Court Blocks Biden Admin Policy of Releasing Illegal Immigrants Into US Without Court Dates, as Title 42 Expires
DHS Secretary Mayorkas says ‘the border is not open’ in midnight statement

A federal judge in Florida has issued a two-week restraining order on the Biden administration’s policy of releasing illegal immigrants into the United States without court dates, just hours before Title 42 was due to expire.
Judge T. Kent Wetherell II, an appointee of former President Donald Trump, issued a temporary restraining order on Thursday night against the Biden administration’s new parole policy that would have replaced Title 42, the measure that allowed for the immediate expulsion of illegal border crossers to Mexico during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The temporary restraining order comes into place from 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, May 11, according to court filings (pdf).
Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody, who sued the Biden administration over the policy, announced the ruling on Twitter late Thursday.
“We took swift action to protect the American people from [President Joe Biden’s] unlawful plan to release thousands of illegal immigrants when Title 42 lifts in an hour. I am grateful for the quick decision by the federal judge,” Moody wrote.
Moody argued the new policy is “materially identical” to a similar program, known as Parole plus Alternative to Detention (Parole + ATD), which was deemed unlawful by a Florida court in March.
The judge agreed, writing in his ruling the policy was “materially indistinguishable” from Parole + ATD, “both in its purpose” to reduce overcrowding at detention facilities and “manner of operation.”
Biden Admin Policy
Under the new policy outlined in a Department of Homeland Security memo, apprehended illegal immigrants could be released into the United States after processing without receiving an alien registration number or a court date.
The memo outlining the policy states that Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has the authority to “parole certain noncitizens into the United States” temporarily “on a case-by-case basis for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit.”
The new policy was set to replace the Title 42 public health order, as
it expires at midnight, to allow for the release of illegal border crossers under “parole with conditions.”

Being for regulation of migration (not prohibition) does not make one racist.
If you hate hispanics, then yes, that would be bad…since there’s nothing Christian or libertarian about that. But regulation and common sense management is no sin.

The treasonous villain and fiend, Joe Biden, is determined to terrible harm if not destroy the United States by any method that he is able to.
As observed in his “No secure border policy” of Biden and his leftist’s political comrades are totally disaster for many reasons.
It was discovered that twenty – three Muslim terrorists just captured crossing the Mexican/US border that really be a wakeup call. Before that a jihadist who was captured who had originally come from Saudi Arabia, earlier yet, two Iranian jihad operatives had also been captured.
First, there are also those jihadists of ISIS al Qaeda and other similar jihadist terrorists may now more easily infiltrate into America and there is drastic rise in drug cartel trafficking .
Second, in opens the door in an “invitation for malicious violent criminal gangs enter America through the US/ Mexican “border.” As the murderers rapists and drug dealing heinous gangster who a call themselves MS- 13. Likewise, now heinous rise in the drug cartel trade because of porous borders.
Third, because the criminals now entering America because of Biden’s porous border policy there is also a terrible increase of murderous violence and vast destruction in America cities.
Forth, there is the drastic and deadly increase and of the coronaviruses by migrants South of the US/ Mexican “border.” So much evil is now infesting the USA, “thanks” to Joe Biden.
The coronavirus will rise and so will the death rate have a drastic increase in the USA because of the COVID -19 positive migrants who have entered America though the open door policy of Joe Biden .
In conclusion, Biden will have the blood of many good, decent American citizens across the United States on his wicked vile hands.

Furthermore, illegal immigration from Mexico is dangerous because of crime by gangs of hooligans who enter the US through pours borders with Mexico. As for example, the gang of thugs called MS-13 who originated in El Salvador the come into America through Mexico. Those gangsters commit crimes as murders, rapes, drug dealing. They are also known, for a price, to smuggle jihadists of Al Qaeda in America.
In addition, to all this, with illegal immigration also comes higher welfare cost and an increased chances of the spread of contagious diseases, such as coronavirus.
Furthermore, with more illegal come more environmental degradation and more urban sprawl. Therefore, there is a great need for a good for a good border control system with a strong tall wall that’s patrolled by armed American military soldiers who may be allowed to use their guns if they deem it necessary. Along with a good filtering system to let in to the United States only good decent hard working people with visas and not and not gangsters and jihadists.
In conclusion all the above may be summed up by the wisdom found in the words of Ronald Reagan when he as, so well, stated “A nation without borders is not a nation.”

To give only a few examples out of many is that drug trafficking and forced sex trafficking has terribly increased since Biden has been in Office.
