Analysis of the Trump Indictment

It’s worse than we thought. It’s a mockery of the judicial system. There’s no there there.

Couple of easy points: 1. The statute of limitations is violated, which may get this case tossed in its face. 2. The second crime, which is required to raise this misdemeanor to a felony, doesn’t apply under these circumstances and isn’t even fully explained. This is very sloppy…

Analysis of the Trump Indictment

Curious Omissions from the Manhattan DA

By: Techno Fog, April 4

After nearly 8 years of investigations by federal and state authorities – spanning from Russian collusion to obstruction of justice to campaign finance violations to tax fraud – former president Donald Trump was indicted last week by the Manhattan District Attorney, Alvin Bragg.

And today we saw the next step in the unprecedented prosecution of a former president and current GOP presidential candidate: Trump turned himself in at the Manhattan DA’s office.

Trump arrived at approximately 1:30 p.m. for arraignment with thousands of supporters and demonstrators watching from the streets and millions watching from home or from work. It was the most most important courthouse appearance in recent memory to answer for one of the weakest indictments in New York history.

As has been reported, Trump was formally charged with 34 felonies – more on those below – and pleaded not guilty.

Here is the indictment that was just released this afternoon.

And here is the statement of facts.

Trump faces 34 counts relating to “Falsifying Business Records in the First Degree, in violation of Penal Law § 175.10.” These charges relate to to bookkeeping records concerning a hush money payment of $130,000 to Stormy Daniels soon before the 2016 election; a $30,000 payment to a former Trump Tower doorman by AMI (National Enquirer); and an AMI/National Enquirer payment of $150,000 to a woman who said she had a sexual relationship with Trump when he was married.

The indictment specifies that Trump “made and caused false” entries in the business records of enterprises “kept and maintained by the Trump Organization.” Trump is said to have done this with the “intent to defraud and intent to commit another crime and aid and conceal the commission” of that crime. (Intent to defraud is construed broadly in New York, and can include acts that seek to avoid responsibility for a violation of law or to conceal offenses; there need not be financial harm.1)

Here’s an example relating to an invoice from Michael Cohen (Count 1):

That verbiage is repeated all throughout the 16 page indictment, with differences concerning the dates and the type of record (invoice, ledger, check, etc.) that was allegedly falsified, all in violation of NY Penal Law § 175.10.

Before we get to the law itself, and the Manhattan DA’s dubious, dangerous, unheard-of application of the law, let’s begin with a basic observation: Trump was overcharged. Here’s why. …

So Trump had his bookkeeper (he doesn’t do his own accounting. Neither do I) conspire in 2017 to influence the 2016 election. I KNEW IT!! He is a time traveller. So THAT’S how he outwits them at every turn! And I heard Melania is an alien.

Alvin Barf Bag should be stripped of his law license for persecutorial misconduct. He is a vile and abhorrent communist apparatchik.

If he hates America, he and his Marxist wife should move back to Africa, never to return.

Alvin Bragg and all DAs and AGs pursuing President Trump on these fabricated allegations should be stripped of their law licenses and disbarred immediately. This is persecutorial misconduct of the worst kind. They are perniciously putting Donald Trump and the Nation through a Kafkaesque nightmare as they completely destroy our country.

If you note, made devastating things are going on simultaneously which affect the general state of affairs in an extremely detrimental manner.

America may never recover from the devastation the DemoNazi Party has wrought on our Nation.

If Trump has said this last night in his speech: “I regret I have but one life to give to my country.” This morning a Canadian journalist’s report: “A Surly and Disjointed Account.”

Joe Biden is the one who should really have an indictment charges filed against him .For many reasons.

One of those reasons is because that treasonous US “President” Biden, has aided and new continues to support that murderous Taliban enemy conquer Afghanistan and even let the America and American people hating Taliban have new high quality US military equipment.

Likewise, Biden is a traitor to all the families and friends of those US soldiers, who had shed their blood, were killed and terribly maimed for life by the Taliban. For creepy traitorous old Joe just ‘gave away” Afghanistan to the Taliban.

Biden also has betrayed many Americans and the good Afghans who really aided the US military in the land by abandoning them all to the vicious and murderous Taliban.

Furthermore, Biden really does not care about those thirteen Americans who died or the other American who died in Afghanistan because of either his incompetence or treasonous orders.

Therefore , Joe Biden is very, obviously is ether completely incompetent and despicably treasonous. In the first or second case Biden should not have been allowed be enter the Office of the Presidency in the first place.

As that catastrophe, he created in Afghanistan and letting the Talban obtain may high quality US military equipment.

As the former US President Theodore Roosevelt that the Office of the Presidency in not only a powerful position but “a very strong man” is needed for the Oval Office. Joe Biden is not a strong man but as already stated is weak and feeble.

Roosevelt also, rightly, believed “a man holding that very important Office “should be sharply watch by the people [and] held to a strict accountability by them.”

The beauty of the Second Amendment is that we may never have to use it unless the First Amendment is violated.
Cancel culture violates the First Amendment.
