Kavanaugh Accuser Confesses She Lied, Faces Criminal Charges

The Kavanaugh accusations was splashed across the legacy media daily – the ugliest, most vile smears. This confession? Nowhere to be found.

Kavanaugh Accuser Admits To Lying, Faces Criminal Charges

Judy Monro-Leighton, one of three women who accused now-Justice Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault, was found to have lied during a congressional investigation and is now being charged with making materially false statements and obstruction.

According to The Beltway Report, a letter written by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, made a criminal referral against Monro-Leighton, who admitted that she “just wanted to get attention.”

She also admitted that an anonymous letter she sent to then-Sen. Kamala Harris describing a graphic sexual assault by Kavanaugh and a friend was not written by her, despite her original claim of being “Jane Doe from Oceanside, California.”

“No, no, no. I did that as a way to grab attention,” Munro-Leighton explained when questioned by investigators of the Committee on the Judiciary. “I am not Jane Doe… but I did read Jane Doe’s letter. I read the transcript of the call to your committee… I saw it online. It was news.”

In her statements, she also clarified that she never met Judge Kavanaugh.

“In short, during the Committee’s time-sensitive investigation of allegations against Judge Kavanaugh, Ms. Munro-Leighton submitted a fabricated allegation, which diverted Committee resources,” Grassley’s letter reads. “When questioned by Committee investigators she admitted it was false, a ‘ploy’ and a ‘tactic.’”

Harris, who was acting as a senator at the time, went on to become the vice president without any discipline for bringing the false letter forward without conducting a proper investigation into the matter.

None of the senators on the committee took the time to investigate the anonymous letter, which Grassley claims was due to their haste to close out the hearings.

Has she been charged? Has a court date been set? If she has been charged who has charged her and what are the specific charges? Has she been arrested? What is the maximum fine or jail time she can receive? A lot of stories always come out about people who have lied to Congress but how many are actually prosecuted and punished? I remain a bit skeptical that her punishment will actually take place. Still, it is satisfying to read, but the fact is that Kavanaugh’s family had to endure these scurrilous accusations and the horrible behavior of the protestors at the Senate. (Those horrid protests by the way were never condemned by the Democrat Senators who served on the Senate Judiciary Committee, and I don’t recall if the Republican Senators even condemned the citizens so-called who participated in those “peaceful [sic] protests.” Too often we are a stinking mute society when facing degraded behavior.

This story should say that Sen. Grassley was Senate Judiciary Chairman AT THE TIME THE LETTER WAS WRITTEN. Since Democrats now are in the majority in the Senate Sen. Grassley can only be the ranking minority member. At least a correction was made from an earlier story which identified Sen. Grassley as a Democrat from NY.

Ford the other LIAR made quite a bit of money while she was falsely accusing Kavanaugh of having raped her. All of the women who accused Herman Cain of being inappropriate with them disappeared as soon as he announced that he was no longer running in the presidential race. All of these women should have been charged and prosecuted.

Tell a lie, tell a big one and tell it often and it will become truth by itself..
This is EXACTLY what the MSM is doing today and so many people are falling for it and this is a perfect example of lies becoming their own version of truth, until they are called out on them.

Goebbels end was appropriate. He and his wife poisoned their six children and then took their own lives but it is not certain how they did it. It would be appropriate to take all those in our government and in the MSM who follow Goebbels practice to give him a similar end. Hang them.
