Lying, evil bastards. They pulled it off the shelf. I remember calling every pharmacy in the New York area. You could not get it. People were dying and you could not get the most effective treatment for Covid. That’s what the Democrats did. There was a directive issued doctors could not prescribe Ivermectin for Covid. They penalized doctors who did. You had to get it on the black market. Those of us who tried to get it. – know.
The FDA ban was enforced by hospitals, pharmacies, doctors. It n was banned from being used therapeutically, being prescribed and from even being sold.
They killed people.

FDA Says Telling People Not to Take Ivermectin for COVID-19 Was Just a Recommendation

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) telling people to “stop” taking ivermectin for COVID-19 was informal and just a recommendation, government lawyers argued during a recent hearing.
“The cited statements were not directives. They were not mandatory. They were recommendations. They said what parties should do. They said, for example, why you should not take ivermectin to treat COVID-19. They did not say you may not do it, you must not do it. They did not say it’s prohibited or it’s unlawful. They also did not say that doctors may not prescribe ivermectin,” Isaac Belfer, one of the lawyers, told the court during the Nov. 1 hearing in federal court in Texas.
“They use informal language, that is true,” he also said, adding that, “it’s conversational but not mandatory.”
The hearing was held in a case brought by three doctors who say the FDA illegally interfered with their ability to prescribe medicine to their patients when it issued statements on ivermectin, an anti-parasitic that has shown positive results in some trials against COVID-19.
Ivermectin is approved by the FDA but not for COVID-19. Drugs are commonly used for non-approved purposes in the United States; the practice is known as off-label treatment.
The FDA created a webpage in 2021 titled “Why You Should Not Use Ivermectin to Treat or Prevent COVID-19” and later posted a link to the page on Twitter while writing: “You are not a horse. You are not a cow. Seriously, y’all. Stop it.” A second post stated: “Hold your horses, y’all. Ivermectin may be trending, but it still isn’t authorized or approved to treat COVID-19.”
In a separate page, the FDA said: “Q: Should I take ivermectin to prevent or treat COVID-19? A: No.”
Those actions interfered with the doctors’ practice of medicine, violating the laws including the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, the lawsuit alleges.
It asked the court to rule the actions unlawful and bar the FDA from directing or opining as to whether ivermectin should be used to treat COVID-19.
Jared Kelson, an attorney representing the plaintiffs, told the court during the hearing that that informal claim “doesn’t explain the language they actually used: ‘Stop it. Stop it with the ivermectin.’”
The FDA’s actions “clearly convey that this is not an acceptable way to treat these patients,” he argued.
Plaintiffs in the case include Dr. Paul Marik, who began utilizing ivermectin in his COVID-19 treatment protocol in 2020 while he was chief of pulmonary and critical care medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School and director of the intensive care unit at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
After the FDA’s statements, Marik was told to remove the protocol from the school’s servers while Sentara issued a memorandum to hospitals telling them to stop using ivermectin against COVID-19, with a citation to the FDA.
Marik was forced to resign from his positions because he couldn’t prescribe ivermectin due to the FDA’s statements, the suit alleges.
The government has moved to dismiss the complaint, asserting plaintiffs lack standing because the injuries cannot be traced back to the FDA.

