[The Democrats for Zeldin] … not the first to publicly cross the aisle and come out against Hochul as she seeks a full term in office. Last month, the Brooklyn-based New Era Democrats said they backed Zeldin’s bid. The club, which had supported former mayor Bill de Blasio, has a history of rallying behind GOP candidates, including endorsing Rudy Giuliani and George Pataki for mayor and governor, respectively, in the 1990s. Part 5 – Lee Zeldin addressed the media, taking questions. (One young reporter was persistently obnoxious re congestion pricing.)

Part 6 – Donghui Zang, former candidate for NY City Council   Unfortunately he was very difficult to understand. I kept a brief excerpt that spoke to the merit based SHSATSpecialized High School Admissions Test – NYC DOE.[https://www.donghuiforny.com/about]

Kathy Hochul gave a no-bid contract worth over $600M to a top campaign donor and paid twice the price for the COVID tests. … accusations of pay-to-play politics involving the governor. A donor tied to $300,000 in campaign donations received $637 million in state business for rapid tests that were twice the cost of those provided by other state vendors. This needs to be investigated”.

“… survey conducted by the Trafalgar Group showed Hochul with just a 4% advantage over Zeldin, a much closer margin than the double-digit lead seen in most other polls.” [ NY Post] [ NY Daily News]
