Rebecca Kiessling, a mother from Michigan who lost two sons to fentanyl poisoning, wiped away tears during a House Homeland Security Committee about the U.S-Mexico border on Capitol Hill. When called out about the skyrocketing overdose rate of fentanyl deaths as a result of the open US Mexico border, Biden’s laughed at thefentanyl deaths for cheap political points.

President Biden chuckled Wednesday night while knocking Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene for falsely blaming him for the 2020 deaths of two Michigan brothers — whose mother emotionally slammed the federal response to surging fentanyl deaths.
“A little bit of more of Marjorie Taylor Greene and a few more, you’re gonna have a lot of Republicans running our way. Isn’t she amazing? Whew,” Biden told a gathering of House Democrats in Baltimore of the Georgia Republican.
“I was the reason, she was very specific, I shouldn’t digress probably. I’ve read she was very specific recently saying that a mom, a poor mother who lost two kids to fentanyl, that I killed her sons. Well, the interesting thing: That fentanyl they took came during the last administration [hee-hee].”
Shocked critics were quick to blast the 80-year-old commander-in-chief for the tone-deaf clap-back.
“@POTUS needs to apologize for this immediately. No person, let alone the president of the United States, laughs when speaking about a mother who lost two sons to fentanyl poisoning,” Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) seethed.
“What, President Biden, do you find amusing about this?”

President Biden laughed that Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene blamed him for the deaths of two Michigan brothers.“Biden just laughed while talking about a Mom whose kid was killed with Fentanyl. This is so incredibly inappropriate and vile,” conservative podcaster Robby Starbuck tweeted.
The Republican National Committee’s Jake Schneider added: “Truly the lowest bar possible for Biden — what a disgusting person. Losing children to fentanyl trafficking is never, ever funny. Just vile.”
Rebecca Kiessling, whose sons Caleb, 20, and Kyler, 18, died on July 29, 2020, after taking what they thought was Percocet, testified to the House Homeland Security Committee on Tuesday that more should be done to stop fentanyl imports.
“If we had Chinese troops lining up along our southern border with weapons aimed at our people, with weapons of mass destruction aimed at our cities, you damn well know you would do something about it,” Kiessling said.
“We have a weather balloon from China going across the country. Nobody died, and everybody’s freaking out about it. But 100,000 die every year, and nothing’s being done. Not enough is being done.”
Taylor Greene apparently missed the date of the tragedy and wrote on Twitter that the deaths were because of bad Biden administration policies.
Democrats barred Greene from House committees in 2021 over a bizarre series of remarks — including speculating that a Jewish space laser caused a wildfire — and she often is used by Democrats as a foil to portray Republicans as ridiculous.
Republicans routinely knock Biden, whose family has had extensive business dealings with Chinese state-linked firms, for not doing enough about fentanyl sourced largely from China, which killed nearly 200,000 Americans from 2018 to 2021 alone — or to determine the origins of COVID-19, which has killed more than 1 million Americans.

Until recently, Biden rarely mentioned the scourge — unlike Trump, who cited deaths to push for a US-Mexico border wall while often boasting he convinced Chinese President Xi Jinping to launch a crackdown.
Fentanyl is used by prescription to treat severe pain, and a dose the size of roughly 10 grains of table salt can be lethal, according to the Drug Enforcement Agency.
The drug is commonly shipped from China to Mexico and then smuggled into the US, though its small size allows it to also be shipped through the international mail system.

I say your name Rebecca with high respect and sorrow and with the knowledge of a man well aware of the sacrifice, loving care, hard work, dedication and pure affection you poured into and over your two sons as a mother, starting at the months you carried each of them formed in your womb to their births. I know when each were born, the moment each was placed in your arms by the doctor that a description of the dynamic love your eyes shone with as you looked upon them for the first time, would be impossible in its depth to communicate by words. I cherish you as being another precious mother and were a clear sky my slate, and though I used a golden pen with guilded ink, I could not begin to even start to give due description to the purity, immensity, and intensity of your love as a mother whose worth in its magnitude and sublimity I could ne’er be fittingly worthy of remote expressiveness of that love given you by God Himself at your own birth. That kind of love is given mothers from the very sacred Divine hand of God Himself.
I feel sorrow but also intense hatred and anger towards an inhuman mess that does not deserve to even attain unto a dysfunctional rickety foot stool for you. Forty years he existed as a useless, oxygen wasting fool, and became president only by illegal votes given the miscreantic moron by other fools who had to have been lobotomized.
I wish in my attempt to assuage and identify with your pain, to communicate to you precious woman my own hurt at the pain you feel, and that rough as I am you have already stolen my heart as all dedicated mothers do to me, and I wish I could steal your hurt in repayment for being who and what you are Rebecca.
I know the love you have for them both, but how can I? It is because I was present for the birth of each of my children and watched intently for the moment the doctor placed each child in their mother’s arms when I would see that same visual dynamic of immense affection in her eyes as she held each of them.
I have a depth of pure affection for you and any mother, but to the fool whose innate idiocy and lack of understanding was and is his destiny, I despise him with every ounce of my being. He has to be the most demented and useless skin covered reject God ever strung corrupt gut in.
It is my wish you read this because if you ever do, you will be reading my own cherishment of you and my accompanying sorrow. Biden will be not only reading but feeling my contempt for a pseudo male I wish had never been born.
Please look in the mirror, and note that what you see is a woman of character excellence and inner/outer beauty that in your sorrow, has flowed from within your precious spirit out and over me as a total stranger and father. I feel the sublimity thereof but also the pain. Forgive me for daring to say I understand because that is not attainable for any but God Himself or another mother who has suffered the same sorrow.
