The largest payout to rioters and protesters in American history.

The Black Lives Matter race riots in New York City were among the worst in the country. Racist mobs injured hundreds of police officers, started fires, looted stores and vandalized parks and statues. At least 450 businesses, many of them small and family owned, were damaged or looted by the rioters who claimed to be angry over the drug overdose death of George Floyd: a vicious career criminal who had previously robbed a woman by putting a gun to her stomach.
Story continues below advertisementWhile Black Lives Matter was swimming in hundreds of millions of dollars, funneled to it by radical nonprofits, major corporations and Hollywood celebrities, family businesses in New York City looted by those rioters were offered a maximum of $10,000 to rebuild their shattered lives.
One small business owner in the Bronx complained that it would hardly even begin to cover the $200,000 in damages to her store after rioters “smashed glass display cases and medical equipment”. But participants in an extremist group’s Bronx protest are getting a much better deal. New York City will be paying $21,500 to each of the “protesters” in the Bronx for a total of as much as $6 million. And none of that money will be going to the looted businesses.
This has been described as the largest payout for mass arrests in American history.
The BLM riot era class action lawsuit claimed, among other things that the, “police officers responding to protests frequently failed to wear masks or to assist detained protesters in covering their noses and mouths, and on occasion even forcibly removed protesters’ masks, exposing protesters to a heightened risk of contracting COVID-19.”
Family businesses lost everything and cops and civilians were badly wounded during the BLM riots, but the police officers didn’t always wear masks when trying to control those riots.
Mott Haven, the Bronx neighborhood where the protest took place, was described as “mostly black and brown” and the police intervention as “racist terror.” Mott Haven is actually mostly Hispanic and while the lead plaintiff in the case is black, most of the protesters on video appear to be white hipsters wearing glasses. After the protest was controlled by the police, local business owners sent a message thanking the NYPD for protecting their livelihoods.
The media and leftist lawfare activists claimed that the Bronx protest was “peaceful and non-violent”. In reality, it was organized by a group known as FTP which stands for ‘F__ the Police” and was promoted with a flier featuring a burning police car.
Afterward a press release was put out describing how “the FTP formation launched #FTP4, the fourth in a series of militant actions exposing the every day brutality of the U.S. police state” and boasted that they “had to risk direct confrontation with the most powerful police state in the world to earn recognition of the human rights violations done by the U.S.”
This was as good as an admission that they had set out to provoke a confrontation with the police so as to be able to claim that they were the victims of police brutality.
Furthermore the press release stated that “we denounce any attempt to divide us from protestors who are non-peaceful or who liberate the ill gotten gains and excesses of capitalism.”
This was an endorsement and a defense of BLM rioting and looting.
A previous FTP manual contained not only an image of a burning police car, something BLM rioters repeatedly did, but included a section on “How to Shut Down a City” with a list of items like “Bolt Cutters”, “Bricks”, “Fire”, “Glass Bottles” and “Nails”. It urged “Sabotage Everywhere”.
But the police didn’t wear masks so these very fine people, who may have possibly been exposed to COVID while they were fighting police, get millions while the people whose lives have been ruined get a few thousand or nothing. That’s what a leftist justice system looks like.
NYC to Pay George Floyd Protesters After Destroying City

In the summer of 2020, following the tragic death of George Floyd at the hands of Minneapolis police officers, Black Lives Matter protests erupted across the United States including in New York City. The protests were supposed to be peaceful but liberals being liberals don’t know how to do anything peacefully and eventually the protests turned violent with looting and vandalism occurring in various parts of the city. In response to the unrest, former Mayor Bill de Blasio imposed an 8 p.m. curfew in early June to discourage this behavior. However, he forgets that criminals don’t care about rules and laws.
However, during a protest in Mott Haven in Bronx County, New York Police Department officers allegedly engaged in “kettling” – a crowd control tactic used by law enforcement where they surround a group of protesters and trap them within a confined area using physical barriers or a police line. This tactic has been widely criticized for its aggressive nature and violation of protesters’ rights. Furthermore, during this particular incident NYPD officers allegedly used force – such as batons and pepper spray – to confine protesters, resulting in many injuries and leaving some unconscious or convulsing from shock.
In response to this incident, the City of New York agreed to pay up to $6 million dollars to over 300 protesters who were trapped or assaulted by police officers during this protest. If approved by a federal judge each protester will receive approximately $21,500 – one of the largest amounts awarded per person in a class-action case related to mass arrests. In addition to providing financial compensation for these individuals’ suffering, NYPD has since re-envisioned their policies and training for policing large scale demonstrations based on recommendations from outside agencies that carefully investigated that period.

Exactly, how do they identify the ‘deserving’? If they claim the money they are admitting culpability in the riots. Not only is this decison bizarre (its NK I know) but it implies that all rioters were masked and fully vaccinated. Which I am sure they were not. Even by the weird standards of USA legal proceedinsg this surely must be appealed and overturned, as the real victims of the riots ie. the tax payers and people who lost their livelihoods wil be the ones footing the bill.

What will it take for NYers to stop electing people that despise them ?
There’s a very interesting socio- psychological study to be made about this phenomenon.
NYC is full of intelligent and hard working people.

What disease did the Rioters get from the cops who were not wearing Face Diapers? NONE. Paying gutter trash for Rioting over a criminal, who committed heinous crimes, and died from a fentanyl overdose just because the cops did not Face Diapers, is beyond disgusting. Next they will sue common citizens for not wearing a Face Diaper.

We have a legal basis for putting the results of a violent act upon the people who initiated the violence. In this case, the damages would be on out-of-control protestors who became rioters, and on those specific leaders who interfered in the situation by ordering officers not to do their sworn duties and restore peace. We need to start attributing costs to those who initiate the costly incidents.

Some things need to be known, if for nothing else but for the sake a balanced perspective
Which is that George Floyd was a vicious hardened criminal therefore it’s very wrong to make some kind of a “hero” out of hooligan was such criminal that he not was not only on drugs but was also involved in drug trafficking .
Mr. Floyd was so totally despicable that he even entered a pregnant woman’s home under a false premise of deception to let his lawless ruffians lot her home , all the while he threateningly pointed a gun to that pregnant woman’s stomached ‘You better cooperate.”

The police officer, Alexander Kueng, who was sentenced to prison by the politically correct court of “law” for the death of that hoodlum George Floyd completely refused to take into consideration everything that really mattered.
The PC court didn’t take into account that Mr. Floyd was both a drug trafficking and drug using hooligan and that one of the reason his died that night was not only that the officer used force on him, which is the only language that thugs and gangsters are able to understand because that will not respond to reason. Floyd died because of his drug abuse about with the force that officer used on him.
If Floyd hadn’t resisted the officer force then would not have been needed to control him.
In the light of Bible it’s wrong to resist of police officers or their orders. Romans 13:2.
Furthermore as this CP unjust prison sentence upon Mr Kueng is a reminder for Christians to pray for him since he was wrongly sentenced and that Bible also instructs in Hebrews 13 :3. “Remember the prisoners as if chained with them – Those who are mistreated – since you yourselves are in the body also.” [N.K.J.V.]
