Alexis Mejia-Colon, a criminal illegal from Honduras, has been arrested for raping a child for TWO YEARS. He is now facing first-degree rape, oral sexual battery, and aggravated crimes against nature charges.

ICE has also lodged a detainer for this monster.

42-Year-Old St. Rose Man Arrested on Rape Charges

Sheriff Greg Champagne announces the arrest of Alexis Mejia-Colon, a 42-year-old resident of 714 St. Rose Avenue, St. Rose, Louisiana, on charges of first-degree rape, oral sexual battery, and aggravated crimes against nature.

A juvenile female victim disclosed to detectives that Mejia-Colon had been raping her for the past two years. With this information, detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Mejia-Colon. On Friday, May 29, 2026, Mejia-Colon was booked on the charges mentioned above.
