Afghan Migrant Brought to Montana by Biden Charged with Raping 18 Year Old Girl, Governor Demanding Resettlement Halt

An Afghan evacuee has been charged with the rape of a woman in Missoula, Montana, the state’s governor said Thursday – and he called for the Biden administration to halt all refugee resettlements until assurances are made about the vetting process,FOX News is reporting.

Gov. Greg Gianforte’s office said in a statement that an Afghan male placed in Montana by the U.S. State Department was charged with sexual assault.

The underlying belief is the same: non-Muslim women exist for the pleasure of Muslim men. It’s in the Quran: Muslims can take “captives of the right hand” and use them for sex (4:3, 4:24, 23:1-6, 33:50, 70:30). And as long as it is not addressed, there will be more and more of these attacks, aided and abetted by vicious Democrats.
The ‘me too’ left continues to censor, scrub and sanction the rape jihad, sacrificing the future of their countries – young girls and women.

Under Islamic law, rape victims need four male witnesses to bring charges against her attacker.

A man was issued a felony charge this week after he raped a woman in a downtown Missoula, Montana hotel over the weekend.

By: Post Millennial, October 22, 2021:

A man was issued a felony charge this week after he raped a woman in a downtown Missoula, Montana hotel over the weekend.

Zabihullah Mohmand, 19, reportedly raped an 18-year-old woman early Sunday at the Residence Inn Marriott on North Pattee Street, according to the Missoulian.

Staff at the hotel reported seeing a woman walking through their lobby at around 4:15 am, looking visible upset. Staff reportedly asked if she needed help, but the woman kept walking, with Mohmand following her outside.

At 4:30 am, the woman called 911 to report that she had just been raped. The woman told dispatch that the rape occurred at the hotel. The woman told police that she had met Mohmand and two other men at the bar, which they left to look for a house party

When the group found no house party, Mohmand reportedly asked the woman to come back to his hotel room. She agreed, but made it known that she did not want anything to happen between them. Back at the hotel room, she said that she went to sleep.

“While telling police her story, she then began crying. She and Mohmand did have sex, she said, adding ‘(she) just couldn’t get him off me.’ Mohmand wouldn’t let her leave, she told law enforcement. She also mentioned that another man was in the room during the assault. When she eventually left the room to get an Uber, Mohmand allegedly followed her out and tried to stop her from leaving,” wrote the Missoulian.

In a phone call with a friend, the woman said that she had just been raped. According to charging documents, her neck displayed severe bruising and red marks. The woman told police that Mohmand had held her down by her neck.

“Mohmand reported to police he was visiting Missoula on a ‘worldwide trip.’ He confirmed he had met the woman and her friends downtown. The two had sex, but it was consensual, he said,” wrote the Missoulian.

Mohmand currently being held in jail on a $50,000 bond, and his arraignment is set for Nov. 1 at 9 am. He is also ordered to have no contact with the woman

Senator Steve Daines said that Mohmand “was admitted to the United States and placed in Montana under Humanitarian Parole, which is separate from the Special Immigrant Visa (SN) program.”

“The fallout and consequences from President Biden’s disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan continue,” said Daines, according to the Daily Wire. “While I support assisting our fully-vetted Afghan allies who served alongside our armed forces, President Biden has failed to provide answers as to who has come into the country or if they have been fully vetted according to what’s required by law.”

“I’ve spoken to Governor Gianforte about this situation, and I stand with him in calling on President Biden to stop all Afghan resettlements to Montana until we get answers,” he continued.

Montana Greg Governor Gianforte called on Biden to stop sending Afghan refugees to his state until full screenings can be done in accordance with federal law, saying that he had “serious concerns about whether the Biden administration is meeting its obligations to fully vet Afghans prior to resettlement.”

Representative Matt Rosendale said that Mohmand “did not go through the 14-step, 18-24 month vetting process required to obtain a visa and was instead paroled into to the country by President Biden’s Department of Homeland Security without proper screening.”

“For months I have warned of the consequences of admitting and resettling unvetted Afghan nationals throughout our country. These unvetted Afghans do not share our culture and our values, and as this horrific incident shows, they represent a serious risk to our communities,” said Rosendale, according to the Daily Wire.

“We cannot allow this administration to continue to jeopardize the safety of our communities and the security of our nation in the name of empathy. I urge the Biden Administration to immediately halt the resettlement of Afghan nationals across our nation and begin to remove Afghan evacuees that have been resettled from the United States,” he continued.
