Federal Court Blocks Governor Cuomo’s Restrictions on Churches

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit blocked New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s COVID-19 restrictions on religious gatherings.
Story continues below advertisementOn November 25, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled on the case, Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn v. Cuomo, holding that New York may not enforce 10- or 25-person congregation-size limits on certain Catholic churches and Orthodox synagogues, pending further litigation, because the restrictions likely discriminated against religion in violation of the First Amendment.
The Supreme Court temporarily blocked Cuomo from enforcing the restrictions but sent the case back down to the 2nd Circuit for further review.
Today, the 2nd Circuit held that Cuomo COVID restrictions were unconstitutional.
The court wrote that the governor’s COVID order is “…not neutral on its face and imposes greater restrictions on religious activities than on other activities the Governor considers “essential.”

The circuit court concluded Cuomo failed to justify why harsher restrictions were needed on religious activities than on secular ones. The 2nd Circuit ordered a lower court to block Cuomo from enforcing his order while a final resolution is reached in the case.

I literally have had no “anxiety” after the first flurry of dire warnings were seen as total hyped bs.
I never get a cold nor flu for working at keeping my immune system strong thru what I put ‘into myself’ and never did nor would a syringe with so called “flu vaccine” or this “Gates-Fauxci-$/Pharma-WHO/CCP type Covid Hoax cure that will require multiple redues over again and again…?!

Officials Cannot Identify Motive for Nashville Bombing Suspect

Why would I ask that? They now have a consistent track record of it.
The RV used in the bombing doesn’t match the RV found in the driveway of the supposed perpetrator.
Is he another dead Richard Jewell?
The RV depicted in the photo released by law enforcement has a single horizontal pin stripe near the roof, along the entire driver’s side of the vehicle: (see the pin stripe along the edge of the roof).
While the RV parked at the residence of Anthony Quinn Warner — whom the FBI is publicly calling a suicide bomber — has two pin stripes along the driver’s side. In other words, anyone who can count to two can also see that this isn’t the same RV.
WAS this Bombing Was A Deep State Mission To Destroy Something In The AT&T Building… No Doubt Something Related To Election Rigging The real target of the bombing was, of course, the equipment found inside the hardened AT&T building:

Is it possible to zoom in on the photo of the RV and get a better look at the driver’s face?
Also, in the video age I would think that security cameras would have at some point capture the RV being driven to the place where it was parked?
Shouldn’t there be video of someone walking away or in the case the driver remained in the RV there should be video of nobody walking away?

There is at least one video showing alleged footage of an incoming (downward) trail of smoke seconds before the blast. Why was all air traffic prohibited in that area for that time?

I just see signs stating the garbage before you enter – like the grocery store along with hand sanitizing dispensers. Admittedly we don’t go to many stores and a lot of them offer free delivery so I go for that.

Yep. I experienced it here in CA at a major bulk store. The employee walked slowly around with that damn bullhorn, reminding everyone to keep their distance, etc. I thought she was going to next demand that everybody stop their shopping, face the front door with a salute and start singing praises to our dear leader, gruesome Newsom.

That is disgusting. Isn’t there a recall going on for Newsom? In NJ we totally ignore our buffoon Governor. I refuse to read a NJ newspaper or scurry over to NJ.com. That paper covers the entire state. Naturally we didn’t vote for him or agree with any of his asinine edicts.

He continues to double-down with his draconian measures (which don’t apply to him though). And since L.A. has decided to extend the time for their restaurant closures, Newsom will probably follow suit and do the same for the state. He sounds a lot like the NJ gov.

I was told that last month by a Kroger employee. I replied “No” and of course he did nothing and I continued shopping.

Ha ha. I have seen that too. I used to be a runner (in my youth) and bought a face mask for winter. I wore it one or two times and had to stop using it and let my nose get cold because the moist exhaled air formed ice inside the mask and then it was really painful. My husband had a beard and when he tried using it he came home with icicles on the beard.

Yeah but the linchpin issue that is being ignored is that NONE of this is necessary for any business or gathering. Covid 19 kills the same cohort of people killed by the flu and the common cold. What about restaurants, gyms, etc.?
NO ONE AND NO BUSINESS OR GATHERING OF ANY KIND SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLOSED FOR ANY OF THIS.
NO ONE SHOULD HAVE BEEN FORCED TO WEAR MASKS OR TO SOCIALLY DISTANCE.
And this is particularly true because these limitations were imposed on self identified healthy people with no evidence that they harbored any disease that could potentially harm anyone else.
