Law enforcement and FBI officials put us all at great risk by dismissing and ignoring the claims made by the Islamic State. The willful denial is an invitation to more mass murder and jihad terror.
The FBI is so dug in that if they found a jihad connection or that Stephen Paddock had converted to Islam, they would be loath to tell us.
IS Supporters Draw from Las Vegas Attack to Offer Ideas for Lone Wolves
In the 7th part of the English-language “Knights of Lone Jihad” series, Islamic State (IS) supporters drew from the Las Vegas attack and its carnage to suggest new operations for lone wolves.
ADVERTISEMENTThe document, entitled, “Invasion Los Angeles,” was distributed on pro-IS Telegram channels on October 15, 2017. Its authors praised the gunman, Stephen Paddock, using the name with which the IS referred to him, “Abu Abdul Barr al-Amriki,” and urged Muslims in the West to execute similar operations against groups of “kuffar” [disbelievers]. Here, they suggested using automatic weapons or sniper rifles, and not from hotels but elsewhere, such as forests and busy roads, and then travel from city to city. The message reads:
The difference is that if Allah facilitates you can attack a couple of times in the same way and then look for another form of serial attacks, out of the city on highways, today is the best option to hit the kuffar, before the level security that may exist around you.
