George Soros is writing the checks behind the “No Kings” rallies and countless other groups who engage in or facilitate riots and political violence.
It’s time to hold the financiers of political violence accountable.
It’s time to pass the Stop FUNDERs Act.

💥 BOOM: Senator Ted Cruz has just introduced a bill that would ban foreign billionaires like George Soros from secretly financing activist rallies — including the recent “No Kings” event.
Under the proposal, this type of funding would be treated as a RICO crime, allowing the… pic.twitter.com/3EhNqAyqvD

🚨 JUST IN: President Trump DOUBLES DOWN on investigating George Soros for inciting riots
“We’re going to find out if [Soros] is behind it… It's incitement to riot. That's a CRIMINAL ACT and people are DYlNG because of it.”
It won’t stop until the funders are ARRESTED! pic.twitter.com/KMEIm8kZQb

The Government Accountability Institute’s report details over $294 million in contributions from progressive networks, including Arabella Advisors ($79.8 million) and George Soros-linked groups ($72.1 million), to nonprofits like Indivisible and the ACLU that organized the No Kings protests against President Trump’s policies during the October 18-19 government shutdown. The weekend rallies in cities across the U.S. protested the shutdown and perceived authoritarianism, with organizers claiming grassroots origins. Critics argue the funds support broader causes without direct protest ties, as Republicans like Senator Ted Cruz advance legislation to curb such financing.
What is the Stop FUNDERs Act?
“FUNDERs” stands for Financial Underwriting of Nefarious Demonstrations and Extremist Riots.
Key provisions:
It would amend 18 U.S.C. § 1961 to add “rioting”, as defined under the federal anti‑riot statute, to the list of predicate offenses under the RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) Act.
This means entities or individuals who fund or coordinate violent interstate riots could be prosecuted under RICO, enabling tools like conspiracy charges, asset forfeiture, enhanced penalties, joint liability, etc.
The bill aims to deter misuse of nonprofit status or hidden funding pipelines backing violent protests.
The sponsors explicitly state it would not target peaceful protest or free speech.
There’s considerable evidence that George Soros and his network are funding the “No Kings” rallies.
That’s exactly why I’ve introduced the Stop FUNDERs Act.
It lets law enforcement prosecute those funding acts of political violence. pic.twitter.com/ZThbb6lSFW
