‘Devoid of Any Basis’: IDF Blasts CNN Report Blaming Israel for Targeted Killing of Journalist

CNN relies on a report from a vicious Israel-hater to blood libel Israel on the killing of Shireen Abud Akleh. To make matters even worse, is that the “witness” referenced in CNN’s report is a Palestinian official who has praised the murder of Israeli civilians. Since CNN has no ratings, you would think that they would understand that continuing to lie to their viewers is bad for business. They clearly do not, and continue to engage in false reporting to appease the hard-Left. Stay away from this network, America. It’s a fake news outlet.

‘Devoid of Any Basis’: IDF Blasts CNN Report Blaming Israel for Targeted Killing of Journalist

By United With Israel, May 25, 2022

The IDF categorically rejected a report published by CNN spreading claims that a reporter’s shooting was intentional.

By Aryeh Savir, TPS

The claim that Israeli troops intentionally shot Al Jazeera reporter Shireen Abu Akleh in Jenin “is devoid of any basis,” the IDF stated, responding to a report published by CNN making such claims.

Abu Akleh was killed during an encounter between IDF forces and terrorists in Jenin on May 11, and the IDF has launched an investigation into the incident.

CNN published a report on Tuesday supposedly offering “new evidence” that proves that the Israeli troops were “shooting directly at the journalists,” and that Akleh was shot dead “in a targeted attack” by the Israeli forces.
