Ron DeSantis is restoring the special tax breaks Disney enjoyed after posturing and preening publicly against the woke corporation.

And Disney is still brainwashing our children:

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is folding to woke Disney, pushing a bill in the state legislature to quietly restore their special tax breaks after posturing publicly against the megacorp.

By: Shaee Prejo, Big League Politics, February 1, 2023:

DeSantis is making the capitulation even as he and RINO Republican leaders in the state claim that they are punishing Disney – the exact opposite of what is happening.

“The bill maintains the current tax-exempt status of property of the district and bonds issued by the district,” the analysis of DeSantis’ measure states.

DeSantis is using sleight of hand to claim he is cracking down on Disney when he is really giving them what they want and enabling Disney’s campaign contributions to fill Republican coffers in the years to come.

This was my very strong suspicion. De Santis is an undercover RINO. Or will cave in and become a RINO once elected to the presidency.

For all of Trump’s defects, and there are many, we know that he was not a RINO in the White House and is highly unlikely to become one if re-elected.

I hope President Trump attacks De Santis with this ammunition!

On the other hand the facts on the ground are that a politician, even the most ideologically committed politician, committed to freedom, liberty, and Free Market Capitalism, can not simply force his Free Market policies on the voters or on the tycoons that fund his party and election campaigns.

You can force dictatorship on the people like Obama did through executive orders (because they’re ripe to accept them) but it can’t be done in reverse, you can’t force freedom on a people who don’t want freedom. America couldn’t do it in Iraq and America can’t do it in America. Either a people are ready and willing to embrace freedom or they are not.

There was another warning sign about Mr. DeSantis in a recent article on one of the other websites: He recently hosted a roundtable on “media deception” where among the participants was Libby Locke – a lawyer for Dominion Voting Systems which has been busily retaliating against anyone and everyone (including and especially the likes of Rudy Giuliani) who had blown the whistle on that firm’s role in rigging the outcome of the 2020 election, and seeking to squash any questioning of same. As MyPillow’s Mike Lindell – another target of Dominion’s vendetta – noted, DeSantis showed his true colors in so doing. The Governor had emphasized her work in representing Sarah Palin and Project Veritas against The New York Times, but made no mention of her representation of Dominion – none.

I remember seeing something about that. I didn’t read the whole article, but figured that DeSantis, being a lawyer himself, when he did this, wanted possible both sides of the argument represented. a ‘pro and con’ kinda thing. Again, didn’t really read it, just glanced.

Now that I see this, I can see why a lot of people were getting really ticked off at DeSantis over the first article. Might be more to that first one then I originally thought. There were a lot of rumors swirling concerning that one. Have no idea what’s true or false concerning that, but it’s really not looking good at this point, that’s for sure.

How about someone OTHER THAN DeSantis. He can’t be trusted, obviously.

Desantis is the establishment pick to unseat Trump. That’s why he was allowed to “clean up” Florida elections and win the last go round while keeping the state open for the kung flu plandemic. And yes, the handlers have him undercover for now…but here is the first light shining through the crack in the blackout curtains…MAGA.

DeSatans needs to prove himself in Florida long term before taking over the work President Trump started. And Florida needs to be protected long term. What good is restoring freedom to Florida then leaving Florida unprotected to attend your career as President? These bozos need to stop ladder jumping their ego careers and attend to the job they were hired to complete. If DeSnatnas was real he would state something like, “i am here for Florida… and i support President Trump to do his job”

You’ll know its all over if, next year, DeSantis jets to Davos to speak before the World Economic Forum.

DeSantis is a Deep State minion, and is quickly learning what happens when his power drunk ego causes him to steer out of his assigned lane. He truly believes his instalment into the Presidency is a slam dunk. Trump is steadily gaining back his 2016 levels of popularity and will probably achieve even more as 2024 nears. The Deep State is already looking to other options at this point; and DeSantis is not part of these new discussions.

DeSantis is the great window dresser
He did great things but the real difference between someone like him and someone like Trump is that a party man like DS has to do what the party wants. The party wants disney money.

What real, legitimate, permanent, long term stuff has DeSantis done ON HIS OWN that is very Conservative? Seriously. Not stuff done by the legislature that he signed, he can’t really be given credit for that. Now, he is a tool of Disney. Now there are zero consequences for what Disney has done and is doing to the children of this world. As we expected.

Typical fake conservative. As I suspected he would, DeSantis is showing his true colors. He was an officer in the Navy, conditioned to take orders from the leftist democrat upper echelon of the military. Not surprising.

So, we had MONTHS of screaming, chest pounding, posturing, messaging and outrage from DeSantis and company, telling the whole world how Disney would pay, Florida would teach them a lesson. A year later, it’s all erased and it’s business as usual. Yeah, nobody saw this coming.

When Rosanne Barr is restored to the DIsney lineup I’ll be somewhat convinced they are moving towards casting aside their woke agenda. Until then, they can go broke.
