WHAT DID EUROPE LEARN FROM THE HOLOCAUST? Nothing

So Europe is up to it's  old, dirty, genocidal tricks again, eh?  Europe is blaming the Jews for the financial meltd0own. Where have we seen this ugly scapegoating before?
Europe memorializes its dead Jews, handwringing over holocaust vicitms. Their deep concern for the
ghosts of the last war is tedious, fellacious even. Stop fighting the last
war. Stop fetishizing the dead Jews and help the live Jews survive.

To paraphrase Caroline Glick in an interview I conducted with her last year, said:

"the Holocaust while it was a German initiative, was carried out by
every nation in Europe, save for the Danes. There were Dutch Nazis,
Polish Nazis, Europe as a continent decided it was a good idea to get
rid of the Jews. Holland had the highest rate of collaboration with the
Nazis, higher than any other country in Western Europe. 95% of Dutch
Jews were murdered."

The lesson the
Europeans took away from the aftermnath of WW2 is insidious. "The
lesson that Europe had decided to avail itself to in the aftermath of
Auschwitz, was not that evil is bad and that they behaved like monsters
but rather that everything was caused by nationalism and therefore what
we really need to do is have a European Union that will obviate our
need for nationalism so that we can become this transnational
gobbletygook and we'll all get together and therefore we won't have
another Auschwitz.
But really the lesson should have been is that we were evil and we have
to be good. And that is the lesson we have to learn and and we have to
be able and willing ot make moral distinctions and stand up for the
good and fight evil and that is something the Europeans refuse to do."

They are constantly having memorials to dead Jews while condemning
Israel for every act of of self defense no matter how benign it is, in
the defense of innocent Jewish citizens.

Nationalism isn't bad. American nationalism wasn't bad, has never
been bad. British nationalism hasn't been bad. French nationalism isn't
bad. Polish nationalism isn't bed. Czech nationalism wasn't bad.

The thing that was bad was that Germany which decided to embrace
madness and evil as its central unifying characteristic under the
Nazis. That is what the problem was, it was not nationalism per se. And
its still not nationalism.

They took all the wrong lessons from WW2 and applying them while
ignoring the only lesson that's really relevant from WW2 which is that
you have to choose good and defend good and fight with the intention of
defeating evil.

Survey: 31% of Europeans blame economic crisis on Jews

Anti-Defamation League poll conducted in seven European countries shows almost half of Europeans believe Jews more loyal to Israel than countries they live in, 40% say Jews have too much power

What does this even mean? That Jews believe Israel has a right to exist?  That Jews stand with Jews and not annihilationist jihadis? Jews work, live, love,  the countries they live, love, laugh in — until those countries either throw them out or murder them or force them to live in dhimmitude. Who were  great German war heros of World War I? Jews …. Look at how mnay Jews went off and fought in Iraq ……. this is idea of loyalty is a Jew hating canard.

Anti-Semitic attitudes still prevail in Europe:

An Anti-Defamation League report published on Tuesday showed that nearly half of the Europeans surveyed believe Jews are not loyal to their country and more than one-third believe they have "too much power" in business and finance.

The study further showed that 31% of the respondents across Europe blame Jews in the financial industry for the current global economic crisis.

The poll was conducted between the dates December 1 and January 13 among 3,500 adults in seven European countries: Austria, France, Hungary, Poland, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom.

Overall, 40% of Europeans in those countries believe that Jews have too much power in the business world, with more than half of Hungarian, Spanish and Polish respondents agreeing with that statement.

The findings were similar to those of a 2007 ADL survey that found significant percentages of Europeans continue to believe in some of the most pernicious anti-Semitic stereotypes.

"This poll confirms that anti-Semitism remains alive and well in the minds of many Europeans," said ADL Director Abraham Foxman.

"It is distressing that there seems to be no movement away from the constancy of anti-Semitic held views, with accusations about Jews of disloyalty, control and responsibility for the death of Jesus," he added.

"In the wake of the global financial crisis, the strong belief of excessive Jewish influence on business and finance is especially worrisome," Mr. Foxman added.

"Clearly, age old anti-Semitic stereotypes die hard, particularly on a continent which is witnessing a surge in violent attacks on Jews and Jewish institutions following the war in Gaza."
