“My experience with an Ahmadi Muslim”

This email that I received from a Geller Report reader did not surprise me. The Ahmadis suffer persecution, oppression and slaughter at the hands of Muslims in so many Muslim countries because they attempted to reform/reinterpret jihad and Islam (claiming it to be “peaceful”). That’s bad enough. But the Ahmadis attack me for my defense of their rights. Oh yes, read this from Harris Zafar, National Spokesperson for the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community USA, in the Huffington Post: Confronting Pamela Geller (Updated With Response). My response is below Zafar’s suicidal screed. And it took an army of tweeters to get the Puff Ho to run it.

And it’s not just Zafar: Qasim Rashid carries water for his oppressors and furthers the Islamic supremacist war against freedom of speech. He also whitewashes the Qur’an’s justification for domestic abuse.

I am writing you this email to inform you of my experience with an Ahmadi Muslim.

As you are fully aware, this particular sect of Islam prides themselves on being progressive, having a motto of “Love for all, hatred for none” and considers themselves to be a minority religious group in ultra conservative Pakistan. My experience with a member of the Ahmadi community left me no choice but to conclude that they are just like any other sect of Islam. There is hypocrisy, lies and a pattern of putting culture before religion within this group.

I dated an Ahmadi for two years. He kept me a secret from his family and community throughout this entire time and would only talk about me to his non-Muslim friends. The reason I put up with such nonsense was because he promised me he would tell his family about us but just needed to get all of his ducks in a row since this news would not be easy to deliver. I reached my patience limit and gave him an ultimatum. He was a complete coward and never told his family which led to us breaking up. He feared his mother would disown him for wanting to be with an American/white woman.

This mother is a typical religious hypocrite. Goes around preaching “Love for all, hatred for none,” but then does not practice that “belief.” I know for a fact that this man’s mother lives in the Western world and takes full advantage of all the government assistance offered (she does not work), but feels Western women are no good. I find it very amusing she has a problem with Western culture, yet has no problem with her children and grandchildren living here and enjoying all of the perks. This man lied through his teeth to everyone and is the biggest hypocrite. He has had a secret relationship with a woman, but claims to be a Quran-obeying follower to his family and community. He and his family are typical entitled Muslims. Live in the Western world, take advantage of the freedom the Western world has to offer, but refuse to assimilate. My final conclusion on Ahmadis, they are just like every other sect of Islam. They say one thing then do another.
