Biden Gives Himself New Spy Powers
Biden executive order allows spying on Americans to assess ‘political instability,’ climate ‘threats’
The executive order provides a kind of legal ‘backdoor’ to surveillance of Americans under extremely broad pretexts.
Story continues below advertisementThe October 7 EO is ostensibly written to “enhanc[e] safeguards” for “United States Signals Intelligence Activities,” which is intelligence gathering by the interception of signals, including communications, such as through cell phones, or those not used in communication.
An accompanying fact sheet explains that the EO is meant to help “implement the U.S. commitments under the European Union-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF)” in an effort to “restore trust and stability” to transatlantic data flows. Thus, both Europeans and Americans are subject to the EO’s provisions.
The EO attempts to allay civil liberties concerns by explicitly prohibiting signals intelligence collection for the purposes of “suppressing or burdening criticism or dissent,” for example. However, the stated “legitimate objectives” of such signals intelligence collection opens the door to an extremely broad array of permitted reasons for interception — in other words, spying — by the U.S. government.
Alongside permitting spying for the purposes of sizing up the capabilities of foreign entities, the EO permits signals intelligence collection for “understanding or assessing transnational threats that impact global security, including climate and other ecological change, public health risks, humanitarian threats, political instability, and geographic rivalry.”
The document’s lack of elaboration on such so-called “transnational threats” raises the question of the true scope of activity now officially subject to spying by the U.S. government, which is potentially massive.
Assessing the “threat” of climate change, for example, could theoretically include collecting satellite signals to track the car travel of Americans and Europeans since car emissions are considered by climate activists to be one of the top sources of greenhouse gases.
The document’s wording also raises the question of what kind of activities are considered a threat to “political stability,” since Biden has declared that “MAGA Republicans” “represent an extremism and a threat to the very foundations of our republic,” and claimed that they “do not respect the rule of law.”
He suggested such “extremism” is constituted by conservative beliefs in the right to life from the moment of conception, and in traditional marriage, declaring that “MAGA forces are determined to take this country backwards … to an America where there is no right to choose … no right to marry who you love.”
“Understanding and assessing” a “public health risk” could also potentially entail tracking a wide range of information, including travel patterns and social activities, shopping habits, and genetic information such as that disclosed by the DNA testing service 23andMe.

It is a known fact in Psychology that a population of people do not act until there is nothing left to lose. I have been screaming ever since the first day Biden stole that White House away from Trump and the American People…. WAKE UP…. but it seems that people are still sleeping at least as far as doing anything to take back their nation. Well when all is lost THEN you will act. I just pray that Government can be taken back with a majority of True Republicans winning the elections in November. That is the only hope now short of a Civil War that can restore the Freedom to America that has been stolen away.

Kelilah bat Chava, no offense but I hope it’s Civil War because I believe the Bible’s predictions and ALL it’s prophecies are and will come true as many many have already have. (PTL). I also believe we are just delaying the inevitable about the DEMONcrats stealing the election and how corruption will gain the upper hand on many who will change sides to the EVIL side. Even if we win the election, prepare for the worst retaliation in the history of retaliations!!!!!! WAR pretty much. In the state of Michigan there are 3 proposals to amend the state constitution. Proposal 3 is pushed as protecting the right to abortion, but it is actually right of a list the FBI Cleon Skousen compiled in 1958. If it is passed Michigan parents will lose all sovereignty over their children. Here are just a few of Skousen’s Goals of the Communists that will be put into law if Proposal 3 is added to the state constitution. Parents will have no authority to protect their children. These are listed in 1958:
#26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as “normal, natural, and healthy.”

on election night i was in my lounge in nz. i was watching the election results coming in on cnn and fox news . i watched as the numbers were recorded on screen live. TWICE i saw the results for trump and biden switched. this is what i saw. trump was ahead by many thousands of votes. then when the next numbers came in biden was ahead.BUT TRUMPS VOTE COUNT DROPPED BY THE EXACT AMOUNT THAT BIDEN WAS AHEAD BY. THIS HAPPENED TWICE IN THE SPACE OF ABOUT A N HOUR. both times trump was ahead by 10s of thousands of votes. BOTH TIMES BIDEN SURGED AHEAD BY THE EXACT AMOUNT OF VOTES THAT TRUMPS VOTE COUNT DROPPED BY. the presenters on both channels immediately changed screens TRUMP WON BY A LANDSLIDE. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT IN MY MIND I have 2 witnesses who were with me who saw the same thing. I have no idea if the totals were swapped earlier in the night or even later as the vote progressed. However we know that the voting was stopped to allow fake ballots to also be produced that were all for Biden. I also watched the video of an out of state trucker driving across state lines to drop off a TRUCK FULL of ballots to another state that needed more for Biden to win.
