NYC: Judge Says Muslim Who Deliberately Rammed Jews Made ‘Mistake in Driving,’ But He Had REMOVED HIS LICENSE PLATES

A week ago, the Geller Report brought you the story of Shokhobiddin Bakhritdinov, the Muslim in New York City who stopped his car at an intersection, got out and looked around before getting back in, putting his car in reverse and hitting several Jewish men.

This New York Daily News article from April 19 states:

Bakhritdinov was arraigned Monday on charges of misdemeanor assault and leaving the scene of an accident and released on his own recognizance.

Assistant District Attorney Wilfredo Cotto said seven people in total were injured by his car, though it’s not clear from the video how the other two people were hurt.

Judge Maria Aragona decided not to suspend Bakhritdinov’s driver’s license, after his lawyer, Jack Brewer, described his actions as a “mistake in driving.”

A “mistake in driving”? Bakhritdinov was driving without plates, which strongly suggests that his act was premeditated and that he removed the plates to escape detection. This was reported on April 18, so Judge Aragona had every reason to be aware of it:

If she didn’t know that, she should have. How can that not be considered? That makes his act clearly premeditated. But Jew-hatred is being increasingly normalized, to the extent that Bakhritdinov will likely suffer no consequences for his actions.
