We had high hopes for this case and for SCOTUS. It came out of nowhere Wednesday night and took us for a terrific ride — but it’s back to the grindstone.
Two justices, Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas, said they would have allowed the case to be filed with the court on technical grounds but emphasized they would grant no other relief.
I fear our faith in the court was unjustified. They are a grave disappointment

SCOTUS Rejects Texas Lawsuit Contesting Biden’s Wins In Swing States
The Supreme Court Friday rejected the state of Texas’s motion to leave challenging the constitutionality of Democratic nominee Joe Biden’s wins in the key swing states of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
“The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot,” the order reads.
Only two justices, Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas, said they would have allowed the case to be filed with the court on technical grounds but emphasized they would grant no other relief.
“I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue,” a statement from Alito read.
Monday night, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed the “Bill of Complaint,” which was not seeking to overturn the election but rather seeking a mandate that states comply with the Constitution. “Plaintiff State does not ask this Court to decide who won the election; they only ask that the Court enjoin the clear violations of the Electors Clause of the Constitution,” the state argued.
The Electoral College will meet to vote on Dec. 14, officially making Biden president-elect of the United States.

It’s beyond outrageous!
They are shirking their jobs but for some odd reason can easily rule for immorality that affects all states but not on rules changed by the wrong people that opened the door to massive election fraud of a President that presides over all the states. Convenient hypocrisy for cowards or for the corrupt.

So widespread fraud is now legal? The evidence is STILL pouring in. Is the SC waiting for the crime itself to stop before they will do anything? I hope the court filings become so numerous that they are forced to work for the foreseeable future on this.

WE ARE! but, it may be what God intended BECAUSE OF OUR SLUMBERING FOR SO MANY YEARS, allowing all this sin to run rampant and doing nothing about it. But, I believe God still has a plan. I don’t debate this but I lean towards pre trib. There is no point in division. Time will tell who is right on pre, mid or post. No date setting here but elements of prophecy are lining up…on a GLOBAL SCALE no less.

Grace Community Church Pastor John MacArthur has warned that today’s world is “perfectly suited for the Antichrist to come” amid the chaos and “lawlessness” stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic.
MacArthur, whose Sun Valley, California-based church has repeatedly sparred with authorities over COVID-19 worship restrictions, said on Sunday that world governments “have done something that’s never been done in human history” by making the pandemic issue and the response “global.”
“Now we are a global world. And that is a setup that we’ve been waiting for through redemptive history since the Lord promised that there would come, in the future, an Antichrist who would have a global government,” the 81-year-old pastor said.
“We literally have such power over people globally that we can shut them down so they can’t function,” he said.
“This suits the world of Antichrist. As you look at the book of Revelation, there’s the mark of the beast, the number, and if you don’t have that, you don’t buy, you don’t sell, you don’t exist. Everything about you, they know — the people who have access to all your data. They know all of it. You can go out of existence virtually any moment [and] somebody decides that. This is the kind of world that appears to be perfectly suited for the Antichrist to come, bring a certain amount of peace, [and] the world falls at his feet.”

Could the COVID card be your pass to do business? Some airlines are stepping up and making it mandatory to fly. I spoke to someone the other day, and they’d be willing to make it mandatory for their customers if that would allow them to completely open up and “get back to normal.”
How about a vaccine with your medical records on it and scanned as part of your identity to do business?
NY state is already mulling it over to make it mandatory. The technology is there for it. M.I.T. is working with Gates on this.
They already chip a lot of pets and people in rest homes as a safe guard if they manage to wonder off the property. Of course it is all because “they care.” LOL!
They can do a lot with “contact tracing” too. Imagine all the information they already have on your through cameras and bio-metrics when you go to the stores and what your buying habits are when you use your card for sale items. They sell that data too (SAMI and Nielson buy it for analysis).

I was amazed and I was not alive when it took place yet too many pastors have been serving Mammon over losing their tax exemption. We are no longer a moral nation. We kicked God out when we eliminated prayer from schools, allowed abortion, same sex “marriage”, recognized trannies as having coverage under the 1964 Civil Rights Act as normal people and now they can use the opposite sex bathrooms, changing rooms and showers and humiliate heterosexuals at will. We don’t have God fearing people on the U.S. Supreme Court or they would not be reacting the way they are. All I can say is their worldview is NOT my worldview and never will be.

The conclusion here is pretty obvious. Yes, James, who is granted the right to vote is a matter for the individual states to decide. I don’t think the Constitution addresses the issue, so that states could allow non-citizens to vote.
Our republic is threatened by a surfeit of democracy. The founders of the USA knew better than to grant the voting franchise to everyone.

While I have little insight into the legal issues, I do not understand how, if state A has fraudulent elections for POTUS, or is violating election laws pertaining to election of POTUS, state B does not have standing to petition SCOTUS to have A’s election results declared null and void. Doesn’t the integrity of our republic rest on the will of the people, as evidenced by their vote?
Now perhaps Texas would have had standing had they filed sooner- I don’t know that SCOTUS clarified that issue. If Texas lost its standing due to the lapse of time, I don’t know I can argue with that- it is not uncommon for a right to be lost because it was not exercised in a timely manner. But it seems to me that SCOTUS had an opportunity to assure Americans that their recent election was in accord with relevant law, and failed to do so.
Ironically, though, I gather the governor of Texas also, of his own accord, changed election related dates that had been set by Texan law. Curiouser and curiouser, no?
