Rand Paul (R-Ky.) pressed Dr. Miguel Cardona to weigh in on the ongoing debate about how transgender students should compete in sports, describing the concept of students competing with their corresponding gender identity as “bizarre” and repeatedly mislabeling transgender girls as “boys.”
In a line of questioning that’s since drawn criticism on social media, the Republican senator repeatedly asked Cardona if he thinks it’s fair to have “boys competing with girls,” arguing it will “completely destroy girls’ athletics.”
Paul specifically drew on findings published by the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights last spring that stated Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conferences decision to allow transgender female athletes to compete in women’s sports violated Title IX.
“If you’re confirmed, would you support the Office of Civil Right opinion?” Paul asked.
Cardona said while he understands “there’s a lot of concerns,” he believes it is the “legal responsibility of schools to provide opportunities for students to participate in activities and this includes students who are transgender.”
In response, Paul said he found it “bizarre” that some people believe transgender students should be able to compete with their corresponding gender identity.
Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah) also echoed Paul’s concerns about transgender women competing in women’s’ sports, saying: “I’ve got pictures of my 8 granddaughters, among some grandsons, behind me … They shouldn’t be competing with people who are physiologically in an entirely different category.”
“Frankly some boy who is 6’2” competing against my niece who is 5’4” doesn’t sound very fair,” said Paul. “I think most people think it’s bizarre.”
The Human Rights Campaign issued a statement on Twitter criticizing Paul’s line of questioning. “There are thousands of issues facing kids across the country during the pandemic,” said the LGBTQ+ advocacy group. “Rand Paul chose to use all of his time during a hearing for Secretary of Education today to attack trans kids instead. Shame on him.”

The Biden administration’s early actions on transgender rights have once again inflamed debate over whether transgender athletes should compete on sports teams that don’t match the sex assigned to them at birth. Biden has sought to expand protections for the LGBTQ+ community, signing an executive order on his first day in office that mandated all students, including transgender students, be able to learn without facing sex discrimination, and revoking the Trump administration’s ban on transgender military service. “Children should be able to learn without worrying about whether they will be denied access to the restroom, the locker room, or school sports,” read the first order. Last month, lawmakers in six states introduced bills aimed at limiting transgender athletes’ participation in women’s sports. According to the American Civil Liberties Union, lawmakers introduced 20 such bills in 2020, as the Trump administration argued that Title IX did not apply to transgender females playing on women’s sports teams.

And there’s the rub. The push to transgenderize boys into “girls” is ALL tied in to the Left’s utter hatred of masculinity – and in general, the motivation for same is entirely subversive and destructive (intentionally) towards the moral and social fabric. Just remember:
– Antifa, Occupy and ANSWER support transgenderizing society as a means of “striking a blow against white male heterosexual privilege.”
– Black Lives Matter is also on board with this, claiming that the recognition of male-female differences – and traditional morality in general – are relics of “systemic racism” and “white supremacy.”
– The p-hat wearing “Women’s March” crowd advocate the creeping transgenderization as all tied in to their goal of “eradicating toxic masculinity” and “smashing the patriarchy.”
Far too many critics don’t see the subversive elements pushing this, or their ulterior motives therefor. It is why the sane have been losing ground to these supremacists (and yes, I said it, this IS supremacism).

I like watching crime shows. On one episode a dash cam was recording a female police officer’s encounter with a male criminal. He didn’t halt when commanded to do. He hadn’t gone to far and he confronted her and started tossing her around like a rag doll. It was all caught on the dash cam. It was sad…
They lie when they promote female anatomy being equal to male anatomy – it’s not! The skeletal design is different. Females suffer a lot of pelvic injuries in the military but they hide that. The male pelvic area is designed for load bearing whereas the female pelvic is not and designed for baby bearing. The emotional make up is different and it’s unnatural to suppress that…and on and on it goes. It’s just another way of ABUSING females. There are other activities females can do but it is NOT physical combat.

That’s reality, felix1999. But … but …. but, when you watch a movie or television drama, you’ll see 110 pound females beating 250 pound, solid muscle, men into a pulp without breaking a sweat.
That’s what they try to encourage people to believe. Back, almost fifty years ago, I was assigned to teach a “Women’s Self Defense” class at Clear Creek High School, in Tiffin, Iowa (that was when the Amana Colonies still had their own school system). It was hilarious. Tried teaching basic “break-and-run” techniques. But, many of them wanted to know how to really “put ’em down”. I gently swept one, she fell on the mat. Started bawling like a baby, squealing with soiled diapers. And, she was a big girl, at least two inches taller than me and probably had me by twenty-to-thirty pounds … and she wasn’t that awfully fat, just a big solid girl. I then tried to explain how much more pain exists when struck or kicked. We went back to “break-and-run”. In today’s world, I probably would have been arrested and doing life.

