The Venezuelan migrant charged with murdering Laken Riley has been identified as member of a deadly gang, but was still waved through the US border, sources have revealed.
Story continues below advertisementJose Ibarra, 26, is listed as part of the deadly Tren de Aragua gang on internal Department of Homeland Security documents seen by The Post.
He was first arrested for illegally crossing into the US in September 2022 at El Paso, Texas. However, after less than 24 hours in custody, he was released on parole and given free rein in the US until October 2024, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement insiders.
Ibarra made his way to New York City, where he appeared carefree, living in a shelter provided by the city ….

Fox News: President Biden sat down with MSNBC’s Jonathan Capehart ….
This marks Capehart’s second interview with Biden during his presidency, a rare feat for anyone to be granted multiple sit-downs, let alone one. His first interview with Biden was in October 2022.
The president was asked by Capehart about his use of the word “illegal” to describe Laken Riley’s alleged killer during his State of the Union speech Thursday and said that he should’ve used the word “undocumented” instead.
“And I shouldn’t have used illegal, I should’ve… It’s undocumented. And look, when I spoke about the difference between Trump and me, one of the things I talked about on the border was his – the way he talks about vermin, the way he talks about these people polluting the blood. I talked about what I’m not going to do, what I won’t do. I’m not going to treat any, any, any of these people with disrespect. Look, they built the country. The reason our economy is growing, we have to control the border and more orderly flow. But I don’t share his view at all.”
When asked if he regrets his word choice, Biden replied “yes.”
During an off-the-prompter moment at his State of the Union address, Biden mistakenly referred to Riley as “Lincoln Riley,” in which he used the term “illegal” to describe the suspect.

Well, too many Amarxicans forget that the Democratic Party is responsible for the murder of nearly half million Americans when Lincoln was elected. It was insurrection, it was called the Civil War. Of course, that was not the start. The founder of the Democratic Party, Andrew Jackson, authored the Trail of Tears, which killed some four thousand Indians from whom he stole some two million acres of land. Remembering that toe colonies, South Carolina and Georgia, would not ratify Thomas Jefferson’s rough draft of the Declaration of Independence, because of one article. That article called out the King of England for permitting slavery in the New World. So that article was removed and then ratification took place. Also forgotten is that there were many Black people in the South who owned slaves, too. In Dinesh D’Souza’s America Imagine the World Without Her, Dinesh names many of those people. He names the largest owner on South Carolina, William Ellison, who did something most white slave owners did not, he was a slave breeder. Here are two slave owners from South Carolina:
Mistress L. Horry – Free Colored – owned 84 slaves
Justus Angel – Free Colored – owned 84 slaves
By the way, Ellison supported the Confederacy.

Laken’s Law passed the house and is now in the Senate. Time to make those phone calls. This will allow local Police and Sheriffs to detain illegal alien criminals and refer them to ICE for deportation.
