Japan Breaks With U.S. Allies, Buys Russian Oil

12

Russia’s economy and currency are stronger than before the war. U.S. sanctions did not work.

Biden said our war against Russia would weaken it when it fact, it’s done the opposite. It has crippled us.

Tucker Carlson: “It’s scary… They told us sanctions would cripple the Russian economy… well, this summer the Russian ruble hit its strongest level in 7 years and just a few months ago Russia was running a massive trade surplus…”‌‌

Japan Breaks With U.S. Allies, Buys Russian Oil at Prices Above Cap

Citing energy needs, Tokyo won exception to rules binding G-7 nations

Access to liquefied natural gas from Russia’s Far East is a priority for Japan’s government.

By Peter Landers, Wall Street Journal, April 2, 2023:

TOKYO—The U.S. has rallied its European allies behind a $60-a-barrel cap on purchases of Russian crude oil, but one of Washington’s closest allies in Asia is now buying oil at prices above the cap.

Japan got the U.S. to agree to the exception, saying it needed it to ensure access to Russian energy. The concession shows Japan’s reliance on Russia for fossil fuels, which analysts said contributed to a hesitancy in Tokyo to back Ukraine more fully in its war with Russia.

While many European countries have reduced their dependence on Russian energy supplies, Japan has stepped up its purchases of Russian natural gas over the past year. Japan is the only Group of Seven nation not to supply lethal weapons to Ukraine, and Prime Minister Fumio Kishida was the last G-7 leader to visit Ukraine after Russia’s invasion……

Things like this beg the question as to whose side Biden is really on. (We all know the answer, and the question is a mere rhetoricality – he’s not “our” President, he’s THEIR President.)

Well yeah! With the Saudis leading other oil producers to restrict quantity, a major price increase is just over the horizon. Japan wants to lock in those oil futures before they have to pay $120+ a bbl.

Canada is cutting its own oil production and had increased buying Saudi Oil. How many Saudi kickbacks is Trudeau getting ?

Exporting USA oil is a very short sighted policy. Many people have bemoaned the fact that we had reached peak oil and that it was all down hill from here. we should keep oil exports to an absolute minimum to conserve reserves.

Both Germany and Japan came begging the USA and Canada for oil and gas.
They were rudely rebuffed by the evil bimbo, Granholme and Trudeau
What are they supposed to do?
We demand that they stop using Russian energy but we refuse them an alternative
An alternative that would bring us $$$!
Germany also is bringing jobs by locating manufacturing to N America
Germany also offered the build the LNG terminals to China Stooge Trudeau’s Canada so that Canada wouldn’t even have to spend money on this.
Trudeau refused.

The reason for this is China
The WEF-Globalist Cabal wants to save China from its coming demise.
And they want to do this by destroying the industrial base in Europe (targeting Germany) and in the USA
Biden also shut down lithium production in the USA, the element necessary for EV batteries.
The regime is forcing EVs on the market ( is about to ban cars running on gas and diesel) and at the same time is shutting down the energy source to fuel the new cars.
Guess who makes the world’s most such batteries?
CHINA!
The Globalist elite has been enriched and empowered by the Chinese economic alliance for 30 years.
A whole class was created, the China class.
This group will fight tooth and nail to save China’s hegemony over the world economy.

Even if it risks WWIII in EUrope
The spiking oil price caused by Biden and the Green Cult fund Putin’s war in Ukraine.
Trump’s 24-hour solution is that simple. Boost domestic supplies, reduce inflation, and end the war.
He’s facing prison now.

Wait….you mean the BiDUMB administration was WRONG when they said sanctions would cripple Russia ?? Even AFTER BiDUMB blew up Nord Stream ??

Seems sanctions against Russia have hurt The US instead….gas, groceries, utilities….prices on EVERYTHING have gone up HERE….not Russia.

Can anyone actually blame Japan? Not when you’re dealing with the most corrupt, communist coup presidency in our history. Almost all of us knew his ridiculous sanctions wouldn’t work. What’s really funny is Biden in the left loved Russia when they were communist. Not that they’re not totalitarian now, but it’s not their kind of totalitarianism.

Canada’s Trudeau refused to sell to them and will not allow any more liquid Natural gas exports from Canada’s west coast.
