WSJ Suggests Americans Skip A Meal To Save Money- No Joke!

Story continues below advertisementI hate even repeating this ignorant idea, but people should know what the left thinks we should all be doing if we want to save money. For instance, Democrats are blaming the ‘poor’ (Also known as the lower and middle class—Basically the rest of us) for inflation. According to them, Americans are only spending money on essentials and that’s driving up inflation.
Now, the Wall Street Journal suggests Americans skip a meal to save money. I want to believe this article was satirical but given the current climate, it’s poorly curated.
A joke or not WSJ said that because egg price increases were the worst, Americans should just skip that meal completely:
“Several breakfast staples saw sharp price increases due to a perfect storm of bad weather and disease outbreaks—and continued effects from Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
Egg prices increased 8.5% in January from a month earlier and are up 70.1% over the past year, the highest annual rate since 1973. The deadliest avian-influenza outbreak on record has devastated poultry flocks across the U.S., leading the price of eggs to rise more than any other grocery item in 2022, according to Information Resources Inc. U.S. egg inventories were 29% lower in the final week of December 2022 than at the beginning of 2022, according to the USDA.
Frozen, noncarbonated juices and drinks—a category that includes frozen orange juice—rose by 1.5% in January from a month earlier, and the 12.4% annual increase is the highest in over a decade. Florida orange growers are harvesting their smallest crop in nearly 90 years, the result of a freeze, two hurricanes and a citrus disease that is laying waste to its groves.”

The media should be exposing what is really going on but they are owned by the progressive commie demos and the NWO. Where the PVC was set on fire in New Palestine Ohio is where many Amish Farmers were. It was planned to destroy that Area.

Absolutely !! Didn’t the feds sue the Amish because they grew crops and raised their livestock against how the government wants ?? And selling fruits, veggies and raw milk to people in their communities ??
It makes more and more sense every day that our own government is corrupt, evil and wants us gone…

The Democrats found the formula.
One which gets votes while they openly flaunt their hatred for Americans.
That’s a base of agitated racialized and sexed groups and those who suffer a form of Stockholm syndrome and identify with those who despise and abuse them.
This dynamic plus vote harvesting = constant Democrat victories.

The words “Stop the inflation” really mean “Stop Joe Biden and those hiding “behind the curtains “ who uphold and manipulate their puppet “President” Biden to achieve all their sinister goals
The bad economy is because of Joe Biden with is socialist economics meddling and interfering in and destroying the American free enterprise system
For Biden is the epitome and personification of America’s economic disaster in the United States.
High prices for fuel and the gas station and at the grocery store are terrible, and, still prices are growing higher. Things will get worse – “thanks” to Biden.
All because of that awful Biden with his socialist economics, he is a disaster for both America and the American people.
That fiend Biden worked against the American oil industry and likewise shut down the American oil pipeline therefore costing US citizens to lose their much need jobs. All of this has to be part of Biden sinister scheme to make the United State dependent on foreign oil.
Biden is, truly, a traitorous treasonous villain.

Joe Biden with his constant socialist meddling and interfering in the American free enterprise system.is wrecking the economy of this nation.
Biden even destroyed the business of that northern oil pipeline causing many American workers to lose their much-needed jobs. Likewise making the United States once again dependent on foreign oil.
That was one of many factors that contributed high price of gas and groceries.
It was reported on the news the this very high price of fuel .cost men driving trucks for a living so spending as much a one thousand dollars to fill up the gas tanks of their truck, causing many of them to go out of business thus losing their jobs . This is one reason foe high food prices and barren shelves at the grocery market.
Related to this is that by Biden pushing and even attempting to force socialism of the United States economic system also inflection at the grocery store and because many empty shelves, People never saw empty shelves during the Trump administration.
This Bogus US “President” must be deliberately attempting to harm this nation. What a treasonous villain he is.
Other villains who ,”behind the curtains ,” are other treacherous dangerous villains who use this puppet “president” as their useful idiot and tool as one of their weapons against America.

Why stop with breakfast? We should skip lunch and dinner, too.
Just go out to the back yard, graze on grass, and eat some bugs.
Drink only rain water and gather mushrooms when they are available.

If you are a fat toad media type, skipping a meal is not only possible but desirable. Working people do not have that option. Insufficient body fat to do it.
