Muslim inmates should not be given favorable treatment in prisons in the UK or anywhere else. It’s prison, hotbeds of jihad recruitment and activity — the special accommodation they receive only ensures a steady stream of conversions to Islam, and that will mean more jihadis.

He is reported to have changed his name to Yusuf Rahim and now eats only halal meat and prays to five times a day at Durham’s Frankland Jail.

But now he has been put under increased security after fellow Muslim inmates became infuriated by his decision to convert.

“He is hated within the jail and as a child killer is considered to be lower-than-low.
“There is a price on his head and suggestions he would be done at Friday Prayers.
“He had extra prison officers around him to make sure he was safe.
“Other Muslim inmates are also targeting him because they feel he has brought shame on their religion by converting to Islam and it’s all a con.”
