Democrat Introduces Legislation to Make White People Criticizing Minorities a Federal Crime
It may be MLK Day, but Democrats aren’t here for all that “content of character” stuff.

Rep. Shelia Jackson Lee, long in the running for being the vapidest member of Congress (oops, did I just commit a crime?), has introduced legislation that could make political criticism by white people against minorities a federal crime.
In what can only be called a convoluted mess, the bill proposes that a white person who “vilifies” any non-white person and has their words end up on social media, accessible by “persons who are predisposed to engaging in any action in furtherance of a white supremacy inspired hate crime,” would themselves be committing a federal crime.

The provision is so broad that you could drive a Mack truck through it. What is a “white supremacy-inspired hate crime” under this statute? How is “replacement theory” defined? Because what Democrats call “replacement theory” as a way to silence Republicans is often not replacement theory at all but is just a reiteration of Democrat-admitted aims to use immigration to influence elections.
Further, the use of “or” in section (B) is important because it leaves “vilifies” as a stand-alone qualifier. What is the limiting principle there? If I post on social media that Shelia Jackson Lee is an incredibly ignorant, abusive person who has a long history of treating her staff like dirt, does that mean I’ve “vilified” her under this proposed law? It would certainly seem so.
Then there’s the conspiracy angle to deal with. It does not appear that there’s actually any requirement that the “two or more persons” targeted under this statute have any real connection to one another. If someone commits a “white supremacy-inspired hate crime” against a person and I’ve likewise been politically criticizing that same person on social media, even justifiably, I would have now committed a federal crime myself.
This law, if it were to pass, would be used to quash valid political criticism against any non-white person or group (the Black Lives Matter organization, for example) because such criticism could leave those levying it liable to federal charges. Forgetting that such would be a blatant breach of the First Amendment, it also exposes a wild totalitarian desire by Lee and those who think like her.
And that’s exactly why Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy should put it up for a vote. Put this ridiculous, reductive garbage on the floor, and make every Democrat go on record.

There is White and Black Supremacy everywhere, and there is even mistakes made for some wasn’t even White or Black Supremacy it was totally the opposite but there is ALWAYS a trouble maker (Evil, Corrupt) to see their side wins!
Instead of coming together and finding JESUS resolutions, we fight, argue, kill, plot, get even and for what…..to support a cause you didn’t start or isn’t even right, to gain Power, Money and Control for what, WORLD DOMINATION…..Good Luck with that from the PEOPLE who will stand and fight and STOP you either here or when we come back with Jesus and do it!

Exactly, anything to allow them to attack us and we’re not allowed to defend ourselves, this actually is fuelling hatred more and will cause people to take the laws into their own hands because we have no one to protect our rights . In Uk you get asked what did you do to them first as if you were the criminal one not the actual criminal, they will lead to more hate as our justice system is broken always favouring the criminals so eventually people will go against the laws because they aren’t protected by them . Bias is constantly being the norm now and it makes our blood boil. You want justice you have to go get it yourself which is why we need to take back our countries as it’s us they are trying to annihilate but we weren’t from rich backgrounds, never owned slaves but being treated as if we were !

Sub Saharan Africans did not have mathematics or a written language or any form of science, plumbing, medicine, electronics, HELL! THEY HADN’TEVEN INVENTED THE WHEEL.

How about a law that states any so called minority group or persons will actually spend jail time for every antisemitic muslim hate crime and white apologists along with them ! Too many crimes are being committed every day by minorities against white folk just because the victim is white, we have no go zones and not safe for anyone white , it’s anti white hatred that must be addressed as most white folk are poor neglected and oppressed now with white children being behind in education because all resources go to minorities who are vast becoming THE MAJORITY so we need anti white hatred to be a federal crime and no sweetheart deal’s neither as it’s racism against us just for the colour of OUR skin ???? The oppression is actually coming from minorities who get better treatment all round like waiting 23+ years to get a grant because those in charge now for decades has been so called minorities who outnumber us !
