Murderer Gang Member Swears To Get L.A.’s Soros-Backed District Attorney’s Name Tattooed On Face In Thanks For Dramatically Reduced Charges

A gang member convicted of murder has vowed to tattoo Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascon’s name on his face, according to a new report.

Actually, it’s a good idea. Every one of these criminals that Gascon has released to terrorize our communities should have his name tattooed on their faces.

Luis Angel Hernandez made the comment after crediting the prosecutor with a policy that reduced charges in his case, as heard in audio obtained by Fox News for an episode of Tucker Carlson Originals.

“This s*** looking real good,” the convicted murderer said in the phone call obtained by Fox, praising Gascón’s policies. “Now we got a new DA in LA … so they’re going to drop a gang of, um, like my gun enhancement, my gang enhancement. My gang enhancement is 10 years, fool, for being a gang member. And then the gun in the commission of a crime.”

“That’s the n***** right there, bro,” he continued. “He’s making historic changes for all of us, fool. I’m just grateful, fool. Like, I got good news off that s***.”

“They’re like, ‘You’re coming home, blood.’ They already told me, my lawyer told me, ‘You’re coming home,’” he said.

“If you really want to see what a parasite looks like, don’t look further than George Gascón,” celebrity crime victim Fabio Lanzoni said.

Likening the city to the Wild West, Lanzoni said the difference now is that only the bad guys have guns, while the good guys remain defenseless as a result of stringent gun laws and policies enforced by the DA. At the same time Gascón has cracked down on legal guns, the sentencing policies in the County have inhibited criminals to freely flame chaos.

According to California Deputy District Attorney Michele Hanisee, Gascón has enacted directives to do away with sentencing enhancements, which allow suspects to be sentenced differently for similar crimes. Under the LA DA, a man who breaks into someone’s home and robs a family at gunpoint would be sentenced similarly to a man who steals small items from a store.

Murderer Gang Member Swears To Get L.A. District Attorney’s Name Tattooed On Face In Thanks For Dramatically Reduced Charges

A convicted murderer has sworn to get the name of the Los Angeles County district attorney tattooed on his face after the prosecutor dramatically eased the murderer’s charges.

“I’m going to get that n*****’s name on my face. That’s a champ right there. F***in’ Gascón,” gang member Luis Angel Hernandez said of Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón in a jailhouse phone call, according to audio obtained by Fox News.

Gascón barred prosecutors from applying “enhancements” that increase sentences based on the crime in almost all cases shortly after he took office, claiming he has saved the district “millions of dollars in prison-related costs.”

Hernandez had faced enhancements not only for being a gang member, but also for the “special circumstance” in which he committed murder during an armed robbery and for using a firearm in commission of a crime, according to Fox. He had faced life in prison without the possibility of parole.

But because of Gascón’s policy, his enhancements were dropped, the publication reported.

During an armed robbery in 2018, Fox reported, Hernandez, a member of the OTF gang, shot and killed a delivery person who worked for a marijuana delivery service.

He pleaded guilty to both murder and personal use of a firearm, according to Fox.

“A robbery can be a purse snatch with no injury, or it can be a gun in your face,” L.A. deputy district attorney Michele Hanisee told Fox. “Sentencing enhancements make sure that the perpetrator of the first and the perpetrator of the second are treated differently.”
