ABC: About 40 subpoenas were issued by the Justice Department last week as part of its criminal investigation into the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, sources familiar with the matter tell ABC News. Among those subpoenaed are close advisers to former President Donald Trump, as well as former White House officials and staffers from his 2020 presidential campaign ranging from lower-level staffers to those at the highest levels of the campaign (ABC). New York Times: Federal agents with court-authorized search warrants took phones last week from at least two people: Boris Epshteyn, an in-house counsel who helps coordinate Mr. Trump’s legal efforts, and Mike Roman, a campaign strategist who was the director of Election Day operations for the Trump campaign in 2020, people familiar with the investigation said (New York Times).

A New Jersey woman gave a terrifying account of when she says Joe Biden’s FBI stormed her home after receiving an anonymous tip that she was at the Capital on January 6th. Lisa Gallagher told Tucker Carlson that she thought it was a joke at first but quickly thought to herself, “oh my God, this is political” as armed agents rushed her home.

Gallagher told Carlson that she believes federal agents visited her home, where she displays a pro-Trump lawn sign, to intimidate her a day after President Biden’s anti-MAGA speech.

“I was terrified. I’ll be honest with you,” Gallagher explained. She continued, “when my daughter woke me up telling me there were three armed FBI officers at my door, I thought she was joking. I immediately tried to throw [on] clothes. I called my husband, I was crying, my knees were shaking. And even though I knew I had done nothing wrong, after seeing Joe Biden’s speech the night before, I thought, ‘Oh my God, this is political.’”

On Monday Tucker Carlson released the names of several top Trump supporters who were subpoenaed last week by Joe Biden’s DOJ in their ongoing harassment campaign of political opponents.

The Biden DOJ is demanding all correspondence from these people on unconstitutional and unlawful grounds.