The so-called “Human Rights Campaign” – which should be called the Inhuman Lefts Campaign – is a NAMBLA front group that is running interference for s–ual predators, perverts, pedophiles, s– and other human traffickers, and other degenerate filth. Of course they’d complain about Rand Paul’s line of questioning. They have a vested interest in FURTHER SPREADING this behavior and INCREASING the numbers of surgically altered freaks amongst the population. They are to the LGBT community what groups like CAIR are to the Muslim community – fronts for far more insidious interests (in CAIR’s case, the Muslim Brotherhood as well as HAMAS).
On this issue, I doubt “Dr.” Cardona has any children – or particuarly young daughters. This is where being childless is especially nefarious, as those without children are far more callous and insensitive towards the concerns of parents with children. And supporters of this BS by and large HAVE NO CHILDREN OR YOUNG DAUGHTERS. His attitude – and that of the NAMBLA fronts – proves without a doubt that this is about ideology superseding biology which he clearly advocates.
If she wishes, Pamela can use in future articles of this, “Whenever traditional Judeo-Christian values come into conflict with radical fringe Greenwich Village/San Francisco/Fire Island ‘values’, then it is Judeo-Christian values that must yield and give way.” It is EXACTLY the same as the conflict between Western values and Islamic Sharia law.

For more than 40 years Johns Hopkins Hospital has dealt with transgenderism, even did re-assignment surgery and then came to realize that transgenderism is ‘a mental disorder’ that needs “sympathetic treatment”, not a pat on the back and comforting words that the sufferer is normal. Men Now Want Access to Uterine Transplants

It isn’t good enough that men want to compete in woman’s sports and invade women’s spaces, rendering sex-based protections null and void. Now, the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) has published the findings from the largest study on its kind, “Perceptions and Motivations for Uterus Transplant in Transgender Women.”
This study looked at reproductive aspirations of transgender women (biological males). Surveying 182 transgender women, researchers found that more than 90 percent believed that a uterine transplant might “improve quality of life in transgender women, alleviate dysphoric symptoms, and enhance feelings of femininity.”
I find it no coincidence that this study was released on Jan. 20, 2021—the same day President Joe Biden took the oath of office and signed his executive order on Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation.
This study concluded that transwomen (biological males) have the “desire to have physiologic experiences unique to cisgender women, such as menstruation and gestation, as well as potentially having a physiologically functioning transplanted vagina.”
Also, the authors found that transgender women “may expect the ability to menstruate to enhance satisfaction with their desired gender and uterus transplant and anticipate improvements in perceptions of their femininity.” Those surveyed also cited that potentially having a functional vagina transplanted might also enhance sexual function and quality of life.
Oh boy! When good common sense and Human Biology 101 are thrown out of the window of reason, we are left with gibberish and nonsense. Here, in a prestigious medical journal, the authors use phrases such as “categorized as female at birth,” which in scientific terms, means when a baby is born and has XX chromosomes, she is a little girl baby. She isn’t categorized as female; she IS female. In the same way, when a baby is born with XY, he isn’t categorized as male, he IS male.
First, a word or two about uterine transplants. They are, for the most part, still in the experimental stage. To date, there have only been about 70 uterine transplants around the world and most of these have come from living donors. A living donor might be a woman who has completed her family and doesn’t want to have any more children, so she offers to donate her uterus. The first baby born from a uterine transplant was born two months premature in Sweden.
Current practice is to remove the uterine transplant once the woman has had the children she wants, so that she doesn’t have to stay on anti-rejection medications for the rest of her life. Also, the data isn’t in yet on the effects to the babies born from a transplanted uterus, mainly because we don’t have a large enough sample of these children. Babies are exposed to anti-rejection medications for the duration of their time in utero and are always delivered by c-section, which undoubtedly confers additional risks to mother and baby.
Of course, in this study, the transgender women reported that “the potential benefits of uterus transplant outweigh the significant risks with which it is associated and may improve quality of life, happiness, and dysphoric symptoms, while enhancing feelings of femininity.”
There was much hay to be made when Tampax tweeted “People who bleed” and “Fact: Not all women have periods” and then doubled down with “Also, a fact: Not all people with periods are women. Let’s celebrate the diversity of all people who bleed!”
Women immediately pushed back hard on social media calling out Tampax for such scientific ignorance shouting, “Women Bleed.”
It isn’t people. It isn’t people categorized a particular way. It is women. Women give birth. And women shouldn’t have to compete with men in order to make them feel better and more like women. That’s not our job.

I subscribe the The Epoch Times, They got to me when they offered an annual subscription for $79.00. They used to send out one weekly print edition, but ….. for $79.00 they probably simply can no longer afford to do so. That was all wasted space.

‘Black Lives Matter at School’ Teaches Young Children to Be Transgender and Queer ‘Affirming’

Some government schools are celebrating “Black Lives Matter at School Week” using lesson plan “resources” from Black Lives Matter (BLM) that teach children as young as kindergarten age the culture of white, heterosexual people from traditional families led by a father and mother, must be overturned.
(It’s the very thing that has destroyed the black family in particular and now being promoted for dominance. How sick! They truly hate God and all He sands for.)

