Trump just asked the Supreme Court to allow his Alien Enemies Act deportations to resume.
The government asked the Supreme Court this morning to block Judge James Boasberg’s order and allow it to summarily remove, that is without a hearing, noncitizens whom the administration has designated as members of the Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang.
The court has called for a response by 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 1.
