Supreme Court REJECTS West Virginia’s Ban on Trans Athletes from Female Sports
Despite The “Save Womens Sports Act” The Supreme Court Still Rejected The Case

The Supreme Court has made a disappointing decision, ruling that transgender athletes in West Virginia can compete on female school sports teams, despite a law prohibiting such athletes from doing so.

The justices denied the state’s emergency request to lift an appeals court’s injunction, allowing a transgender girl to compete on her middle school’s female teams until the three-judge panel reaches a final decision. Governor Jim Justice could not provide a specific example of a transgender athlete with an unfair competitive advantage in his state when asked, but claims that his experience as a girls’ basketball coach led him to believe the legislation is fair.

The law, known as the “Save Women’s Sports Act,” prohibits transgender female athletes from participating in sports consistent with their gender identity in public elementary schools, high schools, and universities. Although the Supreme Court doesn’t seem to honor this as it goes against the nations current agenda.

I once made a joke on a youtube video about being a kid trapped in an adult body, and asking if any surgeons could change my adult features back to kid features. Someone replied “Get help for your schizophrenia.” That person’s username and profile pic indicated that they supported the transgender and gender identity crap; of all people to be telling someone else to get help for mental illness! SMH

Based upon an alleged technicality SCOTUS has lost its mind, XY is male and XX is female – period. The science is obvious and does not need to be said out loud. This is discrimination against women. Is “Pepper a male or a female? Is he intact? Does he have a male genitalia and gonads left? Even if clipped he still has the male advantage physically. Even if the WV gov could not quote the science is no reason to let a man compete against women.What about their hard earned rights? I 100% agree with YOU..!! This is all by design to destroy women’s sports..!! However….many of these young women are on full sports scholarships which mandate that they must compete so if they don’t compete, they lose their scholarships…!! They are between a rock and a hard place…!! If they did ALL walk out in protest, this would force these freaks to compete against each other only and if you think about it, there would only be one of two competing and then the entire sports program would fall apart which it’s doing anyway so what have these young women got to lose.? It’s SO complicated..!!

This is not the end of the court case. The court can still come back in our favor – stay tuned!
If they do rule against the state, I would keep the ban in place and claim sanctuary state status for women’s sports.
That’s what the Lib-Tards do, so why not us. Just ignore federal law, and courts.

Wife and I keep wondering when the actual WOMEN will “get up on their hind legs” and REFUSE to compete in any match, at any time, at any level when ANY of them even suspect that a “trans” is competing, or attempting to compete; i.e., EVERY. FEMALE. PERSON. WALK. OUT. NOW. Walk out of the dressing room. Walk out of the restroom. Walk out of the competition. Everyone with any respect for FEMALE WOMEN, walk out of the audience – including TV and print. Budweiser just “stepped in it;” Jack Daniels just “stepped in it.” Every “woke” company and ad agency has “stepped in it.” Just refuse to acknowledge these…things…as “women” in every aspect of our society and economy, and things will begin to change back. Title IX might contain a slough of legal technical-eze that no “normal” person can argue against (it’s now too late to “correct” it through legislation), so perhaps if the actual FEMALE participants adopted the attitude expressed by Howard Beale (“I’m mad as hell, and I’m not going to take it anymore”), they might have more impact than the “woke” jurists. Same goes for those of us who are “NON-woke;” walk away from all of this deferential “special-ness” being foisted upon us, and see what impact we can make on the “woke” idiots.

I’m of two minds on this. We all know the promotion of transgenderism is an abomination unto nature, and the enabling of trans supremacism is further tearing society apart, but many of these women have brought this onto themselves by voting into office the same ones who now favor so erasing their identities – all because, to these women, abortion was far more important than the various issues of rampant inflation, high gas prices, empty store shelves, and inability to find tampons or baby formula. Those women are the types that play straight into the hands of those who scream that the 19th Amendment was an horrific mistake – and also, they play straight into the stereotypes of them being extremely fickle a la Olive Oyl. I have to wonder if, as a bloc, they are as monolithic as the African-American population with their track record of voting ~90% Democrat.

Look what happened to the religious school when the women’s coach forfeited a game because of a trans on the other team. The regulatory body banned the team as well as banning all sports (boys as well) from any competition going forward “forever”. The boys were on the verge of winning a championship. Sorry I can’t remember any more specifics.