BLM cofounder Alicia Garza, Rantz explained, believes the issues of her organization are closely tied to gender identity, as she explained in 2014:
Black queer and trans folks bearing a unique burden in a hetero-patriarchal society that disposes of us like garbage and simultaneously fetishizes us and profits off of us is state violence.
Breitbart News reported in June that, in a 2015 video, another BLM cofounder, Patrisse Cullors, revealed that the founders of BLM are “trained Marxists.”

In the wake of the murders of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, Tony McDade, and others named and unnamed, a great Uprising for Black Lives has swept the nation and the world, inciting new urgency and radical possibilities for advancing abolitionist practice and uprooting institutional racism.
Rantz elaborated on the theme of the BLM curriculum:
All the lessons and resources from BLM center on 13 guiding principles, which include being queer and trans affirming. They tell young children to do “the work required to dismantle cis-gender privilege and uplift Black trans folk.”
Teachers are instructed their “students need to see how problematic our binary notions of gender are.” They are told to read this statement to their young students:
If our doctor and our parents assign us a gender and it matches what we feel inside, then we can say we are cisgender. However, we may look like what society says a girl or boy should look like, but inside, we feel something different than just boy or just girl, we are somewhere in between, we can say that we are gender-expansive or transgender.
Children are taught to be “transgender affirming” and “queer affirming” in a resource by Lalena Garcia.
“Everybody has the right to choose their own gender by listening to their own heart and mind,” Garcia states. “Everyone gets to choose if they are a girl or a boy or both or neither or something else, and no one else gets to choose for them.”

Rantz similarly observed the curriculum diminishes the role of fathers in families. Garcia instructs in the following BLM concepts:
Black Families creates a space that is family friendly and free from patriarchal practices.
“There are lots of different kinds of families; what makes a family is that it’s people who take care of each other. It’s important to make sure that all families feel welcome.”
Black Villages is the disruption of Western nuclear family dynamics and a return to the “collective village” that takes care of each other.
“There are lots of different kinds of families; what makes a family is that it’s people who take care of each other; those people might be related, or maybe they choose to be family together and to take care of each other. Sometimes, when it’s lots of families together, it can be called a village.”
Black Women is the building of women-centered spaces free from sexism, misogyny, and male-centeredness.“There are some people who think that women are less important than men. We know that all people are important and have the right to be safe and talk about their own feelings.”
“Alternative perspectives” to these principles are dismissed as “racist,” noted Rantz, who said he asked SPS how students will be exposed to alternative views beyond BLM. He was directed to the district’s Strategic Plan with the response:
Generally speaking, the alternative – “the competing point of view” — has been the predominant viewpoint for several hundred years in the US and much of the western hemisphere. In other words, it has been the status quo. Seattle Public Schools is working to dramatically improve academic and life outcomes for students of color by disrupting the legacies of racism in our education system.
In January, the Washington Education Association (WEA) raised the Black Lives Matter flag over its building. The teachers’ union said about the flag:
Displaying the BLM flag is part of a Black Lives Matter resolution passed by the WEA Board last November. Black History month starts in February, the first week of which is Black Lives Matter in School Week. Among their “resources,” WEA lists those to “know your rights and your students [sic] rights in the wake of harsh immigration crackdowns”; the NEA Racial Justice in Education Resource Guide; and the NEA Diversity Toolkit Race and Ethnicity, which is intended to help “teach about race, racism and ethnic differences,” and provide information on topics such as “class, ELL, gender, sexual orientation and gender identity.”

Well, I guess it’s nice that a few somewhat Conservative people questioned this appointee, but they never block any of these radical leftists from any of the positions that they are appointed to, so what is the point in even having the republican party anymore???
The establishment republicans slow-walked, dragged out and blocked most of President Trump’s nominees but now they won’t do a thing to stop any of beijing biden’s nominees.

Every public school that is facing this heartless and stupid democratic dictate of forcing girls to compete with boys in girl’s disguises should take the following steps.
Set up an independent association for “Fairness In Sports Teams” (F.I.S.T.) or some other name. Have these Teams get the support of ALL possible school students, teachers, and parents, but especially boys in the sports of the school.
The goal of the FIST groups will be to convince all these people to refuse to continue all sports activities until the schools reverse their insane decisions concerning transgendered students.
Without exerting some form of POWER over the school administration, all those schools are “scrood”. What will they force families to tolerate next?
Families of sports students must organize their numbers to create their own power. Even the power to cancel the school’s sports curriculum until the school administration concedes and returns to the former, sane arrangements.
The basic changes I’m advocating present the overpowering actions needed to correct the foolish and power-mad decisions of derelict School Boards.
A word to the wise for transgenders: If you want to change your sexuality, accept the fact that you have no right to expect your entire school population to disrupt their lives just because you want to change yours. Deal with that. You chose it.

Would you ask a Welterweight to fight against a Heavyweight in Boxing? Would you ask a disabled athlete to compete with an able-bodied athlete in the Olympics? We have categories in order to ensure fairness ( and for people not getting the crap beaten out of them)
