The reality is that Noor should never have been a police officer, and only was because he was Muslim. On the force since 2015, he had three complaints against him. He was described by neighbors as “jumpy,” “ill-tempered,” “strict” and “disrespectful of women and blacks.”
Hijab-wearing Mayor Betsy Hodges instituted hiring policies in the police department to prioritize the hiring of Somali Muslims. This at a time when more than 22 young men from the community had left the state to join al-Shabab in Somalia, and roughly a dozen people have left in recent years to join the jihad in Syria, including the Islamic State group. The area in Minneapolis where Muslim killer-cop was recruited and fast-tracked for police work is a notorious hot spot for jihad recruitment.
Justice for Justine has been been a long, protracted road. Minneapolis Somali-Muslim cop Mohamed Noor shot unarmed, pajama-clad Justine Damond to death at point blank range. Damond had called 911 to report a sexual assault behind her home when she heard the woman screaming for help. Mohamed Noor “shot to kill” her when she approached his squad car just minutes after she called 911. Noor refused to talk to investigators when he was offered a chance to do a voluntary interview, and prosecutors wanted to use that as evidence.

Minnesota cop found guilty of fatally shooting bride-to-be Justine Damond
A Minnesota cop was found guilty Tuesday of fatally shooting Australian bride-to-be Justine Damond after she called 911 to report a possible rape behind her home.
It took a jury five hours on Monday and six on Tuesday to convict Mohamed Noor of third-degree murder and manslaughter in the July 2017 shooting.
The 33-year-old ex cop and his partner had been responding to Damond’s 911 call and driving down the alley behind her home.
That’s when the unarmed, 40-year-old yoga teacher approached their car in her pink pajamas, and was shot in the stomach.
Noor claimed he fired at the woman because he heard a loud bang on the driver’s door and thought his partner Matthew Harrity’s life was in danger.
Prosecutors questioned whether the noise was real and blasted Noor for shooting without seeing a weapon or Damond’s hands.
Noor could face anywhere from 12 and a half years for the murder charge and four year for the manslaughter charge.

Yes. She was in her pajamas. Therefore he shot her because he was doing as he had learned to do all his life. Mayor Betsy Hodges had already given the green light to this happening because she appeared to believe that all cultures and all belief systems are morally acceptable. I am only sorry that 3rd degree murder and manslaughter was the best they could do. It is still a victory.

I am hoping real hard. I worked in the medical department of a men’s prison and saw a number of prisoners who “just tripped,” or”fell down the stairs,” all of whom had injuries disproportionately severe and not entirely explained by tripping or falling down stairs. I would love to see this guy “trip” or “fall down the stairs” a few times.

In Los Angeles, some 15 years ago, I remember a blurb on the local news about an LAPD officer w/a suspiciously muslum name being arrested for raping exotic dancers under the colour of authority. The news story quickly disappeared and I never heard anything about it ever again.

The tragic end of Miss Damond’s life together with the events leading up to it must be laid squarely where the blame lies for Noor’s recruitment, at the feet of those progressives who support such unreasonable discriminatory racist policies.
This whole disgraceful and distressing episode is another lesson into who progressives are, what they believe and why each one has to be exposed and removed from public life and positions of authority. Never before have our societies been under such a relentless two fronted assault one from the neo Nazi hard left who can look like us and another from outside consisting of muslim immigrants with their sharia agenda and demographic intentions.

Let us see what happens on appeal as I am sure his attorney will appeal. I sincerely hope he does ALL/FULL time of his sentence and does not ever obtain parole. I hope the prison corrections officers let it be known he is a dirty cop that shoots women in the stomach. Why? Because even in prison the inmates have a “justice system” of their own.

What Mohammed Noor was actually charged with – as opposed to First
Degree Murder – doesn’t seem fair to Justine Damond. He shot to death
an unarmed woman in cold blood. Yet even if he serves a full sentence,
he’ll be only about 49 or 50 when he gets out. He’ll still have plenty of
free years ahead of him – while Justine lost her life on Earth and her
loved ones were sentenced to suffering for the rest of their lives.
At least he got convicted though. Even the Lefties couldn’t ignore such
inferior and dangerous incompetence in one of their diversity stars.

Yes but not by this “humane” lethal injection thing. The technique that I prefer for cases like this is hanging by a rope that is too short for his body weight. That way death will not be instantaneous.

Who knows what that vermin’s actual sentence shall be, until it’s handed down.

With this conviction the case against the Mayor, the City and the police department for negligence in recruiting this savage and arming him and not properly supervising Noor should be pursued and a substantial verdict obtained. The Libtards who create these conditions and those who vote for them should pay very heavy financial penalties. The purpose being to discourage them from recruiting any more of these savages to serve as police officers. During the discovery phase of the litigation all documents and records describing how he was recruited.The policies violated should be publicly disclosed.

I have been hoping and praying for a law firm to sue the mayors and other people responsible for all this affirmation action nonsense for a long time. But it has always seems that the surviving family members of the victims are hard core leftists who are not interested in suing, such as Kate Steinle in SF. I just hope that there is more litigation to come from this one and I hope that AA programs get declared unconstitutional, which they are.

I pulled out my .40 caliber S&W when a group of black men driving down Olympic Blvd. hit the brakes on seeing me on Hauser, backed up, then slowly drove by me when I was trying to get my motorcycle started during the riots. They drove away more quickly when they saw the .40 cal.

That vermin’s sentence could be substantially less than twelve years. Twelve and one half is the MAXIMUM sentence for third degree murder. Four years is maximum for manslaughter. So, the maximum that could be handed down is the 12.5 plus 4, to be served consecutively .. a total of 16.5. Or it could be a sentence of less than five, total …. It’s up to the judge.

It’s far more likely that he was outraged that the infidel woman had the audacity to appear before him so dressed and so he decided that some immediate Somali Muslim justice was in order. Don’t be too quick to count this as a win yet. Even when are convicted of using excessive force (which is rare), they usually get just a slap on the wrist, no matter what nationality or religion they or the victim are.
I predict just probation and/or house arrest (ankle bracelet).
