I’d bet no blue states will sign on and the RINO states will watch from the side lines.

Speaking of the GOP, they remain mostly silent except for handful. The RINOS see returning back to uniparty swamp business in sight if Trump is gone. They are disgusting.

only needs one state to go through, the fact that there is already 21 is very bad for the Dems.

Where the heck is the reddist State of all, Wyoming? It seems like our representatives rarely represent our electorate. Gov. Gordon is to busy violating our constitution with his silly mask mandate. Oh, and Barrasso, Enzi, and Cheney are right there with him, disgusting.

the minorities have been lied to enough by the democrat pro slavery party… its time for black Americans to realize that 80 years of being on the Democrat welfare plantation has done nothing but decimate their people and culture all the while being lied to by the anti civil rights democrat party (no, they didnt vote for any of it, try to name one that they did?)

after the republican north freed the slaves in the south from their Democrat masters in the civil war not one single black in America was a democrat, it wasnt till generations later with promises of welfare and such that the democrats lured them back onto their scheme.

The same Democrat party that just used every American as a political tool by NOT helping anyone out with covid assistance in order to try to get more benefits for their party secured.

WAKE UP.

Pile on! Put some pressure on them to decide this properly. Surely Alito and Thomas understand what is at stake here.

As I had stated earlier on other blogs, The red states will pull together because voting fraud which clearly took place in many states, will eliminate forever free and fair elections. Setting the stage for a communist only American party.
The argument will be made that since there are no free and fair elections, in all states, then it becomes impossible for any person other than a Communist to ever be voted into office.
The motivation behind specific persons and positions to illegally change laws (or rules) will be exposed to in this law suit, before the court. The determination of the supreme court will guide what ultimately will come next

If the court sides with the states who allowed election law to be changed outside the requirement set by the constitution and then states themselves. Then expect those and other states to argue that the constitution is not null and void and no longer holds any legal precedence over those states. An 1860s problem only now it would include over 1/2 of the states in the Union.

If the court sides with the states brining the suit that the states being sued both acted unconstitutionally and against their own state laws, then expect BLM and Antifa to attack in those 10 plus states. However, BLM and Antifa could experience massive resistance which could exceed their numbers 40 to 50 fold.
This would be the best solution, as it would result in electors from the 4 states to be chosen by the states legislature. The legislatures will no doubt sent an equal amount of Democrat and Republican electors and balance any odd numbers with independents. Such an action will water down any chance of any one candidate to receive 270, therefore resulting in the election being settled under the 12th.

The root base of this suit is a simple question. Does the Constitution mean what it says, or not.

Way top go TN… its not right that 4 or 5 states can manipulate their laws, commit fraud, steal and election in their state, use purposely compromised voting machines and then steal the election from Americans in every other state.

Theres NO WAY some old guy in his basement who ran for prez twice and quit over allegations of lying and plagiarism came back and got the most votes in history.
