UK: “Queen hating” Uber driver “attacked police with 4ft sword” outside Buckingham Palace: “They are the enemies that Allah tells us to fight”

Mohiussunnath Chowdhury tried to ram into police officers in a jihad attack outside Buckingham Palace, and then attacked them with a four-foot samurai sword while shouting “allahu akbar” (what else?).

According to Islamic texts and teachings, he is not guilty. According to the doctrine of jihad, Chowdhury is devout and pious. By putting him on trial, the British courts are being “islamophobic,” prosecuting him simply for practicing Islam. How can this be, while Britain ruthlessly persecutes and prosecutes those who are critical of Islam? Under Islam, Mohiussunnath Chowdhury’s aspiration of martyrdom is divine (he left a martyrdom letter). Are we not told, on a now daily basis, to respect Islamic teachings?

An ISIS-supporting Uber driver in London accused of attempting to run down police officers outside Buckingham Palace and attack them with a samurai sword allegedly did so because he “hated the queen and her soldiers” before he was stopped in his tracks by brave officers, a court has heard.

The Old Bailey heard how Mohiussunnath Chowdhury, 26, wanted to “kill himself” in the attack after he allegedly tried to ram into police at the London landmark.

On August 25 last year, shortly before 8.30pm, Chowdhury was driving towards the Victoria Monument at the bottom of the Mall.

The court heard he then swerved his car through traffic cones in front of a police van, which was on its way to Belgravia from Charing Cross Police Station.

Chowdhury, 26, left a note for his sister in which he promised he would “see her in paradise” and also wrote “the Queen and her soldiers will all be in the hellfire”.

Prosecutors allege the Luton born man had planned to go to Windsor Castle – but went to a pub of the same name instead due to a “satnav error”.

Prosecutors said the man had written an update on WhatsApp claiming “I support ISIS” and had searched for ISIS beheading videos online.

His sister allegedly grew concerned when Chowdhury suggested watching Channel 4 drama ‘The State’ about British-born ISIS fighters

Prosecuting lawyer Timothy Cray said: “The day of the events in London, the defendant went to somewhere else connected to the Royal Family.

“It may have been through some satnav error, he drove past Windsor Castle but stopped for some time at a pub called The Windsor Castle.

“He also drove past the barracks where the Coldstream Guards are based. He didn’t do anything in Windsor, he made a bit of a tour and in the end went back up the M4 to central London.”

“As checks were to prove, this defendant had something much more serious in mind.”

The court heard that, at around 5.15pm,Chowdhury had left a note on top of his sister’s laptop at the family home in Luton.

It read: “By the time you read this note I will be in paradise with Allah. Tell everyone that I love them and that they should struggle against the enemies of Allah with their lives and property.

“The Queen and her soldiers will all be in the hellfire. They go to war with Muslims around the world and kill them without mercy.

“They are the enemies that Allah tells us to fight.”

Half an hour earlier, Chowdury had allegedly driven to his local Sainsburys to buy a sharpening tool, which he then used to sharpen the edges of a samurai sword that he owned….
