President Trump promised to hit China where it counts on Monday night, vowing to implement a policy plan that would elevate the power of American trade and phase out Chinese imports.
Trump’s comments were made during remarks delivered in Davenport, Iowa.
“I will implement a four-year plan to phase out all Chinese imports of essential goods and gain total independence from China,” he said, drawing cheers of support from the crowd.

Trump can pull it off…but if anyone thinks the Uniparty will allow him anywhere near the White House again, they are insane. If the endless prosecution fails, they can fall back on the Democrats’ election theft machine. Why do you think the GOP didn’t make any effort to dismantle it and save future elections?

Sounds good to me.
Trade with China used to be limited and had to be renewed based on their behavior. Bill Clinton removed ALL of those conditions with trade normalization, and the Chinese economy grew to become an economic super power. The profits fund their war-machine.
Obama normalized trade with Russia in 2012. So did Germany, and the all the other clueless countries in the EU.
Trade normalization was a mistake. We should switch back to limited-trade which renews based on behavior.

This is yet another reason “they” can’t let Trump win. Too many politicians and big businesses choose profits over their country. Trump probably is the only one who CAN make the break with China. I hope he wins.
