Supreme Court to consider election lawsuits in February

The Supreme Court on Friday listed several high-profile election lawsuits for consideration at its mid-February conference.

By: Nicholas Rowan, The Washington Examiner, February 5, 2021:

Story continues below advertisement

The cases include challenges to the 2020 election from Trump-aligned lawyers Lin Wood and Sidney Powell, as well as Republican Rep. Mike Kelly’s Pennsylvania lawsuit. Nearly every lawsuit takes issue with the expanded use of mail-in ballots by many states.

The decision came after the court declined to fast-track all election-related litigation in early January.

In nearly every plea for expedition, lawyers backing former President Donald Trump told the court that if the cases were not heard before President Biden’s inauguration, their success would be unlikely.

But after the court pushed them off, many lawyers said that the challenges were still important and could have long-term implications for election fairness. Trump lawyer John Eastman told the Washington Examiner that even with Trump out of office, it was important to settle the issues raised by expanded mail-in voting.

“Our legal issue,” he said, referring to the way in which Pennsylvania conducted the 2020 election, “remains important and in need of the court’s review.”

Similarly, Kelly’s lawyer Greg Teufel, told the Washington Examiner after the court refused to hear his case before the inauguration that the 10-year congressman and major Trump ally had no intention of dropping the suit.

As election litigation continues to play out in the courts, many Republican state legislators have begun introducing bills to curb mail-in voting through law.

If the Supreme Court accepts any of the election lawsuits, it is likely that they won’t be heard until October.

Imagine if they heard one or two and most justices came to believe that the election was stolen. They could then rule essentially that Biden’s presidency is illegitimate. Why not? That would be so interesting.

If they didn’t have the courage to hear it when they should have, trust me, the outcome will be to justify why they didn’t hear it when they should have. I am not angry at you, I am ANGRY AT THEM!

They immediately took Trump cases defending his border policies and rules OFF THEIR CALENDAR, scheduled to be heard and decided in June when the freaking imbecile announced he was against them. So that means the lower court rulings will stand that were against Trump’s policies and rules keeping us safer at our southern border. Now it is back to being a free for all and they are coming!

One legitimate fear they had and should have been addressed with full force the first time it occurred The Justices were afraid of being confronted in public places by Antifa and other groups or physically harmed. The first time it happened that a public official was in a restaurant and harassed these Anarchists should have been arrested, held without bail, fully investigated and the book thrown at them. A law should exist if it doesn’t giving government officials an extra layer of protection if someone tries to intimidate them in the discharge of their duties.

I am choking on all the mendacity emitted by the corrupt so-called justice system. It is like mustard gas killing patriotic Americans who hunger for justice.

Sessions judge vanished in the wilderness. Where’s his report? How much was he paid to disappear? Then Bullshit Durham vanishes with his fraudulent investigation to exonerate the Evil doers. How much was that scumbag paid off to find nothing?! A Demeaned Court, lead by a pedophile who visited Epstein’s fantasy island and laughed about Hilliary’s exoneration. A Chief Justice who approved fraudulent FISA warrants and suffers no consequences.

We now live in Milton’s Pandemonium.

The National Anthem is a reminder of a time when the United States of America was once a free republic. Standing for the anthem brings back a nostalgic rush. In addition, I don’t wish to be placed into the category of that racist, black supremacist, terrorist group of “black lives matter” insurrectionists.

I’ll stand for the anthem, close my eyes, and try to remember a distant time.

I was having a conversation, not with a youngster but with someone older than I am. He was going on and on about how 3/4 of the population wants further stimulus. Moreover, he told me to “get with the times”.

I responded that isn’t it sad the three fourths of the population want to steal from 1/4 of the population. He got somewhat ired when I went, “Gimme, gimme, and gimme s’more … America, a once free republic, I mourn its loss”.

I’m fortunate that I’m on “the back nine of life”.

Traitors in DC hiding behind walls and storm troopers; China and globalists shipping our wealth abroad while the same traitors get filthy rich; violence in the streets; assaults on white people for the color of their skin; police getting killed while deviant lawyers and politicians let criminals go free; constant attacks on the second amendment and the American citizen’s last resort to protect themselves from a tyrannical government.

Agreed, can’t lock out citizens unless borders are militarized, and what about the unfriendly democrats already living in the seceded state? Only capable option is a New Party that captures any and all decent Republicans (and the few dozen politicians). America desperately needs a party removed from the two oligarch ones. Even if some elections are lost, some will be won and then the representatives can form coalitions with the Republicans at a certain “price”. This is the way a Parliamentary system works, and it is high time that America starts planning for one; the two party system is passe and too damaged to continue.

Perhaps Dread Justice Roberts sees how ill the political winds are blowing due to his court sitting on their hands?

