Did Letitia James acrtually go to Law school? Or is that requirement racist?

Judge Arthur Engoron purportedly agrees that the STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS have run out on transactions that were closed prior to 2014 and they are now out of Trump’s NY fraud case..

It is highly unethical for James to have charged Trump with crimes where she knew that the SOL had run. That could have been for the single purpose of harassing him and raising his cost of defense.

This lawsuit is a joke, lenders do there own valuation
of properties and do not rely on the borrowers (Trump) opinion of value, besides no harm was done, payments were made.
