing properties and the community at large, while it is being challenged.