Nah, my guess is that they want to hear only a select few that they can turn around and rule against so that they can don a fig leaf of propriety on the whole mess. At very minimum they should rule against the illegal changes to election law that occurred outside the purview of respective states’ legislatures.

That should be open and shut…in a sane world.

Our lovely DEMS just passed another humongous stimulus bill giving ILLEGALS stimulus checks! Our country is now a sick joke.. With DEMS and lousy RINOS being the majority there is nothing we can legally do about it.

I’ll be blunt, we need a freaking coup or we rise up and stop it otherwise goodbye USA. We are a banana republic so there is no excuse not to behave like one. That’s just reality. Instead they have US on the defensive as ANTIFA and BLM continue their insurrection and coup through intimidation.

He has formed a committee to study Supreme Court “reforms”. My speculation is that it will be to justify packing the court and forcing retirement of Clarence Thomas for age at the very least. They allowed a thoroughly corrupt, evil lunatic, foreign, owned traitor, who literally hates us to become our President that is literally destroying our country. The contempt I have for them is inexpressible. Between them and Pence, I can’t decide who I despise more.

Patriots must accept one indelible, undeniable fact, which is the Republic died on January 20, 2021, with the installation of the new ChiCom Governor of their new Province once known as the United States of America. Comrade Biden and his host of ChiCom agents masquerading as the “Democratic”Party are nothing more than a proxy for their ChiCom masters in Beijing. The very first act of Comrade Governor Biden was to cancel the XL Pipeline Thereby, forcing the Canadian producers to sell their vast supplies of oil and gas to the ChiComs at reduced prices. This alone will fuel the ChiCom economy with virtually unlimited oil to fuel its state controlled economy. All, without exception, of Comrade Biden’s proclamation disguised as “executive orders” are designed to cripple the USA’s energy production forcing energy prices to skyrocket giving the ChiCom’s an insurmountable advantage in world trade. These policies combined with an agenda that has been carefully crafted in Beijing are designed to bring the US economy to its knees spelling the end of tens of millions jobs, a depression that will dwarf that of the 30’s, the complete destruction and impoverishment of the middle class and creating the conditions in the not so distant future when the American population will welcome the occupation of the ChiCom People’s Army. As we speak a traitor has been placed in charge of the Pentagon with instructions from his ChiCom masters to remove all patriotic officers and personnel. and replace them with vetted ChiCom agents who will surrender us to the People’s Army. That, folks, is the reality, that we all must accept. We know from the total suppression of this election that the rule of law is dead and the only justice, the only chance to save the Republic must come from the muzzle of a gun.

Cite gas prices today here. In four years revisit gas prices. It will be 3-4X the amount, If I’m right. Now with the Paris Accords and gas prices the US will be on target. Meanwhile China and India has a 30 year exemption to pollute and heat up the World with carbon emissions. Both have drained lakes to use sand for cement. China has built several empty cities with 60mm vacant apartments in anticipation. This is alot of phantom growth that produces real revenue on the books in competition with us and the rest of the World. So, as John was hinting with Biden’s EO went from Oil exporter back to oil importer dependent upon the politics of the Middle East and Russia but we have the oil but are un willing to dig, frac or use it. Like CCP in China we like using the fake numbers to run prices and an economy or sector of the economy like oil. We charge ourselves the real price of oil, sell it at a fraction to the Chinese government, WHY? Does Biden have a reason to give a kick back to the Chinese? Now are we getting it?

Over the last few weeks I have come to believe that the Chinese did deliberately release the virus, as it was the only possible thing that was disruptive enough to lead to Trump being ousted. We all know they still had to rig the votes anyway despite the leftist media trying their best all year to blame the deaths on Trump.

They probably orchestrated the entire thing with the Dhimmicrats.

The media coverage of what’s going on in China now has been so small and obscure but when we do get a report we hear that things have gone “back to normal” there which has got to be a sign that this whole thing was one big deliberate stunt anyway, designed to disrupt the rest of the world (especially USA).

Jack
Jack

They (Marxist Democrats) will never declare normalcy. Their power is predicated on one crisis to another crisis; emergency authority and usurpation of citizens Rights, States Rights as defined by the Constitution, Bill of Rights and precedent law. Anyone having fore knowledge of the the CCP virus or De-facto familiarity is guilty of Murder/Conspiracy. For G-d sake it murdered 275,000 Americans, crippled the US economy, cost American jobs, businesses, changed how we interact and the same for Europe and many other countries. This is no reflection on the Chinese People or Race but it is bulls-eye on the Chinese Communist Party. It is likely there was at some juncture complicity with the Democrat Party at some level. A Party that subverts our blue-print for Our Government and the Rights of Our People and State. A Party that conspires a Coup de Etat and breaches all conventions and works with Foreign entities to help displace the expected next President is not a legitimate Party in the Life of American Politics. It knows no bounds!
