Tyrannical California Senate Passes Bill Preventing Employees to Confront Shoplifters

There is a great evil gripping the land.

And those who flee these dissolute lands bring their poison politics with them.

No rational sane citizen votes for chaos and violence. Our election systems have been hijacked by the party of treason.

California Senate Passes Bill Preventing Employees to Confront Shoplifters

By: Gateway Pundit, June 8, 2023:

Last week, The California Senate passed a bill that makes it illegal for businesses to require their employees to confront shoplifters.

Senate Bill 553, introduced by State Sen. Dave Cortese (D-Cupertino), focuses on strengthening occupational safety by addressing workplace violence and expanding the scope of protection and prevention measures. If the bill is approved by the California State Assembly and subsequently signed into law by the Democrat governor Newsom, it will come into effect on January 1, 2024.

“What we’re saying in the bill is, it’s not ok for an employer to take a rank and file worker, somebody whose job is really something else, a reporter for example, and say ‘hey if there’s an intruder, we’re going to deputize you. You’ll be the one to intervene.’ People get hurt and oftentimes killed that way,” Cortese told KTVU.

Part of the measure would prevent companies from requiring their staff to confront active shooters or shoplifters.

The bill is introduced during a period when there is an increase in crime happening in retail stores since the enactment of criminal justice reforms. Many retailers are facing lower profits due to theft, especially organized retail crime. Additionally, there is a growing trend of violence associated with these theft incidents. Store owners are calling for more effective measures to prevent such crimes from happening.

According to Crosstown, there were 6,414 reported instances of shoplifting in 2022 in Los Angeles alone.

Starting in August and continuing into the first two months of 2023, there has been a notable increase in theft incidents, particularly in department stores. According to data from the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), there have been 1,503 shoplifting cases reported in department stores during this period. The second-highest category affected is clothing stores, with 803 theft incidents.

These rising incidents of theft have resulted in significant economic losses for retailers, leading to the closure of some stores and the need for security adjustments in others.

California is a large percentage of the US economy. Destroying California is effectively causing a serious injury to the entire USA. The goal is the utter destruction of the icon of freedom and the elimination of The People who value freedom. This is war against our Republic and against The People here, but we seem to think it’s just one mistake after another. We even think these ruthless MFrs actually care about trannys and children and democracy. They care about conquest and THEIR children and THEIR power.

We have been deceived and betrayed and robbed and used and abused and crippled and sold and murdered for so long we think it’s normal.

The promotion of transgenderism is in and of itself part and parcel of this strategy of conquest. The so-called “pride flag” is not only an enemy flag of conquest and territorial claim-staking a la the Nazi swastika, Soviet hammer and sickle, ISIS and al Qaeda flags and so forth, it also signifies the establishment of a parallel society that not only refuses to honor or respect our customs, values, norms and laws, but actively – and aggressively – seeks to impose their twisted, perverted, Bizarro World-style “values” on the rest of society whether anyone likes it or not. After all, the more “trans” freaks there are, the greater LGBTQ’s political representation – and thus even more who vote for the party of treason, violent crime, moral degeneracy and sexual perversion (oxymoronically called “Democrats”) – and therefore, “decent” people’s vote nullified and cancelled out.

The stores might as well just open up their doors and let the shoplifters take everything that they want. More stores will be closing their doors and moving out of Californica. Everyday with these disgusting bills, Californica becomes one of the worst states to live in.

And who is making the situation unbearable in states like this? Mainly (but not exclusively) what the elites like to refer to as “black and brown people.” Both out to bring about the end of civilization and ushering in a new era of primitive barbarism and Third World savagery.

I worked some retail about 20 years ago. They wanted us to stop shoplifters. I refused. I wasn’t going to get myself killed over some retail item. I don’t think it takes government action on such things, however. But, it’s safer to not confront criminals unless you’re armed and armored up. The criminals are simply too insane and evil in today’s world. Giving your life for the corporation is just silly.

Because of who controls things there now, it has deteriorated into the Golden Shower State. (I, of course, speak of certain, er, habits of a certain subgroup that is among the most favored in that gulag with sun.)

You don’t require people to confront shoplifters – it is just the right thing to do.

Marxism legalizes crime, in the social contract of the Marxists: Just is to give to all according to their need!
Sounds fantastic but that makes genocides and promotes crime when you replace Merit by Need.
