Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer showed why the Democrat Party is a threat to the United States, with their pathetic and dishonest response to President Trump’s address regarding border security. In their response to Trump’s statement, both Pelosi and Schumer indicated that they want border security. They’re lying. Big time. If they wanted border security, they would provide the money needed to build the border wall. Border walls work. They work in Israel and would surely work in the United States. Both Pelosi and Schumer know this.
The Democrats want open borders, as in Europe. They want open borders so that they can fulfill their desire to change the American electorate in their favor, which would give them political power indefinitely. The Democrats know that a wall is a permanent structure, and can provide border security long after Trump is gone. That means the Democrats will need to win future elections based on the issues, and not on a transformed electorate, as they do in California and New York.
Trump must declare the border crisis a national security risk, and build the wall without Congress. This is Trump’s Lincoln moment. There is zero chance that the Democrats will provide funds for the border wall. Senator Graham is correct. If Trump and the Republicans submit on this issue, it will be the end of the Trump presidency, the Republican Party, and perhaps America as we know it.