More From the HearingDuring the recent hearing, which was on the motion to dismiss, the government said the FDA could not be blamed for the injuries.
“Plaintiffs have also not shown that any of their claimed injuries are fairly traceable to defendants’ statements because their injuries were caused by independent third-party conduct that was not a predictable response to those statements,” Belfer, the government lawyer, said.
Belfer noted that the FDA’s pages say people can use ivermectin if their health care provider prescribes it, argued the statements “did not bind the public or FDA, did not interpret any substantive rules, and did not set agency policy,” and said the FDA’s position could change in the future if new data become available.
“They also do not have legal consequences for anyone but simply provide nonbinding recommendations to consumers,” he said.
Kelson disagreed.
“If the government is going to label ivermectin a horse medicine or a horse dewormer and promulgate the idea that it is only for animals, then the natural correlation is that doctors who prescribe it are horse doctors or quack doctors, which has played out,” he said. “That is enough of a harm to get into court,” or have the motion to dismiss rejected, he said.
Ivermectin is used on animals in addition to humans. The FDA used a picture of a horse in its Twitter posts and on one of its pages.
“The government engaged in a singularly effective campaign here to malign a common drug that has been used for a very long time and has been dispensed in billions of doses. It’s one of the most famously safe drugs in the history of human medicine. And when people did exactly what the FDA said to ‘Stop it. Stop it with the ivermectin,’ I don’t understand how that would not be traceable back to the FDA,” Kelson said.
U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Brown, a Trump appointee overseeing the case, said that he was most concerned about the social media statements because they did not include any qualifiers.
Belfer argued the statements were aimed at consumers and that the Twitter posts linked to one of the pages, which does include the qualifier.
“So it was predictable that if you include the link to the article, people will click on the link and will see the full article, which includes that disclaimer that if your doctor writes you a prescription, you should fill it exactly as prescribed,” he said.
“The plaintiffs, by their own admission, have continued to prescribe ivermectin. So they always had the authority. It may be that patients were not able to fill prescriptions, but the doctors themselves always had the authority,” he added later.
Brown said he appreciated the briefing from the parties and that he would rule “as quickly as we can for ya’ll.” As of Nov. 19, he has not issued a ruling.

These government attorneys should be sanctioned for lying to the court. The FDA approved use for invermectin is to treat a parasitic disease called “river blindness,” but it soon became apparent that it was moderately successful in an off label use for treating Covid. Similarly, hydroxchloroquine (HQ) was developed as an anti-malarial over 70 years ago, but physicians, and their patients that had autoimmune diseases including lupus and rheumatoid arthritis ( RA) soon saw substantial relief of these conditions when they took the drug prophylactically for malaria. As a result, physicians prescribed HQ “off label” for years for these autoimmune diseases, with great success, and eventually the FDA approved HQ for these conditions. HQ works in lupus and RA by inhibiting key steps in the cytokine cascade to lower the body’s inflammatory response so the immune system doesn’t target the joints (in the case of RA) and various organs (in the case of lupus). COVID kills and causes morbidity by the same mechanism, where the immune system goes into “cytokine storm” and the body’s white blood cells are all released and end up attacking key organs, including the lungs, the heart, the liver and kidneys. The lungs are the first to give out and this mechanism is responsible for COVID deaths. HQ tempers the immune response so the immune system attacks only the viruses and not the body itself. People with inflammatory conditions in their bodies caused by diabetes, dialysis, old age, autoimmune diseases, periodontal disease, etc. are at much higherer risk from dying of COVID, and many would have been saved by HQ. But jackasses such as the governor of Michigan and the governor of Arizona (and their medical “experts”), in their infinite wisdom, banned physicians from prescribing and pharmacists dispensing HQ for COVID under the pain of revocation of their licenses because the FDA “suggested” (actually emphatically stated) it would not work. And this was when there was a solid scientific basis (inhibition of key cytokines in the cytokine cascade) that showed it would most likely work to prevent COVID deaths by an over reactive immune system. [As it turns out, it works in many but not all COVID cases because it only suppresses a key cytokine—interleukin 6–by about 10%. Some people need further suppression to escape the dangers ofCovid. ]. So, even when the mechanism of how a drug works to treat a new condition is elucidated, government FDA hacks and stupid governors will let the populace die, rather than it interfere with physicians that know what they are doing.

