Texas Sues Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin at Supreme Court over Election Rules
The State of Texas filed a lawsuit directly with the U.S. Supreme Court shortly before midnight on Monday challenging the election procedures in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin on the grounds that they violate the Constitution
Story continues below advertisementTexas argues that these states violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions, but not through the state legislatures. Additionally, Texas argues that there were differences in voting rules and procedures in different counties within the states, violating the Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause. Finally, Texas argues that there were “voting irregularities” in these states as a result of the above.
Texas is asking the Supreme Court to order the states to allow their legislatures to appoint their electors.

BATON ROUGE, LA – Attorney General Jeff Landry issued the following statement regarding the ongoing controversies over the 2020 federal election and the new motion put forward by the State of Texas before the U.S. Supreme Court:
“Millions of Louisiana citizens, and tens of millions of our fellow citizens in the country, have deep concerns regarding the conduct of the 2020 federal elections. Deeply rooted in these concerns is the fact that some states appear to have conducted their elections with a disregard to the U.S. Constitution. Furthermore, many Louisianans have become more frustrated as some in media and the political class try to sidestep legitimate issues for the sake of expediency.

Weeks ago, on behalf of the citizens of Louisiana, my office joined many other states in filing a legal brief with the United States Supreme Court urging the Justices to look into the conduct of the election in Pennsylvania where their state court ignored the U.S. Constitution in regard to the conduct of the election. The U.S. Constitution in Article 1, Section 4, states plainly: “The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature …” The power for the conduct of federal elections is held by the State Legislatures in each state. In states like Pennsylvania, the judicial branch attempted to seize control of these duties and obligations and to set their own rules. These actions appear to be unconstitutional. If it is unconstitutional for Pennsylvania to take this action, it is similarly unconstitutional for other states to have done the same.
Only the U.S. Supreme Court can ultimately decide cases of real controversy among the states under our Constitution. That is why the Justices should hear and decide the case which we have joined representing the citizens of Louisiana.

I live next town up from him and a group of us do standout demonstrations across the street every week. We keep up the noise level and hope the sane states can get something done.

State AG Files Direct 2020 Election Challenge Lawsuit With Supreme Court

There are only a few instances where a party can file a direct lawsuit with the U.S. Supreme Court, a state claiming harm by another state is one of those instances.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed a lawsuit [pdf here] with the supreme court seeking and emergency injunction against Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Georgia “from taking action to certify presidential electors or to have such electors take any official action including without limitation participating in the electoral college.”
The Texas AG argues that arbitrary changes made by the state’s governors, secretaries of states and election supervisors were “inconsistent with relevant state laws and were made by non-legislative entities, without any consent by the state legislatures. The acts of these officials thus directly violated the Constitution.”
The lawsuit states: “these non-legislative changes … facilitated the casting and counting of ballots in violation of state law, which, in turn, violated the Electors Clause of Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution.” […] “By these unlawful acts, the Defendant States have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens vote, but their actions have also debased the votes of citizens in Plaintiff State and other States that remained loyal to the Constitution.”
Paxton notes the intent of the states may have been changes in good faith, due to COVID-19 mitigation efforts; however, the end result of the changes is in direct violation to the Constitution and therefore creates the harm.
“Certain officials in the Defendant States presented the pandemic as the justification for ignoring state laws regarding absentee and mail-in voting.” […] “The Defendant States flooded their citizenry with tens of millions of ballot applications and ballots in derogation of statutory controls as to how they are lawfully received, evaluated, and counted. Whether well intentioned or not, these unconstitutional acts had the same uniform effect they made the 2020 election less secure in the Defendant States.”

What a simpleton… The Texas case was NOT dismissed. The only thing dismissed today was the injunction for the electoral votes. Not the actual complaint regarding the Constitutionality of the filing.

Look at a red-blue electoral map. Look at the acreage and the small towns and cities, much less the countryside, where the 2nd Amendment is a fact of life. Look, if the Supreme Court rules in favor of the (so far) 9 states, at the federal balance of power and where the military might is concentrated.
I shudder to think of what may happen. It literally knots my stomach to think of young family members in the military firing on misled people their own age in America’s big city streets. The thought is hideous.
But if that push comes to shove, I don’t think it is the left that will prevail.
Most likely in the event of a favorable SC decision, the bloodshed in the streets (Antifa, etc.) will be short-lived and clamped down upon quickly by US military personnel.
If it spreads to the countryside, which I doubt, it will be short-lived there also but without significant military intervention.

Yes. She was birthed in America. The birth on American soil does NOT make her an American Citizen. The birth makes her a SUBJECT of her father’s country, Jamaica or her mother’s country, India. Due to the time of the birth, neither of her parents were “naturalized” as an American. The birther Right which is being thrown at our Citizens only applied to the “slaves” children which were born in America. It does NOT apply to the children born of late.
Unless K.H. has gone through the NATRALIZATION process, she IS still a foreigner whose obligation is to her parents’ nationality.

I do agree that the 14th Amendment should be re-examined. As of now Kamillllaaaa is a U.S. citizen regardless of her parents status. She was born on U.S. soil! She is one evil person too. No one is going to go after Kammmalla’s parents … even if there was something questionable and there is not.

Not using vaccines in pregnant women, breast feeding mothers, and children is not uncommon at all for vaccines. They most always carry that warning because those need special testing before they can be approved.

Pfizer is in the open about it. They didn’t use them in their trials.
They need more more time.
What I didn’t like was the DNA modification that is claimed about at least one of the vaccines – Moderna – modified RNA vaccine. I don’t know if the other vaccines also have that component.
We aren’t vaccine happy people so we have no intention of taking any of them. We fall into the immune at risk category.

FBI director Chris Wray’s law firm, King & Spaulding, represented the Russian Oil company that the Chinese CEFC was trying to acquire a percentage of, the deal that Bobulinsky describes.
Wray was a partner with equity in the law firm & scrubbed all reference about it from his law firm bio once he knew he was being considered for head FBI. Plus, Wray’s got Millions $ in Russian investments in his portfolio.
Hunter Biden is whom Wray’s firm was negotiating the purchase with, going behind Bobulinsky’s back.
Of course Wray sat on the laptop….. he’s in on it.
Billy Barr’s law firm represented a 3rd party that was in on the deal too, they were the “broker” …my description.
So Barr’s involved in the Hunter deal as well. No indictments, no arrests, part of the coup. No written disclosures about their conflicts in their confirmation documents.
Who recommended these guys? Who vetted them? No one with any ethics it appears.
If Trump knows about this, then his comment about Barr & Wray being very nice to Joe & Hunter makes even more sense.
He see’s his enemy clearly. God give Trump strength.
(Barr’s father was close to Jeffrey Epstein and Barr knows Epstein too. Epstein was a family friend as is Robert Mueller – no indictments or arrests there either in addition to seeing no voter fraud.)

Ironically, the reason Democrats thought they could get by with election shenanigans in the first place, is because over the past 50 years, the Supreme Court has allowed them to create unenumerated powers out of thin air powerful enough to routinely threaten plainly enumerated rights. The reason that has happened, is because they have increasingly insisted with sly winks and nods, until Trump, on confirming scotus justices who had discernible bias and latent activist philosophies even though admitting to them would disqualify them in the same breath. Such is their audacity.
Scotus needs to return to strict constitutional interpretations otherwise our rights will all go the way of the Ten Commandments by becoming suggestions the results of which is for every man to do what’s right in his own eyes. In other words total chaos.
