From Florida Congressman Bill Posey: Now that President Trump’s term has ended and he is a private citizen, the impeachment articles are irrelevant, and the case is moot. The U.S. Constitution limits impeachment jurisdiction to the current president, vice president and sitting federal civil office holders. Additionally, the Constitution prescribes a punishment that shall not go beyond removal from office with the possibility of being disqualified from holding office in the future. Since President Trump no longer holds office, the penalty if convicted is meaningless. It’s politics at its worst and will only serve to further divide our nation (Townhall).

Now, I’m on board what you say about Obamas shady past. Nobody has the proof positive of who he is. It’s either Kenya or some other place. That’s what you just said an I agree. One lady says she’s his cousin from Kansas and witnessed his birth there and even can say who the real father is.

The rules will be voted on tomorrow, along with an initial set of four hours of arguments on the constitutionality of the entire fiasco beginning… and then a vote. (2/9/21)
Assuming the trial goes forward… Then beginning Wednesday, each side will have up to 16 hours to lay out their case, spread out over two days per side. Senators will then have four hours to pose questions to the House managers and Trump’s attorneys.

It was Hillary Klingon’s campaign committee that first brought up Obama’s non-natural US citizen status. Obama himself asserted that he was born in Kenya, in 1961 a British protectorate. But no one actually knows one’s place and date of birth. We take someone else’s word for it.
Obama readily admitted that he is not a natural born US citizen by stating that his father was a British (Kenya) citizen. Therefore he was not and never was president of the United States.

A lady who’s Obamas cousin from his mothers own birthplace in Kansas says she witnessed his birth there.
She says some incredible stuff like that Obama’s related to Hillary, to Ross Perot, Hunt, Bush, Palin, Cheney etc…
Kansas was a little town in the 30s and the parents all knew each other down there.
The cousin says it’s very suspicious that no reporters are running the story and also why did not one single of them has come to Kansas to see the family where Obamas mother was born. Why the hell is there such a massive coverup? She’s got the answers and she told me for example what Obama’s real name is and I have that.

Days before former President Trump’s impeachment trial begins, newly filed federal charges against anti-government activists offer fresh, compelling evidence that the accused perpetrators of the Capitol riots pre-planned their attack days and weeks in advance and in plain sight of an FBI that vowed to be vigilant to extremist threats.
A dozen FBI affidavits supporting charges against the more than 200 defendants show rioters engaged in advance planning on social media sites. The planning included training, casing sites, identifying commanders on scene, and requests for donations of cash, as well as combat and communication gear.
More than a half dozen of the suspects are now charged with conspiracy to commit violence for actions predating the Jan. 6 riots. The early actions identified in court documents date back to November, with planning and rhetoric accelerating after Christmas, court records show.
That growing body of evidence raises questions about whether the FBI and other security agencies acted proactively enough to thwart the violence. It also undercuts the House Democrats’ impeachment claim — supported by 10 Republicans — that Trump’s speech spontaneously incited the riots, legal experts told Just the News.
“I would hope that those 10 Republicans and hopefully even some Democrats would say as we now look at the timelines that the media, The New York Times, The Washington Post, and all are reporting on, here’s exactly it, the facts,” said Kenneth Starr, the former federal appeals judge, solicitor general and Whitewater independent counsel.