Today, I just became aware of a series of studies (4) where the prophylactic effects of ivermectin against COVID were “miraculous.” Ivermectin administered to similarly situated groups exposed to COVID resulted in ZERO in the ivermectin group getting COVID whereas about 55% in the placebo group got it. Also, those administered this drug upon admission to a hospital had an overwhelming better chance of living or having lower morbidity than those who did not. Although the latter observation was not a controlled study, I trust it. You cannot argue with success even if you can’t immediately elicit the exact mechanism of how the drug works. Ther are many theories, but to my knowledge it has not been pinned down.
Ivermectin does have serious side effects including neurotoxicity and ocular problems, including conjunctival hemorrhage. As such, blindly taking this drug (no pun intended), even if you are able to purchase it, may not be advised. But, under the supervision of a physician that has read the studies and can balance the risk-benefit, it may be a game changer.
There are many other substances that will help prevent COVID or help a COVID patient, with no risk, and should be implemented for healthful living. Take your vitamin C tablets, your zinc tablets and your vitamin D tablets. Low levels of these nutrients have been implicated in a worse COVID outcome. You can take as much vitamin C as you like. Any excess will be excreted in the urine. But vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin that can poison you if you indiscriminately pop pills. So, the next time you go to a physician for a check-up, have them run your blood sample for vitamin D levels and adjust your intake in conjunction with your physician’s recommendation.

Unfortunately, attorneys can legally lie in court. They have lobbied and had laws passed that allow them to say anything they wish and be immune to and legal consequences. Disgusting how the law is written to protect the elites.

I bought ivermectin from India pharmacy. The first purchase went through without a hutch. The second purchase was temporarily blocked by the feds but eventually went through. Same thing with HCQ. Nobody can tell me that the feds didn’t actively block these drugs. I experienced it myself.

The FDA did the same with Hydroxy Chloroquine . We should remember Pres. Trump bringing up during the press conference, and buying a big supply of Hydroxy Chloroquine, as possible effective treatment, after Dr Zelenko contacted the White House about the good results he had treating people in his community. They used fake studies to defame Dr. Zelenko, (he had to leave his community and practice in upstate NY) and ridiculed Trump, as an anti-science idiot.
Many established doctors, including Dr. Merick, early on, actually trusted those studies.
As a result, thousands of people died unnecessarily.
The only place you could hear from doctors and patients truth about effectiveness of Hydroxy Chloroquine treatment was on Laura Ingram show.
Pharmacies were refusing to dispense Hydroxy Chloroquine, the drug with proven safety record and dispensed in many countries over the counter.
The medical establishment, NIH, CDC, FDA and most of medical doctors and hospitals have blood of the millions on their hands, denying patients proper medical care, which they compounded by indiscriminately pushing experimental vaccine on young and old, including babies, long after knowing the dangers and complete lack of efficacy.
Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx are guilty of deliberately providing false and misleading information and advise to Pres. Trump and undermining any effort of effective treatments, and to skillfully manipulating media, already suffering from TDS to deliberately undermine any legitimate effort to deal with this pandemic.
Today, nobody even remembers the late Dr. Zelenko, the man who had saved many lives.

In my nearly 3 decade career as a physician I had NEVER had a pharmacist call me to tell me “I cannot fill this prescription you called in for your patient because our corporate offices have directed us not to fill any prescriptions for (the drug ordered)” – until the Wuhan strain of coronavirus scam and the attempts to prescribe ivermectin were prohibited by the fascist entity pretending to be the US government.
In a just and sane world, people with law degrees who knowingly lie in court should not only be permanently disbarred but also should have their financial assets and properties confiscated, and their law firms fined 50% of their annual income for harboring employees who endanger the Republic.

All medications that are used for animals are the same that are used for humans. The main difference is in the amount used which, is determined by the weight of the person. Remdesivir is given in the hospital and it destroys organs in the human body and most people have died from raking it.

My “so called”, Medicare approved doctor took the “clot shot” and advised me to do the same. I no longer take her advice, but the advice of my local herbalist. No regrets, but I do wonder how much longer those who submitted to medical tyranny will survive unscathed?
