Fox has lost millions of viewers in the wake of what can only be described as a supreme act of hubris, parting ways with the most popular news figure in cable news, Tucker Carlson. Not only has Carlson’s time slot lost half their viewers, even their prime time show has suffered. Hannity has lost a million viewers and now trails Maddow.
The recent Fox “leaks” of Tucker off mic to damage him have only increased Carlson’s legend.

Fox News is bleeding viewers at 8 p.m. after ousting Tucker Carlson

Fox News experienced a significant ratings drop in the 8 p.m. hour last week after firing prime-time host Tucker Carlson – while one of its much smaller conservative cable rivals appears to have benefited, at least temporarily, from the viewer migration.Carlson averaged more than 3 million total viewers per night from April 17-21, what turned out to be his final week in that time slot. But in his absence, the network averaged just about 1.8 million viewers per night during the first four days of the week. (Friday data is not yet available.)
“Fox & Friends” co-host Brian Kilmeade temporarily filled the time slot last week; this week, Fox News personality Lawrence Jones will host.
The disparity was most stark on Wednesday, when Kilmeade’s 8 p.m. hour received an average of 1.3 million total viewers compared with the 3 million Carlson received a week earlier – a decline of 56 percent.

Good riddance … Faux was always worse than the rest of the MSM …
… because if you believed the MSM – you were too stupid and/or ignorant to be educated …
… but an amazing number of people believe/believed Faux New was ‘fair and balanced’ …
As if allowing Establishment Republicans to offer a few reasonable responses to the Left’s firehose of lies …
was somehow fair and balanced.
Hannity was one of the worst … he would bring on a guest spewing a dozen lies in sea of Big Lies and Blood Libels … and then he would react.
Not that his reaction was so wrong – as it was terribly incomplete … and omitted any context.
A ‘fair and balanced’ show would allow a Leftard to come on and spew 2-3 minutes of lies … and then the rest of the hour would “fact check” the a-hole starting with a list of his lies, why they are lies, what they’re goals are, how long the lies have been around, and experts and websites to consult to correct the record …

Fox is stupid! How many people lost their jobs at the View, CNN and MSNBC? They said crazy stuff, but not Carlson. Carlson had the highest viewership and that’s the criteria for keeping them.
