Noor intends to rely on defenses at trial that include arguing that he’s not guilty, that it was self-defense and that it was a reasonable use of force.

It took a none long months but finally Mohamed Noor has been charged in the murder of Justine Damond.

Worcester police said Zahra Munye Abu, of Portland, is also facing charges of trespassing, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

Mike Freeman, the Hennepin County attorney, said he doesn’t have enough evidence to charge Somali-born Muslim Officer Mohamed Noor, who shot Justine Damond behind her home. Freeman said the investigators “haven’t done their job.”

Here’s the takeaway, if you are a Muslim cop you can kill innocent women.
