House Judiciary launches investigation into Facebook, Twitter over Hunter Biden coverup

Breaking Thursday, Republican members of the House Judiciary Committee announced they are launching an official investigation into Facebook and Twitter’s involvement with censoring the bombshell news of Hunter Biden’s laptop.

The social media platforms were an accomplice in the mainstream media’s suppression of the Hunter Biden story. Jim Jordan (R-OH), who is ranking member of the Committee, told Fox News “the laptop was real, the emails were real, the eyewitness…was real – the only thing fake about a year and a half ago was the news. Big Tech, Big Democrat Party and Big Media all colluded to keep critical information from the American people in the run up to the most important election we have…so we’re launching an investigation.”

“The real thing here was how Facebook and Twitter suppressed this information” said Jordan. The investigation was formerly launched with a letter from the Representatives to Mark Zuckerberg.

The letter begins, “Shortly before 2020 election, Facebook suppressed an explosive New York Post article detailing how Hunter Biden used the position and influence of his father, now-President Biden, for personal gain, with the apparent awareness of President Biden.”

 

The letter goes on to say how an initial letter was written to Facebook at the time “with important questions” about the suppression of “First Amendment-protected activity.” Facebook ignored the letter, and now “we are investigating Facebook’s actions to interfere in free and fair election-related public discourse on its platform to the benefit of President Biden and the detriment of former President Trump” the letter reads………………..
